ｼﾞｬｸﾞｼﾞｰ付の部屋に泊りました。他の方もおっしゃってましたが、ｼﾞｬｸﾞｼﾞｰから滝を見るのは身を乗り出さないと難しいです。が、ﾊﾞｽﾀﾌﾞは広いですし2人で並んで入れるくらい大きいです。冬（12月）に行きましたが、ﾎﾃﾙから滝までは回り道をしなければならず（夏は使用していると思われるﾄﾛﾘｰみたいなのは止まっていました）そこは少し不便かもしれません。ｵﾌｼｰｽﾞﾝだから仕方ないかもしれません。falls viewにしましたが、朝、昼、夜と滝を存分に見られて満足です。窓際にはﾃｰﾌﾞﾙとｲｽがあるのでお酒なんかを飲みながらゆっくり滝を眺めることが出来ます。

部屋の広さ、ナイアガラの滝からの距離、ビュッフェスタイルの朝食、ただ泊まるだけならどれもケチの付けようが無かったです！ が、唯一かつ最大の残念なことが。Falls Viewの部屋を予約していたにも関わらず、チェックインして部屋に行くと窓から滝が見えませんでした。再度カウンターへ向かい話を聞くと（ホテル側の）OverbookingとやらでCities Viewの部屋になったとのこと、空き部屋も無いため部屋を交換することもできず、ディナー・クーポンで穴埋めされることに。。。 部屋から見える滝を期待して行った時の、窓から見える滝の無いただの街並み・・・ホテル自体は良かっただけにこんな悲しいことは無いです。

部屋の大きさ、アメニティーなど、いままで利用してきたホテルに比べると コストパフォーマンスは非常に高かったです。 朝食もバラエティーに富んでました。他の所でも同じチェーンのホテルを利用してみたいと思いました。

今回は両親を連れて宿泊しました。滝側の部屋を予約しておりましたが、ホテルに着いてからスタッフのお勧めでアップグレードしました。その部屋の窓は大きく、眼下にアメリカ滝、カナダ滝ともに眺めることができ、両親ともとても大喜びでした。ジャグジーは広く、清潔でホテルのスタッフもとても親切でした。朝の日の出と滝が部屋のベッドからみれたことには感動でした。 このホテルを選んだもう一つの理由は、常設レストランから滝を近くに臨むことができるということでした。特に、値段もお手頃な朝食付きがお勧めです。 眺め、清潔度、サービス、値段どれも満足いくものだと思います。両親には本当に喜んでもらえました。

26階に宿泊しました。 窓からは滝はもちろん、コニカミノルタタワーのレストランが丸見え。お客様から部屋の様子が丸見えということになるので、カーテンは半分閉めっぱなしでした。晴れた日のカナダ滝は絶景です。 多くの北米のホテルにはあることですが、従業員の中には日本人の感覚からすると接客が横柄であったり、割り込み客や友人との会話を優先する人がいます。こちらのホテルにもそういった方がいました。気持ちのよい接客をする従業員もいましたけれど、どうしても目立つというか、気になるのは当たり前じゃないほう、気持ちのよくない接客かもしれません。

フォールズビュールームだったのですが、寝室以外にジャグジー付風呂、シャワールーム、トイレは別、テーブルとソファ付のリビングルーム、そして簡易キッチンがあり、とても充実した部屋でした。 また、到着日には「マネージャーズレセプション」といって、歓迎パーティーなどがあり、宿泊者一人につきアルコール１ドリンク、ソフトドリンク飲み放題、スナック食べ放題のサービスがありました。 プール以外に温水ジャグジープールがあったり、トレーニングジムもあり、ホテルライフを充実させることができました。 朝食もbuffet方式で、ナイアガラの滝が見渡せるレストランでの朝食で、出来立ての朝食（オーダーして選ぶこともできる）をとることができます。 私たちが泊まった夜はあいにくの大雨だったので夜の散策ができなかったの […] ですが、部屋から滝が見えたおかげで夜の滝のライトアップショーもみることができました。 もっと読む

インクライン・レイルウェイ乗り場前でテーブルロックに至近。ピープル・ムーバーでのアクセスを前提にすると、どこへ行くにも非常に便利。 朝食開始の時間にレストランに行けば、カナダ滝を眺めながらの朝食が取れるのはよい。Falls viewの部屋をとれば、ライトアップの滝を思う存分楽しめるのも良い。

We weren't able to really use the mini fridge, as it didn't keep things cold. Had an issue with the air-conditioning, and maintenance person appeared right away, and solved our problems. The only thing I had a problem with is that I had to pay $20.00 each day for parking it should be $20.00 for my stay. Especially when one block away niagara casino had $5.00 a day parking. We have stayed at a lot of Embassy Suites but this one by far is my favorite...... The view from our room was just like the pictures show on Hotels.Com I was so excited to see the falls from room. AWESOME!!!!!!!

We spent 2 nights at this hotel for our anniversary. We stayed in a fallsview king jacuzzi room. I did a lot of research in advance and the ES had the best rate for this kind of room, and we were not disappointed. The bed was huge! And it had a real jacuzzi, not just a regular bathtub with a couple jets (like some hotels that advertise "jacuzzi rooms"). […] Anyway, the room was great and had a great view of the falls. The manager's reception was ok, but the free cook-to-order breakfast made up for it. TIP: if you are going to eat at one of the restaurants in the hotel, choose The Keg over TGIFridays. We ate at Fridays thinking we would save money but the bill was $120 for a steak, chicken fingers, a beer, a mojito, and one desert! Hotel was situated in a convenient location. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean EXCEPT for furniture and T.V were so old and outdated. Hotel offered breakfast buffet which was pretty good but Parking no matter if you valet parked or used the hotel lot , it was very expensive.

The room was just brilliant with staff upgrading us on arrival and we found the views just 2nd to none. The room had fantastic views of both the American and Horseshoe Falls and was awesome just sitting back to enjoy.

We enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites at Niagara Falls. It was the perfect fit for our family of five. We had an extra cot and refrigerator brought to our room for no extra cost. The bellhop who brought our bags to our room was very helpful and shared a bunch of great information about the area. Awesome views. Were on 37th floor and WOW what a view. Had a 4 and 2 year old with us and they loved it. Window does open downward a few inches. I put a suitcase in front for safety. Close to incline, walk to everything at falls.

We loved our room. Excellent view of the falls & very spacious. We are a family of 6 & would usually have to get 2 rooms, but not here. A little pricey and biggest downfall is the mandatory valet parking with a $20-$30fee. Also wish the wi-fi availablity extended to hotel rooms not just 9th floor coffee area. the hotel needs to change smelly carpets, up dated televisions etc, over all remodel rooms,outdated,parking too expensive. location great.no internet connection in room.

I recommend paying the extra for a higher floor and view of the falls - it is well worth it! Rate included a great, cooked to order breakfast, and complimentary alcoholic beverage and snack at happy hour.

The Embassy Suites in Canada was a perfect spot for a veiw of the Falls. The staff were very helpful and the location was a short walk to everything. I would definitely go back.

Great view from room at night lights up the fall.

The Fallsview Suite is remarkable. Well maintained, well apportioned suites. My suite was spectacular, and the hotel has the best view of the bowl of the falls possible. The tourism desk was ready to answer questions, the front desk was ready for currency exchange, I valet parked with ease.... I was totally impressed with the service received while staying on March 17, and 18th. Finding out that the Valet service was complimenary due to my husband/s handicap was quite a surprise. The breakfast was absolutely amazing as was the service. We enjoyed the Manager's complimenary snacks. Our family recently just came back from March break at Niagara. The package we purchased provided us with memories of a life time. Our kids range from ages 4 to 11 and there was something at the hotel for everyone to enjoy. Looking forward to our next getaway

Fallsview room was well worth the price. Fantastic view. Fast check-in, great service, convenient to restaurants, Starbucks and the falls. We had a great stay with two young kids.

We stayed in a fallsview room and had a perfect view of the Falls. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The kids loved the Manager's Reception and the breakfast had a good variety of hot food - albeit, it was March Break and very busy.

We have stayed two nights and the hotel. Service in the hotel is very good asnd all the staff is very nice and co-operative.

This is a very nice hotel and has a great view of the falls but having said that there are some short commings. We stayed on the 31st floor which was fantastic.......only one problem................5 elevators serving this floor and the wait for an elevator was ridiculous! The room we booked was a suite and it was very spacious and very nice, the "King […] bed" was huge, I have never seen such a huge bed and you could easily sleep 6 people in it!! There were 2 televisions, one in the livving room and one in the bedroom, both of them old picture tube style, for the money we spent on that room there should be 40" flat screens instead. There was also a refidgerator in the room which was great but one problem...........not cold and no way to adjust the temp so it was basically a very small cupboard. The bathroom was awesome especially that jacuzzi tub, there was a seperate shower which also was very nice, enough room for 2 people but two problems there, not adjustable shower head and no water pressure!! Comfortable suite space for a family vacation. Excellent breakfast buffet. Pleasant staff. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

We stayed for two nights with our three kids and upgraded to a falls view king bed and whirl pool tub. The room and stay was excellent! Remember to bring water/drinks and snacks with you! We will go again but hopefully next time without the kids! The boys played in the pool one afternoon but the older two boys got bored with it, the 7 yr old loved it […] and i had a hard time getting him out! Had a wonderful time with my wife. I planned it as a special Valentine's getaway. We were not disappointed. We took the upgrade to the Presidential suite for the little extra money and it was absolutely amazing. It was spacious with a king size bed, a large 2 person jacuzzi, a fire place and a large window with a breathtaking view of both the Horseshoe […] and American Falls. The Casino is just a short walk away. The only word of advice is to make sure you book a reservation for The Keg in the Hotel well in advance.
