Our stay was excellent and we were well looked after.We expected as requested 2 breakfasts in our booking for 2 people and found out there was only one but were up graded to 2 with out any issues.

Satisfied with the service.

Airconditioner in my room was not working properly, inspite of repeated complains to House Keeping and Reception. No action was taken. Please for next time make sure Room Airconditioners work properly.

Nice, clean and convenient hotel to stay in Guangzhou! Will definitely come back to this hotel again in future!

Hotel very old decoratively and staff battle to understand English should you need assistance. Beds are extremely hard compared to South African standards. Very close to Beijing Lu Pedestrian street and nearby to restaurants. It is a bit of a walk to the metro, about 2 blocks but close enough to walk. the hotel quality is ok but i really dislike the location. although it's along the famous shopping area of Beijing Road, but it's very far from MRT station which makes it very inconvenient to go anywhere. Waiting for a cab is also very difficult. unless u are driving, if not i won't recommend this hotel.

The Hotel was neat and clean, the people at the reception were nice and helpful. Speacial mention for people at the Concirge, they were very helpful at writing instruction for us in Chinese and telling us about the various places to go and place to shop. Very Helpful, 3 cheers to them. But the housekeeping needs big improvement, we were there for 7 […] days and not even once our bedsheets were changed, only when we checked in the bedsheets were fresh, clean and crisp but after that in next 7 days they were the same bedsheets. good hotel, good price.

Great location for shopping. Hotel laundry prices were way too high. The cost of 1 day's worth of clothing for 2 people to be laundered were higher than the cost of the room for a night. Cleaning lady was very efficient and very pleasant. Wifi was very tempramental.

THE HOTEL IS AT A VERY CENTRAL LOCATION NEAR TO BEIJING ROAD PEDESTRIAN STREET. THE METRO IS LITTLE FAR SAY ABOUT 10 MINS WALK BUT YOU DONOT COME TO KNOW OF IT AS THERE ARE MANY SHOPS INBETWEEN TO PASS YOUR TIME. OVERALL A WONDERFUL PROPERTY.

Room is very spacious. The extra bed is solid. Location is very convenient as the NRT is only 5 mins walk away through Mayflower shopping centres. Beijing street has all the convenient and food outlets (KFC, MacDonalds, Pizza Hut etc) for young kids. Hotel staff is very service oriented and room service impeccable. Can't ask for a better location

Great hotel clean nice location and the foot massage in the hotel is great!

The bed is hard but evrything else is very good

Stayed for 4 nights for the Canton Fair and this hotel did surprise me a little - it was better than i thought it would be. Nice lobby, staff spoke reasonable English and the massage centre is amazing. Very clean & the location is very good

the room is small and old needs maintenance , it is a nice location for shopping and food , no SGD currency exchange in the hotel , other think is just ok ...

Hotel overall OK. Plenty to shop around the area but subway line is too far away. Just be prepared to walk. Takes about 10 to 15 min walk. It stick around the area, good cheap food and also accessible to famous snacks at Beijing Pedestrian Road.

酒店環境清靜，房間寬敞。鄰近北京路，飲食及購物極為方便。五分鐘到地鈇。

Perfect location for most of visitors, easy access to shops and restaurants.Not so good though for Canton Fair visitors because of long drive (40-60min) to Pazhou Complex.I did not have WiFi in my room, it was only available in some of the rooms and the lobby.Rooms are nicely furnished and clean. Overall I recommend that hotel.

No es un hotel lujoso, pero esta muy correcto y bien siutado. El servicio tambien esta bastante a la altura por el precio que tiene el hotel.

I find the staff there very helpful. The room is clean and tidy to my satisfaction.

The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast: there wasn't a lot of "western style" variety.

Erittäin laadukas ja mukava hotelli lähellä metroa ja Bejing roadia. Voin suositella sekä businessmiehille että perheille. Palvelu oli moitteetonta luokkaa.
