We very much enjoyed our stay except of course there were many children in the hotel and close to our room as well as above our room the children were very loud until 11:00 or 11:30 at night. We had a wonderful stay here, very clean and comfortable. The only suggestion I would have is to loosen the restrictions on the waterpark. My very mature 12 year old was kicked out within about 2 minutes for not having parental supervision, even though I was on the way with my younger child. Great hotel for the kids. Nice selection to the breakfast, nicely maintained. Very clean rooms and breakfast area. However, it was absolutley frigid in our room. We tried to use the thermostat, to no luck. Called the front desk and had a young kid come down, take the front plate off and hit reset. Worked for about 5 min and then back to freezing. The motel looked brand new. The room was very spacious and much more than I expected for the price. We didn't use the pool area, but our grandsons would have loved to play in the indoor "water park" if they had been with us.
