Spacious and modern room, exceptionally clean. Walking distance to the Guggenheim which was our prime destination. Charming and extensive park provided a pleasant place for walking just outside the hotel. Buffet breakfast a bit limited compared to other Melia Hotels in which we have stayed. Excellent value.

Massive, modern, great hotel. Walking distance to everywhere... but a 'decent' size walk. The Guggenheim is cracking and so being as close as we are was fine... because that's where we ate too. Not super close to the old town with bars etc. but very good for us.

Staying in this hotel was a very enjoyable experience from the moment we walked in to the time we checked out. We stayed 6 nights, and I would love to return.

Arrived in Bilbao on a wet Saturday night. Staff were welcoming, easy to sort out parking in underground garage with easy access to hotel. Room comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Excellent location, convenient to all sites, superb view from the room overlooking the river. The city of Bilbao is a gem, out of the way but worth visitting. NG

This hotel is in the new part of town - handy for Guggenheim and a half hour walk to old town. Very clean and comfortable with helpful English speaking reception staff a small roof top swimming pool and lovely views over the river. Lovely hotel with a great atmosphere, would most definately recommend it! We were only there for a night but we managed to enjoy the live jazz at the bar and a try out at the gym! Would most definately stay there again.

Stayed in both standard and premium room. Both were very good but I'd go for premium (which has a large covered balcony) if you can get a decent deal. Location wise, it's pretty good but you will need to walk briskly for about 15 minutes to get to the old town. If you don't mind that, then I'd really recommend. Also very close to the Guggenheim.

The hotel is in the perfect location for visiting all the best bits in Bilbao, its 2 minutes from the Guggenheim. Very nice hotel in a good location. Less than 10 minutes walk to Guggenheim. Shopping Centre across the road from the hotel. Tram stop also only a minutes walk away. Room very comfortable. Lobby is fab. Reception staff very helpful. Old tv set in the room, would have expected flatscreen for hotel of this standard.

No discernible changes from when last visited as a Sheraton hotel. The Azian restaurant in the hotel provided excellent food and has a very reasonably priced set menu. The one disappointment was the quality of the breakfast buffet which certainly did not merit a charge of 22 Euros.

Hotel tres beau et bien situé. La piscine au 6eme etage est vraiment tres agreable. Le personnel est toujours disponible. La chambre et la salle de bain sont spacieuses. La tete de lit etait un peu abimée mais a part ça, tres bon sejour.

Hôtel très sympa, proche des principaux musés de Bilbao et des quais pour une promenade très agréable. La piscine de l'hôtel en terrasse au 6 ème étage est superbe (nous avons pu en profiter avec nos enfants au mois de février car elle est chauffée). Personnel au top.

Sehr schönes Stadthotel. Leisten Sie sich ein PremiumZimmer (Balkon mit Sicht auf den Park)es lohnt sich. Der Spabereich ist etwas gar einfach. Altstadt, GuggenheimMuseum etc alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr zuvorkommender Service an der Reception. Schönes, gepflegtes Frühstücksbuffet

Jättefint hotell till rimliga pengar. Tänk dock på att inget ingår i priset annat än övernattning. Du får betala extra för garage, internet och frukost. Och det är dyra tillägg.

På noen punkter venter jeg mer av et 5-stjerners hotell. Rommet var lite funksjonelt og bekreftet igjen at hotelleiere og -arkitekter reiser uten bagasje. Det var ingen steder å plassere koffertene. På et hotell på dette nivå forventer jeg også en sittegruppe i rommet. Den manglet. Vi oppgraderte ved innsjekking til et rom med terrasse. Den var stor […] men hadde kun to stoler og et lite bord. Ikke egnet for å sitte sammen med venner vi reiste i lag med. Det lå flaskekorker og sigarstumper der. Dette var elendig av et hotell med 5 stjerner. På plussiden skal det sies at personalet i resepsjonen var meget dyktige og språkkyndige. Es un hotel muy moderno, las habitaciones son amplias y puedes tener unas vistas impresionantes si te dan una habitación elevada. Tiene piscina cubierta climatizada y un pequeño gimnasio. Nos alojamos en habitación familiar (4 personas) y aunque reclamé en recepción que solo nos habían puesto toallas y artículos de aseo para dos, cuando regresé solo […] habían puesto para tres personas. Deberían mejorar el mantenimiento de toallas y albornoces, ya que las que teníamos estaban gastadas y con algunas manchas. Los artículos de aseo son de una calidad excelente, el baño es de buena calidad y las camas son grandes. El suelo de la habitación tiene una moqueta desgastada y mal limpiada en algunas zonas. Hotel Melia Bilbao. Hemos tenido una buena estancia, nos ha encantado la zona de la piscina climatizada pero abierta, como si fuera un balcón . Es un buen hotel y los ascensores son espectaculares. Volveremos.

En general el hotel está muy bien pero me pareció un poco escaso en variedad y calidad el desayuno, para ser un cinco estrellas.

Mycket bra läge mitt i stan med gångavstånd till allt. Perfekt frukostbuffe. Bra gym o simbassäng. Prisvärt.

Veldig bra hotell med sentral beliggenhet.

c'est la 2ème fois que je me rends dans cet hotel. Rapport qualité prix excellent. Chambres spacieuses et confortables. Petit déjeuner excellents et copieux

Situation à 10mn à pied du Guggenheim! Hôtel nickel, cependant pas de wifi à dispo, parking de l'hôtel trop cher .

magnifiquement situé pour la visite du Musée Guggeheim, et trés proche de tout le centre ville, superbe, grandiose !
