朝食もパン、ベーグル、シリアル、ヨーグルト、フルーツなどたくさんありよかったです。建物はちょっと古い感じでしたがお部屋はとてもきれいでした。シャトルバスも便利。

"Before the heavy traffic"
It was very nice area right off the interstate. There where a lot of places to eat real close by. It was easy to get to my retirement lunch. Did not have to fight the heavy traffic of Fort Worth coming in from the north. The only bad thing was they are working on the I35W and I820 crossing at this time which has been the big cause of traffic problems. "All chewed UP!"
I was settling in for the night ... stepping into the bathroom to wash my face and brush my pearly whites as always - closing the door behind me. Our stay was okay, but I was bothered by the fact that the morning hotel staff all seemed to congregate in the kitchen area outside the breakfast room. "Bad Experience at Best Western."
I purchased the hotel stay for my brother his wife & their 2 year old daughter. First we didn't get the room we said we'd get with our confirmation. Which was 2 queen beds, instead they got a king size bed. The A/C, heat unit did not work the tempiture was in the low 40's that night. The front desk said the maintenance man had left for the day & it […] was only 4pm on a Thursday. They were on the street level floor & the bedroom window's lock was broken. We were able to push it down enough to have it not open, so we thought. We left the hotel for a few hours & when we returned the window was fully opened. The hotel would not admit they opened the window. We spoke to the front desk about our dissatisfaction with the room. The front desk made notes for their manager. On Saturday morning the toilet in the first room backed up. We called the front desk for a plunger & never received one. When we were leaving for the day on Saturday we asked to get another room. The manager okayed it & we were given a room with 2 queen beds. In that room there were two bugs in the bathroom and the A/C, heat unit did not work properly either. "Very decent place to stay"
Staff made every attempt to keep rooms and bathrooms impeccable. Cafe was well stocked for breakfast with a good variety of breakfast foods including fruits. I had a great time here at htis hoel. The location is great - it was just 5 minutes away from all the places i had to go.
