The room was beautiful, the staff was prompt and very courteous, the location was great!

You won't be disappointed in this location if you are a shopper like me. Close to Water Tower, Nordstrom's, Sax, and Bloomingdale's! The Cheesecake Factory is less than a ten minute walk as well! Enjoy!

Right in the middle of everything. If you are looking for location this is the place you should go.

I took my family to Chicago for a New Years Eve shopping trip. We could not have picked a better hotel. It was only a half a block off of the Magnificent Mile. PERFECT

Excellent location 1/2 block off of Michigan Ave in the heart of the "Magnificant Mile." The hotel was beautifull and well maintained. I could not have asked for a better stay with my family. Even the parking was resonable.

The room temp was not regulated well. Too hot and then it was too cold and fan would not turn off. Fan ran all night. The doorman was very nice. Did not get his name, but he was asian. He got us a large cab, got our airline tickets and was very helpful with our bags. He was very friendly.

Courtyard Magnificent Mile lived up to the best of the Courtyard concept. Our room was ready early so we checked in at 10:00 a.m. Great location. And having a Starbucks in the hotel is heaven!

Located 1 block from Michigan Ave. puts it in a perfect location. The staff in the hotel at the main desk and door entrance were extremely curtious and made you feel important as a customer of their hotel.

the room was a great size it was very comftorable

The hotel was great, service was great. The restaurant in the lobby area had amazing food and the best service. The only downfall was the construction on the facade of the building. It was from 9 am - 5 pm and woke us up every morning. We were on our honeymoon so this was not very satisfying to us. Overall, great hotel.

Wonderful hotel in good neighborhood. Family friendly. Pool is small but great location. Would stay again.

This hotel is in the perfect location. It is within walking distance to most Chicago attractions. The staff is outstanding! All of the staff we encountered were always friendly and went above and beyond to help when asked. We will definitely be visiting this hotel in the future!

The hotel was better than i thought. the front desk personel were very friendly. when you get there do self park and then ask for a voucher at desk. you end up payin less for the the night. the room was clean and in good condition. pillows were amazing. ask about breakfeast, we never heard about it. over all great location and great hotel. would def […] return もっと読む

For some reason - I thought there was a continental breakefast and was very disappointed after realizing I must have been thinking about another hotel... Hotel staff was not extrememly helpful with directions. Fast check in, parking was close but rather pricey - just under $30/day. Being downtown makes you feel almost like being trapped in a cage - […] the only place to look is UP. We wanted to swim but due to some guests spraying silly string everywhere - including elevators/pool, the pool was closed for cleaning, which was OK because it was only 4 ft. deep and very small. The staff outside the hotel was really friendly and got us a cab in about 3 sec. Overall - a nice quick overnight stay, wishing it would have been a better deal through this site.
