海の目の前では無いです、ビーチまで歩いて５分。 １本隣の通りは５ｔｈアベニューで買い物にも便利です。 部屋はとても綺麗で２ベッドルームの部屋にしました。 自分の家にいるようにくつろげます。 インターネットは７日間別料金で５０ドルでした、これを 払うと国際電話も無料でかけられます。 部屋は４０４でしたが、エントランスから リビングルームが丸見えなので気にする人は ４０４じゃない方がいいです。 ただし、ジャグジーと小さいプール（皆で使うものです） は目の前ですぐ入れます。 シャワーは八方に広がってでてくるので なかなか洗えなくて不便でした。 総合的には良かったと思います。 今度は高くてもペントハウスに泊まりたいな。

プラヤデルカルメンのバンヤンツリーは一歩レセプションに入った時からそこはアジアでした。オープンエア―のレセプションの雰囲気はまさにアジア。ハスの花や、アジア系のお香の香り。でも、ホテル全体を覆っているのは紛れもないメキシコの草木。水路にはワニ！そして数々の鳥たち。イグアナ。不思議な感じでした。 ヴィラもアジアンティストで、ゆったりとしており、レセプションから遠い所へは、カートは勿論、レセプションの1階から出ている、ホテル内を巡る水路を行くボートでもいけるようです。ビーチ沿いのレストランやプール、ビーチに行く時にも利用できますが、水路からの眺めは地上をカートや自転車（1日単位でレンタル。有料）で行く時をは又ひと味違って、ゆったりとした気持ちになります。 食事はタイ人シェフを本国から招いているというタイ料理のレストランをはじめ、朝食のビュッフェ、プールサイドの軽食なども品数もまずまずで、何を食べても美味しかったです。 従業員はおおむねフレンドリーで親切。夜のベッドメーキングの時にも、電話で都合を聞いてくれます。 私はスペイン語の話せる娘、娘婿と一緒でしたので不自由は感じませんでしたが、日本語の話せるスタッフがいないのは少し不安かもしれません。勿論英語が堪能であれば問題ありませんが。 全体としてはかなり居心地の良いホテルでした。もう少しゆっくり滞在してみたかったです。

2泊しました。オールインクルーシブです。ご飯はおいしいがちょっと単調。部屋はところどころ古さを感じるが、よくメンテナンスされているので問題なし。 スノーケルの道具は併設のダイブショップで借りるが、それも込みだとなおさらよし。ホテルの前でのスノーケルも楽しい。 他のダイブショップでは断られることもあるが、ここはスノーケルでもダイバーと一緒に船に乗せてもらえるようでした。

海外旅行に慣れていない私達でしたが、ホテルのフロントの方はとても親切で、ホテル全体の雰囲気にも満足できました。ソカロへ歩いて行けたのも良いと思います。一泊しかしていませんが、特に不満に思うところはありませんでした。

Puerto Aventuras, an upscale resort community between Playa del Carmen and Tulum, has the only mainland marina on the Riviera Maya. Sailing and sport fishing are popular activities here, as are boat tours, diving, and snorkeling. Museo CEDAM displays the history of diving in the area. Nearby, Xpu-Ha is considered one of the most beautiful beaches on the peninsula.

We stayed 5 nights with standard - king size bed room. The view from the room was great and the room was clean. The food was good, and it was all inclusive, so we could drink whatever we wanted!!! Everything was great, and if we have a chance, we would like to stay again... I really recommend to my friends.
"Great Experience for the money"
This is a great resort. Everything was wonderful. Plenty of good food, terrific service, We flew into Cozumel so took the ferry to mainland and a taxi from Playa del Carmen. Could have flown into Cancun and taken a taxi the whole way. Not sure which would be better. Either way this is an experience that you would not want to miss.

Wonderful stay. Restaurants had large varities of food for selection. Gym was great. Making it cooler would have helped during the exercises. Even though we stayed for 7 days, time went by so fast that it was difficult to imagine we have to leave so soon!!

"Great stay"
Definitely book a honeymoon suite if you're able to (we weren't on our honeymoon, but loved the extras). Was pleasantly with a few extras including an additional dinner at the reservations only Tapas restaurant for an amazing steak/shrimp dinner, a free 30 minute couples massage, and champagne/chocolate covered strawberries in our room. The buffet restaurants […] had several options. Pool area could get a bit overcrowded, but it didn't impede our ability to get a lounge chair or enjoy the pools. Only down side is that the swim up bar on the Riviera Maya property closed at 5pm. So, we relocated to the bar at the sister hotel that was literally on the other side of the buffet restaurant. Our only complaints include: 1) we had trouble getting into our room since the electronic key thing wasn't working, they had to replace the entire lock rather than just give us a new room. 2) The photoshop people totally bailed on the photo session we had booked with them as part of one of our extras. We waited for them for 30 mins. No one ever called to cancel nor to apologize. Needless to say, they behaved unprofessionally. Everything else was great. もっと読む
"You get what you pay for!!!"
The hotel was okay for the price. They show pics of the ocean, but you can't walk in because of all the coral. They also say beach front and ocean views, and thats not true either. There are no rooms that over look the ocean. This place was really cheap and thats kinda what you get. There is zero room service and you only get one bottle of water for […] entire stay unless you choose to buy more or upgrade your room. When you upgrade your room they will stock your mini fridge every morning with 4 cans of soda and 2 bottles of water and 2 beers. Now if you want more than 2 cans of beer you will have to pay for those too. If your looking to get pampered this might not be the place for you but.... If your looking to go the Mexico for a cheap and don't mind paying for a little extra, you might be okay staying here. "Great all-inclusive resort"
Excellent food and beautiful place. The only bad thing I did not like: Make sure you get up really early in the morning so you can reserve your deck chair at the beach or at the pool. If you try to chatch one around 10.00 AM, you won't find any. People even leave their beach towel on the chairs during the night, so they don't have to get up so early […] in the morning. If you're looking for a good "3-Star" (my rating) hotel in Riviera Maya, Hotel Catalonia is a good choice. "Excellent Hospitality by ALL hotel staff!!!"
This resort was perfect for what we were looking for. The staff in particular were exquisitly there for your needs. "hotel en la riviera maya, buena opción"
Está ubicado en un buen lugar, para los que no quieren estar en pleno bullicio de una ciudad como puede ser Cancún, o incluso Playa del Carmen. "detales de la habitacion"

"habitaciones Estandar, Alimentos de calidad"
las habitaciones necesitan modernizarse, poner tvs de pantalla plana, cambiar la decoracion, son demasiado estandar, poner mas iluminacion en pasillos y en general mas mantenimiento al hotel, los alimentos son muy buenos al igual que los restarurantes de especialidad, los bares buenos tambien.

"Excelente comida"
Los restaurantes de noche solo se puede utilizar con cupon y los cupones solamente se dan a gente con un estancia de mas de 3 dias. Dicen catamaranes pero hay solo uno disponible entre los 2 hoteles (628 cuartos). limatado a 20 minutos por cuarto por estancia. Que es eso!!!
