Hotels.com のゲストによる口コミ 2013年01月29日 投稿出張先の近くということで、取引先のご紹介で予約宿泊しました。1月でしたが夏に泊まればプールもあり敷地内で散歩もできるほど広大な敷地で、なかなか快適な立地でした。お部屋も清潔で、最初エアコンが起動せず、寒さを覚悟しましたが、すぐにメンテしてもらえ、快適になりました。ただ、フロントから部屋まで敷地内の屋外を歩くため、少雨時には困りましたし、寒い時期にはちょっと耐え難い。また、周りはビジネスエリアなので、ちょっとした買い物も車がなければ不便で観光目的の人にはつまらない場所でしょう。ホテル内のレストランはきちんとしており、サービスも行き届いていました。

This was the only hotel in Oakley. We just needed one night for a sports tournament in Brentwood. The room was great, the breakfast was really good but the service I received at the front desk was less than ideal. The employee made me wait at least 8 minutes while speaking with another co-worker and then took a phone call. Didn't acknowledge my presence […] until I left the key at the desk and made her wait for 5 minutes while I got my breakfast. Also, there were people walking around the parking lot at all times during the day which made us feel a little uncomfortable leaving our cars parked in the rear of the hotel. Stayed here for a holiday visit with family. Front desk provided good service, signing us up for the discount program. Room was nice with a hot tub we did not need or use. Clean and fairly comfortable although the advertised "open windows" had no screens and were locked shut. Our room was next to the elevator which squeeked when it ran. Our 3rd party reservation said our King room rate would be upgraded to 2 queen beds but when we got there the reservation desk knew nothing about it. She gave us the queen room with the […] lower rate anyway which was very much appreciated. Didn't try the breakfast as we were meeting family to eat. Hotel is at the back of an empty lot and we missed the entranced on the first driveby. Seems like there should be a sign. "Great Place- Comfort Suites in Oakley"
Room was clean and comfortable. Guest service was great, very polite. Only thing was making sure the shower curtain was in the tub while taking a shower. Got out to a little puddle of water on the floor. Other than that everything else was great.Hotels.com ゲストの適正な口コミ
