Our stay was very comfortable and the staff went out of their way to help up find places we wanted to go while we were there.--they made calls and printed maps for us. Location was very convenient to shopping and eating.

Wow, really nice new hotel, great folks, clean rooms, adequte workout room with super hot tub, easy access to shopping. My son arrived sick and they even helped with referrals to local urgent care clinic. Hard to beat it... value for the money was A+!

Good mid class hotel. Had a decent hot breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. Also has workout gear and whirlpool. Great location for our purpose, but handy to interstate and downtown Nashville is 15 min. away.

This is an excellent hotel and just can't beat the wonderful location. You have the mall and many restaurants all just down the road. I have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed.

I went to my alma mater's homecoming at the last minute and was able to staty at this hotel at a discounted price for the weekend when all other hotels were overpriced or no vacancies. Area was nice. Front desk lady was straight up dumb. I had to call the front desk from my cell, while standing there just to get service... I'm sure she was playing on Facebook or something. Other than that the room was clean and bed was comfortable. Good hotel for the price.

Felt like a 4 star hotel

During my recent stay at the Wingate, it was approx. 58 degrees outside. The high temp that day was in the 60s. I left my room at 6:45 in the morning and turned the heat off. When I returned that night the cleaning service had turned on the airconditioning on the highest setting. It was freezing in my room. I find that to be rude and inconsiderate of […] their guests. Also, the latch on the door was broken and the deadbolt would get stuck. I called for maintenance and they told me just to giggle the handle until the deadbolt would pop back in the door. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room very comfy and the hotel was VERY conveniently located to malls, shops, and eateries.

The hotel needs a refresh desperately. The pool was dirty and the exercise equiptment was older. Air conditioner was broken. On the bright side the room was clean but it was dirty looking due to age and lack of paint. Really needs an update but it was quiet.

I was pleased with our stay at this hotel. My only problem was the bathroom still had a washrag from the previous guests thrown over the shower rod. The front desk employees were fabulous!! They hand drew us a map all over town to help us get around. Overall, very pleased!!!!!

The web site says 4.5 miles from downtown but was 14 miles from downtown Nashville. The drain is bad in the bathroom, check in time can not be early, beds are hard.

Very nice place to stay.Only real problem that we had was the air conditioning in the first 2 rooms they put us in. Did not cool room!!!! Third time was the charm. We did not get the type of room that we wanted, but it was fine,

Hotel was very clean. Pool area was nice. The beds were comfortable and awesome pillows! Quiet and there were several teams that we saw around the lobby area checking in that night. Thanks for a wonderful weekend getaway!

Stayed for 2 nights. Outdoor pool was closed both days for "cleaning". Huge disappointment especially for our daughter. Except for the always cold eggs, the complimentary breakfast had variety and tasted good. The day shift hotel clerk wasn't as friendly as we expected. The hotel was great--great location, great room, great breakfast. Everything was wonderful and I would recommend...except one thing. When we booked our room, we were told that the hotel had a pool and all of the other basic amenities. The pool was important because we were traveling with a 5 year old and a 3 year old, both of whom love to swim. When we got the pool, it was closed because the hotel had not gotten it inspected yet. No recourse, nothing we could do--except try to explain to two very disappointed kids why they could see the pool, but we couldn't swim in it. Not really even an apology by the hotel staff. I looked at several different hotels in the area this one was the least expensive but far and away had great service the staff was courtous. the breakfast was excellant and the room was very nice and clean

I just spent 3 nights at the Wingate by Wyndham in Brentwood, TN. I would stay there again in an instant. The front desk people were extremely helpful and friendly. The facility was nicely set up, with very bright and comfortable shared spaces. My room was good sized, spotless, and very comfortable. The bathroom was also super clean. The hotel location is conveniently located near major roads, but very quiet, pretty places to walk, a nice choice of good restaurants, pubs, and fast food nearby. The only thing I might have liked was not related to the hotel--there was no real shopping, it's an area geared to businesses and business travelers. But, the quaint town of Franklin is nearby, it's lovely and historic, and all the variety offered in Nashville is a quick trip up the highway. The prices are competitive too, and for those who want a workout, there is an exercise room that is well maintained. The pool was not yet open, but that would be a plus in summer. There were a lot of kids staying over, it's good for families too. I typically never complain about a room, however, this was unbelievable. We had two rooms. One was just fine, the other, a nightmare. When walking across the carpet, I kid you not, the dust came up with every step! No shower curtain or soap. Dirty tub. Telephone did not work. They came in and cleaned and vacumed the room. Hotel has upgraded televisions, seems at leaston the high floors the carpet has been replaced. The housekeeping staff is VERY friendly and KIND and did a great job with all the cleaning. The hotel could use some bathroom upgrades like replacing some of the faucet fixtures, curtains, etc. The rooms are very spacious and the bedding was comfortable. The front desk staff, however, received my lowest rating--they are not very friendly and a bit coarse with customers. Absolutely great hotel. A real bargain in a great area of town.

My daughter and I have stayed here before. It's a bit far from downtown Nashville, but the surrounding area is shopping and dining heaven. Pros: It's in an excellent neighborhood, easy access from the highway and to all kinds of neat restaurants, as well as everything you could need and want to make your stay comfortable (grocery store, pharmacy, Target, liquor stores, etc). All in all, you're getting a very good value for the money. Also, order pizza from Pie in the Sky. It's AWESOME!! Cons: The sheets don't fit the bed very well, so if two people get on opposite sides of the bed, the movement pulls the fitted sheet off one side, leaving that person lying on an uncovered mattress. Happened every night of a 3 night stay. Definitely not comfortable. Also, the cleanliness of the room was just average. Although the room was straightened, smelled fine, and there were no obvious stains, it was clear that the room corners weren't vacuumed often, if at all. Also, the King bed was shoved a bit to close to one wall, so it made it very hard for the person on that side of the bed to get up and out. Trip report: We came down on a night when a major storm/tornado went through the area. The entire section of town lost power from around 8-10pm, including the hotel. The main hotel doors didn't work while the power was out, but side doors did and staff were very helpful. Security lights throughout the building provided adequate illumination to reach the room, although the rooms themselves were pitch black & electronic door locks worked fine because they were battery powered. All in all, a funny, unique experience that staff did their best to make tolerable. Eventually they brought out coffee, hot chocolate, & fruit from the continental breakfast. もっと読む

quite and clean

The hotel location was great & the place was clean. The only problem was the heater in the room .During our stay it was quite cool so we had to turn the heat on at night but the heating element while on , was making annoying sounds all night long . We endured a 2-night stay in this hotel. The place was convenient and clean; the staff was courteous; and the beds were absolutely horrible -- overly soft and unbelievably squeaky with overstuffed pillows that left our necks in a mess.

Compared to a recent stay at another hotel, this one is noisy. We could hear televisions and conversations in neighboring rooms, and the doors shut loudly. The queens beds were very comfortable.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Location was great for the event we were attending and also downtown Nashville. We will stay there again for the next sports event we will be attending.

Wonderfully maintained and run hotel. Close to shopping and other attractions. A great value for the money in this area. Highly recommend it to everyone

Everything was just as stated on the web site. I would not recommend staying on the ground floor. It was quite noisy late at night. Other than that excellent value!

The room and Hotel was awesome. Is located just out side Nashville Will stay here again when we are in the area.
