Staff not friendly.

It was a wonderful stay!! The bed was more comfortable than most hotels where I've stayed.

Good experience; was in the area on three different trips from mid Nov to early Dec. While in a good location, its access is a bit tricky because of proximity to exit ramps from both Hwy 84 and Loop 340. Until I had a visual it was difficult to know what exit to take. These rooms are very large and comfortable. I never had any aircondition loudness or problems. breakfast was nice and plenty. Hotel help was friendly. Otherthan pain to get to, (lots of uturns) i will stay here again.

This Holiday Inn Express was clean and nice. Waco doesn't seem to have too much to offer in the way of nice, reasonable hotels, but this was a good one. I would stay there again. The only problem we had was the reservation. I reserved a King suite with sofa "bed" and specifically asked if the occupancy was for 4--my kids were going to sleep on the sofa […] bed. When we got there, there were no king suites with sofa beds to be had (the desk clerk said they didn't have that type of room!!) and were left with the prospect of sleeping 4 people in a room with one king bed and a recliner. NOT GOOD! I was not happy, and of course, I had already paid. Within 30 minutes though, they called us, moved us to a king suite with a love seat and found a rollaway bed for us. I drive extra miles from my annual convention at Baylor to stay here. Everything is great and the breakfasts are amazing. I love the bed linens and how they are kept looking fresh every day. I'll be staying again next year.

Overall comfort of room was satisfactory however the AC unit was extremely loud. The entrance to the hotel was littered with bird droppings and feathers that you had to side step to avoid. Not a very welcoming site,

I spent limited time at the hotel but enjoyed the breakfast, the pancakes and coffee were very good.

Not as close to the sights as I thought it was going to be, but all in all, good stay

Nice clean hotel on the edge of Waco - but easy access to pretty much everything.

The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, quiet and had all the modern conveniences to make my stay feel like home away from home.

My wife and girls were looking for a convenient place to stay so they could get an early start on Black Friday shopping. This was just down the street from the Mall and within easy short drive to another major shopping area. Price was mid range of other area hotels but best price for 2 queen beds; perfect for four women shoppers.

location was great, close to mall and restaurants. Room was very clean, beds were very comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful. when we go back for another football would stay here again.

This was the 3rd Holiday Inn Express we have stayed at. This one was very clean, and well operated. The front desk staff were more than happy to direct us to local eateries and they knew their way around town. The linens looked and felt new, which is always a plus. Great location if you know where you need to go. If not, it's a little hard to get out of. Staff was very knowledgeable of area and gave good directions and help with anything we needed. Only down side: our "non-smoking" room smelled like several guests went in there to light up. But it went away after a while.
