Attentif staff, always here to help. Have been offered to change room due to a wedding in restaurant. Great location to visit sopot and the tri-cities, train station nearby. Gdansk 20 minutes away only £0.80 for train ticket. I recommend a herbal tea at Jozef K or something stronger say hello to the girls and Adam. I'll be back next year :-)

I have stayed at this Hotel many times in the past but I am sorry to say I will be going other Hotels in the future. There have been a number of changes at the Hotel (not for the better). Specifically theses are: 1/ Parking...New building means there is no car park nearby..the result is you have to park far away and drag ll your bags to the hotel>>not […] fun in the cold, rain and snow. This will continue for 3 YEARS..the management knew about this be have made no alternative arrangements. 2/ WIFI...used to be an easy open network..fast and efficent...now a login in system..slower, difficult to use, and can only do one device at a time. 3/ Bar...They have closed this...have to go to the Restaurant for a beer (bottled). The staff knew of these problems and apologised but I do not blame them..the management has made poor decisions and I for one I am sorry to say will stay at another hotel (there are lots) in the area... もっと読む

We stayed for 2 nights in late February. The staff and quality of the hotel were excellent. What lets the hotel down is the food. Some of it was tasty, but the portions were sometimes too small. The dinner in the cafe was overcooked and the soup in the restaurant cold by the time it was served

Really friendly and helpful staff. Lovely building in a great location right next to the main street but from our room at least not noisy. I was looking for a good hotel close to the railway since i traveld by train and was plesantly suprised to find this gem 50 meters from the train station. its an impressive building well maintaind and the frindly staff cheked me in instantly and when they heard that I was leaving early in the morning before they were starting to serve breakfast they […] were willing to prepere something for me to take whith me. the rooms are exelent even if my room was rather small (single room 212) . there was however evrything you needed lcd tv big closet .desk. mini bar.safe.The bed was nice and cosy but I didnt like the big pillow. toilet is ok and i didnt mind that there was just a shower, Everything was very clean and looked after. Conveniently located in the nice old town neighborhood of Sopot Poland this hotel does not offer anything to match the rating it has. Five stars?! I'm turning 30 this year, which is a cause for celebration, i.e. walking on the beach, shopping for cute things, room service, full body massage, and traveling alone! i'M so happy I decided to do all of that while staying at the Hotel Rezydent. I only stayed 2 nights, but immediately I felt at home and LOVED my room over looking the town's centre. There […] were a few sea gulls doing laps over the building next door's roof that I enjoyed watching at times during the day. The color and style of my room matched my style to a T. I felt like I could really become a RESIDENT if I had enough money and time off from my job back in the states! This hotel is centrally located and nothing is a far walk away. It's right on Monte Cassino which leads right to the Molo. Don't miss this place. Go for it! Flott hotel men en ting trekker VELDIG ned som nesten ødela vårt opphold. Hotellet skryter av Internett-tilgang på alle rom. Det er ikke tilfellet. Vi besøkte Sopot pga business og valgte dette hotellet KUN pga de garanterte dette. Vi spurte flere ganger om hjelp uten å lykkes. Ellers et flott nydelig Hotel.

Hvis du skal besøke Sopot, eller byene Gdansk/Gdynia så er dette hotellet. Bra beliggenhet, flott service og ikke minst er priser sett i Nordiske øyne veldig lav. En flott resturang med veldig godt mat. Jeg bruker alltid dette ved mine foretningsreiser til Sopot - og det er virkelig å anbefale hvis du/dere skal her.

Kan begynne med det som var positivt; betjeningen var veldig hyggelig. Og det var det. Etter et rombytte (vi fikk et lite rom med handikappdusj som luktet ubehagelig) fikk vi et nytt rom (ikke noe større) som ikke var ryddet ordentlig. Dynetrekket mitt var det et stort hull, mammas laken hadde størknet blod på det, som ikke hadde gått bort i vask, og […] på dusjhodet (som så vidt fungerte) var det en klump med hår rundt seg. I tillegg ble det gjort noe oppussingsarbeid over oss, og fra kl. 09.-10 begynte bråket med masse dunking og boring. Slikt bråk bør hotellgjestene ihvertfall informeres om i forveien. Vi bodde 3 netter på Hotell Rezydent og skal definitivt tilbake. Hotellet hadde perfekt beliggenhet med tanke på nærhet til sentrum, taxi, flyplass, samt at det var lite støy fra gaten til rommet. Veldig bra! Super beliggenhet både i forhold til Sopots gågate, og i forhold til jernbanestasjon som tok oss lett til Gdansk og Gydnia. Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Det eneste var mye bråk utenfor vinduene om kvelden. Dessuten hadde jeg forespeilt meg utearealer som hørte til hotellet hvor en kunne slappe litt av.

the single rooms are horrible, do not take a single room. very small rooms with even smaller bed (90cm wide), it feels like you are in a small hole. the double rooms are a bit bigger but still, I definitely do not recommend this hotel. high price for a low value.

Stilsikkert hotell med klasse. Beliggenheten var det eneste som trakk litt ned, lå liksom "midt i veien". Likevel ikke slik at man ble plaget av støy eller uro. Bra frokost og maten i restauranten var både billig og god. Fikk anbefalt en god italiensk vin som toppet måltidet. Alt i alt en svært hyggelig hotellopplevelse!

Jättefint rum, nära till allt, mitt bland alla restauranger. Promenadavstånd till pir och strand. Enda dåliga var frukosten, men vi var där under lågsäsong och då har de inte allt som de brukar under högsäsong. Skulle absolut bo här igen!
