"Would definitely stay again!"

"Everything was perfect until we checked out"
This hotel is LOVELY!! The rooms were wonderful, the staff was very polite, the food delish. The only problem we had was that upon checking out (literally in the cab) they claimed we stole a bathrobe. We had to get out of the cab and explain there was no robe when we first checked in. After offering them the oppourtunity to inspect our bags and again […] telling them there was no robe we had to write out a lengthy comment card. The Barcelo is a very good hotel but it is 4 or 5 miles from the center of the town. The rooms were large and comfortable. It has a nice pool and pleasant gardens. It's restaurant offers a reasonable breakfast for about 120 pesos. There is a Sanborns nearby as an alternative option. The neighborhood the hotel is in is quiet and safe, but offers no other attractions and the hotel is far from the center of Cuernavaca.
