BARTの駅に近く利便性がよいし、フロントの方がいろいろな情報を教えてくれて非常に役に立ちました。部屋はそれなりに広く快適です。朝9時行ったのですが、チェックインさせてくれました。外が少し騒がしいことが少し気になりました。

これまでマリオットに泊まることが多かったが、日航も結構いい。お金はかかるが、プールがいい。サービスはいい加減で日系ホテルのきめ細かさはない。

英語が不得手な私でも、スタッフの方は大変感じ良かったです。 我々が入口に近づいた際には、スタッフがダッシュで飛んで来て、ドアを開けてくれます。サンフランシスコ空港までは、ホテルのリムジンを利用しました。大人４名＋子供２名でチップ込みで160ドルでした。映画にでてくるようなリムジンに乗れて、良い気分でした。

毎年、２月に使っています。立地もよく、ビジネスの宿泊にはちょうど良いホテルです。無線LANも無料で、非常に便利です。

The location was fantastic, staff were VERY helpful, and the old-school elevator was the greatest thing ever. There were NO bedbugs like some others have claimed, the room was clean with a personal bathroom, fridge, WI-FI and microwave. Overall a great stay, especially if you are travelling on business or alone.

Jackson Court is a beautifully-kept older, elegant B&B in the quiet Pacific Heights area of SF. Walking distance to interesting shops and restaurants along Fillmore St. Our room was large and well-furnished. Comfortable bed. Continental breakfast was adequate but unexciting. "Neighborhood location"
The neighborhood was residential (very nice) and quiet. Convenient walk to Upper Fillmore and on a bus line to downtown (25 min). Room was a good size, bed was comfortable and shower was a walk-in, which is rare in an older building. Building was properly heated for the foggy SF nights. Old home converted to B&B with typical old San Francisco style. Good location for that end of town. Accomodations were OK and comfortable. No elevator for second floor and parking on the street which is next to impossible in San Francisco for overnignt.
