2つ星でエコノミーなホテルですが、部屋は清潔で、シャワーの水圧、温度、ベットすべて満足しています。簡単ですが朝食が含まれているのもうれしいです。立地もとてもよかったです。La Quintaには違う都市でも宿泊したことあるのですが、共にいい印象でした。今後、他都市でもLa Quintaに泊まろうと思います。

以前に滞在したスプリングヒルズやホリデーインはコインランドリーが有りました。今回はコインランドリーが無いため少し不便を感じました。レンタカーを借りていたのですが、返却も近く深夜の到着や早朝のフライトも不便を感じさせない空港前のロケーションは最高ですね。

"Great room for the money"
The hotel is super clean, the staff is really nice. The only problem is that sometimes other guests who arrive late at night, talk load in the middle of the night and wake you up. But this sis not the fault of the hotel, the problem are the guests. But I really recommend staying here, it is conveniently located and very clean.Hotels.com ゲストの適正な口コミ

"customer service was not like it has been in past"
Booked rooms ahead of time and when we got their we got one handicap room which we didn't need. Clerk told us even though we had reservation we couldn't get regular room. So that was uncomfortable for my dad staying their. In fact he almost fell in bathroom. He had to park further because handicap parking was right in front of room but he of course […] doesn't have a handicap sticker. Very inconvenient for him. Front clerk didn't even try to look for better accomidations. Had to pay upfront which we never have to when asked why she pointed at card very rudely instead of patiently explaining change of policies. We asked for 2 more towels and clerk different one questioned how many we had already taken. Like we were going to take towels with us. Very rude. We have stayed at this hotel several times and we always look for a best western to stay at when we go put of town because of the cleanliness of the rooms, just disappointed in customer service. "BW Rose Garden Inn, McAllen TX - very good!"
The rooms cost a few dollars more than the cheapest category, and for that you get a MAJOR improvement in comfort, service and quality. We got a suite with a bedroom, bath, kitchen and living room. Everything was clean, neat and in working condition. The staff added little touches of appreciated luxury. The breakfast is 3 classes above the "continental […] breakfast" of the cheap places. THE GOOD: I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It had a good breakfast, you could use a computer and it had a printer if you needed to print directions or something. I had to fax a document long distance and they did it without charging me. The front desk staff and cleaning person I spoke with were all friendly. THE BAD: The water smelled like sulfer, but […] I don't know if that is the hotel's fault or if it is just the local water source. The pool stays open until 10pm/11pm so if they swimmers are noisey and you want to get some rest, it could be a problem. These items are really not that bad. I would stay there again.
