フロントなど従業員の対応がよく、気持ち良く過ごせました。また、客室は十分に広く、清潔だった。さらに、立地は、Uバーンの駅出口から近く、観光するにも移動が簡単だった。最後に朝食のビュッフェもそれなりに充実しており、総合的な満足度が非常に高いホテルでした。

交通の便もとてもよく、全体的に清潔でスタッフの温かさを感じるホテルです。とても快適に過ごせました！ 最寄駅のNestroyplatz駅（U1)は街の中心地Stephansplatz駅（U1)まで２つ、オペラ座が近いKarlsplatz駅（U1）まで３つと、どこへ行くにも本当に便利でした。シェーンブルン宮殿までも乗り換え一度でOKです。 空港からホテルへ行く際には、SバーンのFloridsdorf行きに乗りPraterstern駅で降りて徒歩で向かいました。大きな荷物をひいて徒歩で10～15分位だったと思います。Sバーンを降りた後U1へ乗り換えて１駅乗るほどではないかなと思いましたが、何せ駅の入り口がホテルの目の前なので、利用しても良いと思います。Nestroyplatz駅の最寄出口のエスカレ […] ーターは、昇りのみでした。 部屋はツインをとりました。低層階で道に面していましたが、騒音は気になりません。広々として清潔感がある良い部屋です。湯沸しケトルと紅茶などもあり、部屋でもリラックスできて嬉しかったです。 バスルーム設備ですが、フェイスタオル、バスタオルがひとり一枚ずつありました。ハンドソープ、ボディーソープのみでしたので、シャンプー類は持参したほうが良いです。セントラルヒーティングがあり、広々としたバスルームも寒いということはなく快適でした。 個人的には朝食がとてもよかったです！こじんまりとしているホテルなので、あまり用意しているものは多くはありませんが、それでも毎日朝食が楽しみだったくらい美味しかったです。パン、クラッカー、シリアル、ヨーグルト、ハム、チーズ、ウインナー、野菜スティック、ゆで卵などあるものは普通のものですが、毎日大変満足していました。欲を言えば温かいお料理があればさらに嬉しいです。常にスタッフが新鮮なものを用意してくれています。 一点だけ気になったのは部屋の乾燥です。飛行機移動の疲れ＆冬の気候ということもありますが、一日目に喉が痛くなりました。部屋にもセントラルヒーティングがあるので、洗濯物や濡れたタオルをかけておくとよいかもしれません。それでだいぶ解消しました。気になったのはこれくらいです。 近所にドラッグストアとスーパーもありますので買い物も便利でした。ただし19時あたりでしまってしまったので、ホテルに帰る前に水を買おう…なんて思っていて失敗しました。 ビジネスで行く際や、家族、友人、カップルとの旅行にもとても良いホテルだと思います。大型ホテルでないので、大型グループがいないことも個人的には過ごしやすいポイントかなと思っています。 もっと読む

スタッフの対応は早く、朝食も悪くは無いです。部屋は天井も高く、広いのですが、寒い日は暖房の効きが弱く、特にお風呂場が暖房を入れても寒く感じます。女独りで泊まったのですが、あまり周囲の雰囲気が良くなく、地元の知り合いにも気を付けるように言われました。只、目の前が地下鉄の駅ですので、乗ってしまえば大丈夫です。

3泊の滞在でした。部屋はとてもきれいで広く快適でした（少し暑かったですが）。スタッフの方も感じがよいです。朝食のバイキングも種類が豊富でとてもおいしく、特にチーズの種類が多いことが嬉しかったです。中心部からは少し離れていますが、シュテファン寺院や王宮のあるエリアまで地下鉄で2駅なので遠くは感じません（ウイーンの地下鉄は駅間隔が狭いので2駅ぐらいなら余裕で歩けます）。ただ、ホテル周辺のお店は”それなり”なので、買い物や食事は中心部ですませてきた方が良さそうです。価格も安くとても快適なので、また行く機会があったらこのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。

当時、地下鉄の赤ラインが工事していたので、中心まで行くのが少し面倒だったが、それが工事なければたぶんとても便利なホテルだったのではないだろうか。周辺はスーパーや郵便局には事欠かないが、中心の華やかさやアウトローなとがった感じは当然なく、少し廃れているエリアではある。ただ、レセプションの対応や、朝食のクオリティ、部屋の広さ、清潔さ、インターネット環境など素晴らしい面が多く、エリアのマイナス面を補っている。

これまでに10回ほど利用し、計50泊以上していますが、いつも満足しています。地下鉄駅が目の前で、国鉄のprater駅も徒歩圏内です。空港から4ユーロ、40分でたどりつきます。 昔なかった冷蔵庫や電気ポット・コーヒー紅茶も最近は配備されていて、ますますいいです。無線LANも最近はつながりも良くて無料なので重宝しています。朝食も質・量ともに満足です。 ただエアコンがないので、暑いときは窓を開けて寝ることになります。よって道路側の部屋になると、やや騒音があって、気になる人は眠りずらいかもしれません。

場所は中心地からやや離れていましたが、トラムなどを使いこなせば問題のない場所です。お値段から判断すると景色や施設はあの程度で十分だと思います。朝食はコンパクトでありながら、ひとつひとつ丁寧に準備されていて、厳選された素材のものもあって、5☆クラスでゴージャスに並べられている朝食バイキングなんかよりはるかによかったです。1泊程度のショートステイにまた利用したい安心ホテルです。

豪華なホテルではないけれど朝食付き、WiFi無料などサービスは十分です。アイロンもあります。U1のNestroyplatz駅の真ん前にあり、U1、U2、S-BahnのPraterstern駅からも徒歩圏です。周辺にはスーパーマーケットのSPARとZielpunkt、ドラッグストアのdmがあるので日用品の買い物に便利です。Praterstern駅のスーパーBILLAは夜9時頃まで利用できます。空港-ホテル間の直通の移動手段はないので、電車や空港バスを使う場合は下調べが必要です。

いいホテルでした。私は、一人滞在でしたが、予約で、キングサイズベッドの部屋が可能で、それにしました。朝食も種類もあってよかったです。脂っこくなくて。風呂も大きめで、お湯もきちんとふつうにでましたし。駅前でアクセスも良好でした。夕食とかは、シュバーデンプラッツでいくらでありますし、空港バス乗り場へも徒歩で行ける距離です。値段のわりにいいと思います。すでに他の人にもすすめてしまいました。

We arrived straight from the airport after an overnight flight, a bit earlier than check in time, and the kind people at the front desk took very good care of us from the start. While they got our rooms ready early, they told us how to get to some sights, recommended restaurants, and provided some useful general information. They were so welcoming and […] helpful! The rooms were beautiful and spacious, we were amazed. They upgraded us to a family suite, which is very roomy for two adults and two children. The bathroom was bright and clean. We were also grateful for the well-stocked coffee/tea kettle. The television had lots of international stations, so the kids were entertained by familiar shows while we were in the room. The location is right next to an underground station, so it was easy to travel around the city. It is also close to good restaurants and helpful shops (pharmacy, etc). They recommended an Italian restaurant called Stradinos (or something like that) which was small, and a bit smokey for Americans unaccustomed to that in a restaurant, but it was absolutely delicious and we loved every dish we ordered. This was our forth stay at Hotel Capri and we will definitely be back again. Hotel staff always very friendly and helpful, lovely rooms, always very clean and breakfast was wonderful. Let me go over the pros: Incredible location, very close to the stop of Nestroyplatz, so if you're using the CAT to get to the hotel, you're in luck because it's only two stops away (though there are changes on one train to the Red U1 train). We walked from the CAT station (20mins) and found the hotel without too much trouble. If using the underground leave the station by the small lift on the platform. Well, for me the hotel is situated perfectly. Quite close to the city center (about 5 min by underground - the stop is right opposite the hotel, or 15 min on foot) but without that touristic hassle that annoys me so much. Hotel surroundings are calm but our room overlooked the road so it was a little bit noisy but for us that isn't any big problem. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are extremely good. Rooms were cleaned daily. There is a safe in the room and tea-cofee making facilities. Beds are comfortable in terms of matresses but we had two beds put together and since they stand on a carpet they sprawled all the time which is not so good for 'romance'. Rooms are large compared to size of a standard european hotel room. But at the same time overall decor of the room is very simple without a touch of cozyness, the room seemed quite shabby with some black marks on curtains, smell of smoking (though it is a nonsmoking hotel), tiles on the floor in the bathroom are cracked.
