カナディアンロッキーへの家族旅行で6泊しました。部屋の広さも十分で、清潔感もありました。エアコンも完備されていたのも、助かりました。 カナダも地デジになったようで、事情が変わっているようで、NHKを含め日本語放送は全く映らなかったのは少し不便でした。 インターネットは、チェックイン時にパスワード(1台につき1パスワード)をくれ、無料でWi-Fiが使えますが、動画などは無理です。メールなどは問題なく使えました。 朝食は、パン(食パン、ベーグル、マフィン)、ゆで卵、バター、ジャム、シリアル(3種類)、バナナ、リンゴ、カップケーキ、コーヒー、紅茶、オレンジジュース、リンゴジュース、と簡素なものですが、朝食のことを毎日考えないで済むのは助かりました。バンフではとても少なく、夏だけ…という場合もあるそ […] うなので、ラッキーでした。 アメニティは、シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープは1人に1本あります。歯ブラシセット、パジャマ、スリッパはありません。ハンガーは十分ありました。 日本人客も多く、日本人スタッフはいませんでしたが、フロントの方も慣れているようで不自由な英語でも頑張って理解してくれようとしてくれます。 カードキーでセキュリティはよかったですが、壁(ドア？)は若干薄いようで、廊下の声がよく聞こえました。 ダウンタウンからはバス停２つ分位ですが、1区間が狭いので10分も歩けばついてしまいます。 お風呂にはジェットバスがついていました。 コーヒーメーカーで、お湯も湧かせます。 値段の割りに、とてもいいホテルでした。 もっと読む

Had I gone by previous reviews, I would not have signed up. But I took a chance and I am glad I did. The down fault is the parking - underground. Could noy fit my vehicle there - due to height.. then parked across the street . overall i enjoyed this hotle. will go again. Merci beaucoup.\

got hit with an extra $100. charge because of the # of people staying. Gave all info on reserving and got hit on check in....a serious disconnect with either hotels.com or the hotel itself.....very disappointed when hotel would not attempt to rectify the problem! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was a quick walk to the main street. The staff were great. Making use of the hot tub was a little awkward as you have to walk through what can be a busy loby in your bathing suit (though they do have an area to change and dry off - not a super convenient option).

very clean hotel, comfortable bed, reasonable price for the Banff area. Easy 5-10 minute walk to everything you may need. Would certainly recommend to others.

The stay was average. We liked that we had more than 2 chairs in the room as we were entertaining; didn't much care for the small double beds or small parking stalls in the underground parking, but the reviews I had read beforehand had mentioned that so no surprise there. We did not get maid service on the Sunday till 5pm which by that time we were […] already back in our room and declined for the reason of inconvenience. The check-in was quick and courteous but check in staff were not knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast buffet was only ok. No decaf, whole apples were the only fruit, but nice to have the cold boiled eggs in absence of anything else substantial. The buffet supervised the guests carefully, it was uncomfortable.

Our family recently had a great stay at the Banff Inn. We had gone to see some of the events attached to the "Snow Days". The loft suite was perfect for a family with 3 queen sz. beds. The kids had their own space upstairs while the adults were separate on the main floor. Based on other reviews, I was not expecting a luxury experience but I was expecting at least some basic level of service. The positive notes for this hotel include: underground parking, easy walk to downtown, cheap rates and comfortable beds. Now for the negative: the continental breakfast had limited options and only apples for fruit, 2 of 3 pop machines […] in the building were out of order and the 3rd was empty, the common areas were messy and run down, the bathroom in the room was very dated and dirty. Tiles were missing and the lights were horrible fluorescent. The front desk staff was rude and seemed to want to be anywhere else but there. The worst though was having to go down to the front desk for things needed in the room ie. ironing board and iron, toilet paper, tissue paper. it was ok but a lot of services were not there but overall was good likd the stay there there was no disturbance by anyone

The hotel is all around nice, underground parking and a restaurant (small and not much on the menu but good food). Rooms are nice first one Ive stayed in with wood flooring instead of carpet, the only down side was that the bathroom door was literaly two from the side of the bed

Overall a positive experience and I would recommend this hotel.Location was fine;not a long walk to town. There was plenty of underground parking. Having a steam room and whirlpool is a big plus. The continental breakfast was adequate and Carlito's Restaurant in the lobby has good food. Unless they have more expensive rooms that offer those, making meals in the room to save $ would be tough. Free wireless internet which was no hassle to get up and running, but VERY slow server. Good basic room. Would have preferred updated TV service. Bathroom great, has obviously been updated. Furniture somewhat scarred from use but beds were great. Free breakfast offered good variety. This hotel is a good choice if you will be spending more time out of doors than in the room.

The rooms were very clean, breakfast was not bad either and I loved the staff, who were very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel, awesome service and great surrounding, underground parking does need a high clearence however.

I enjoyed my stay at the Banff Inn. The room was clean, and it had two queen beds for a reasonable price! Came with free continental breakfast. Would definitely recommend as it was a great bang for the buck.

We were more than satisfied with the price and convenience of the Banff Inn. On-site pizza restaurant. Plus, a nice clean hot tube. The courtesy continental breakfast had enough variety to please everyone.

Great place to stay. View of mountains. would go back.

Happy to stay here again - this hotel is only a short walk from the centre of Banff town & features large rooms with continental breakfast included.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Banff Inn. It was nice and cozy. The room was spacious and nice. The staff was friendly.

The front desk staff were rarely there so that was weird and the breakfast was really lame..not at all worth getting up for. There is no pool but the steam room was great.The rooms are good and the beds comfy. Though the elevator is miles from some the rooms the halls are clean and quiet. Located just off downtown, great spot, quiet rooms, clean hotel, friendly staff, and it was great to sit in the hot tub after an afternoon in town!

A better variety of items for the free breakfest...otherwise all was good

We had an unpleasant experience staying at this hotel, when we arrived we were advised that no parking was available as the underground car park was full (contrary to the ad at the time which said complimentary parking, as well as our booking confirmation). I did complain twice (on principle, as this is false advertising) and both times staff were not […] understanding and got defensive, saying to take it up with their manager and that parking was provided on the street. What was an innocent complaint turned out to be a bit of a drama (not what I was intending). This defintely spoilt what would have been a fantastic weekend otherwise. The furniture was very outdated and the housekeeping did not arrive until after 3pm when I had returned from shopping all day so I ended up asking them just to come back the following day. Parking is free but is very limited and is on a 'first come, first serve' basis so after shopping all day, had to lug all my bags upstairs where they were secure. […] Had to park on the street and none of the legal parking areas were available. Breakfast is also free but felt very uncomfortable eating there - women watched everything you ate like there was a limit or something, was not a very welcoming, friendly place. One woman grabbed the free breakfast voucher from my table without asking and then turned her back to me and started scrutinizing it to make sure it was legit! When I arrived there was no bathroom tissue in my room - had to request some as well as towels as they only put a couple in your room along with a sign that has this long note about the benefits of reusing them.
