excellent hotel, excellent service. Quality rooms and features eg bed, tv, view etc.

Inspite located along N-340 no noise came through. Personel nice and helpful.

The staff in the hotel were polite and extremely helpful, cleanliness was excellent, Hotel rooms are looking a little tired, but understand a 3 month refurbishment is being carried out, would stay again

pool was good but not so much bed to laydown

This hotel had its golden era many moons ago. Back then I can see the 5 stars.. For today's std it is still clean, large, on the beach but I must say it feels very old... Outside of hotel very shabby and balconies badly needing to be painted. No obvious security in hotel as lots of outsiders using the pool area on Sunday some of them seemed to be friends of the lifeguard. Would recommend they install a key operation on the lifts as anybody can just walk into hotel and up to any floor they want to. Just stayed the one night. Staff were pleasant. Hotel Room seemed very dated and a little cramped, well my one on the 9th floor did anyway. No real sense of atmosphere. Didnt eat there so cant comment on food. About a 15 minute brisk walk to the main strip....

The general quality of this hotel is very good, especially compared to other hotels in the area. Fantastic garden and sea views from all rooms (although some rooms have better views than others). I work for a company who refurbishes five star hotels and we are looking at a job in gibraltar I wanted to visit some friends up the coast so I decided to try this hotel on arrival when checking in you can't help to notice how tired the public areas look however I was looking forward to getting to my 5 star room !! When I got their I entered the room […] to place my room key in the energy saving switch ! ( Great a hotel trying to conserve energy ) which then made the room come to life ! Great !!! Not on entering the room I wanted to put my cards cash and passport into the wall safe only to be faced with a wall safe that had been previously drilled out (obviously the hotel could not over ride so had to drill it out to release the content ! ) Not good ! I then started to look around the room for a socket to charge my numerious phones and laptops I had only to fine ONE socket in the hallway that could be used ! I started charging my laptop which was flat also left on the hallway floor great ! Not !! On leaving the room I took my card out the switch , on my return I went to use my laptop to find the battery flat !!!!! The switch killed the socket ! What's the point of that as a five star hotel they are suposed to supply services in the room ! Unfortuantly this hotel is very lacking I am sure if they are reviewed would loose their rating for sure although a week before I stayed in another hotel in the area 3 star that was far superior ! A very clean hotel, and the rooms are fairly modern and sufficient for a week away. It's not 5* but imagine a travel inn room and you wont be far off , basic, clean and spacious. The hotel has a great view and the best feature is the casino which is the only one around and great for ending the night at. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to accomodate guest requests. The hotel seems to draw families and it is a good bargain for those with many traveling with them. The breakfast buffet and weekly barbecue are good values with ample food, well-prepared and worth the price (breakfast buffet for most is included). The […] general decor is a little dated and the rooms could use an update/facelift. There were no showercurtains in the bathrooms and the small handful of tv programs are mostly Spanish, German or French...only a few English channels. Extras are pricey. They charge 12 Euros/day for wifi which about $16/day and overpriced. Parking is 10 Euros/day at the self service lot. The two outdoor pools are small to average in size and often crowded with young children. The indoor pool has some great water massage spouts and a great view of the ocean. The beach was rocky/sandy and not easy to get into the water due to the rocks. I had some laundry done it is very expensive...cost about $100 for a couple of shirts some underwear, socks and a couple of shorts. The hotel is near a local supermarket and you could easily walk there for sundries if needed. Location is right off of main highway. Personnel fort sympathique, en revanche la qualité des repas est très médiocre. Le point noir : l'hygiène. L'aspirateur n'est pas passé dans les chambres pendant le séjour. Muy recomendable, vistas excelentes, amplitud en todas sus instalaciones, amabilidad de su personal, repetimos cada ño una semana.

En mi opinión la atención del personal se puede mejorar mucho. No es que esté mal ubicado, no es el tipo de lugar que mas me gusta. El hotel necesita limpieza externa, causa mala impresión el llegar y dar la impresión de estar deteriorado. Falta animación en la zona de la piscina. Los espectaculos muy bonitos y entretenidos

Stort casino hotell som trenger oppusing, men rent og med hyggelig betjening. Stort uteområde med basseng og koselig liten privat strand. Gode spisesteder langs strandpromenade. Kort vei til flyplassen (ca10min)!

Hotellet var nok et fem stjernes hotell på 80 tallet men det har nok ikke blitt vedlikeholdt siden dess. Ut arealene var bra med to bassenger og et Barne bassenget som var for dypt for en 5 åring. Strand prommenaden rundt hotellet var slitt og var på vei til å falle ut i hvavet. Flotte store rom, fint basseng og parkområde. Fint for barn med froskedam og lekeplass. Tennisbanen var enkel å booke. Kjedelig nærområde, ikke bare å rusle ut på restaurant. Stort pluss for oss var det flotte showet i kjelleren, det går to ganger i uka og var fantastisk.

Et udemærket hotel til prisen. Morgenmaden var ligeledes udemærket Vandet i poolen var forholdsvis koldt. Hotellet ligger ud til stranden, men man skal gå 5 min. før man kommer til sandstranden. Fint hotell. Har vært der to ganger med små barn. Veldig greit med lekeområde, store grøntområder og både inne- og utebasseng. Delig frokostbuffet. Fin strand rett vest av hotellet, med liten resturant med gode småretter.

Hotellet har några år på nacken och kanske inte är det allra finaste men det är rent, snyggt och personalen är trevlig. Hotellet är även ett casino och har uppträdanden av olika slag. Därav kommer det mycket gäster +40 till dessa event. Det ligger även en golfbana i nära anslutning. Hotellet har fin pool-anlägging både inomhus och utomhus men dock ingen […] egen fin strand. Cuando llegamos a l'hotel, el edificio en sí, No nos causó muy buena impresión, por que se ve antigüo. Les villes étant plus que médiocres nous avons eu la joie de nous reposer dans ce splendide palace avec ses trois piscines.

L ' équipement de l 'Hotel est Luxueux , La vue de notre Chambre sur Les 2 piscines et La Mer est Agréable . Le Service au Petit Déjeuner ( COPIEUX ) est Sympa et on est vite Pris en Charge , également à La Piscine . Cerise sur le Gateau : Le Casino est situé au RDC de l ' Hotel ; à consomer avec " Modération " Bon Séjour à Ceux qui y iront !!

Nydelig hotell med egen spa avdeling, innen -og utendørsbasseng, frisør casino og nattklubb. Meget behjelpelig betjening, en får badehåndklær ved bassenget (mot depositum). Bar ved bassenget, og engelskspråklig betjening. 6 € taxitur fra "24-hour square" med nattklubber som har åpne til langt på morgenen. Strand og restauranter/barer/supermarket i gangavstand. Flott hotel med følelse av luksus. Prisene på hotellet er litt stive i forhold til resten av solkysten, men slik skal det vel være på fem stjerner. Ellers sier ikke reklamen noe om at hotellet har et stort casino, som er åpent hver kveld, men det plaget ikke oss allikevel med barn. Totalt er vi svært godt fornøyd
