Smoked and non-smoked rooms were mixed at 1st and 2nd floors. Booked non-smoke room but felt someone smoked there before. The manager said it is under new management and such layouts could be changed soon. Hope so. Otherwise, it was good.

Room was clean . Was able to get a good nights rest. comfortable stay at affordable price . definitely recommend this place to others

In High Point, this hotel appeared to be the best of somewhat limited options. For the most part, it was clean and comfortable. At the same time, however, the sofa was badly in need of cleaning.

When I checked in at 10:00 pm the first room I was given had lights on, a pair of man's pants on the bed and was dirty. I went back to the desk and was told the room was vacant and that it was fine for me to stay in. I said I didn't want that room and wanted another. The second room I was given was dirty as well with stained sheets. I called the desk […] and told them the sheets were dirty and stained. They brought me a sheet to change the bed myself. I would stay again. It was clean bed was confy. Worth a one night stay on the way to the beach again.

Room clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast room sparse and poorly arranged.

there was a misleading statement in the on-line booking. The pool was not filled. Should have been mentioned. Probably would have not booked there w/out a pool.

If you are visiting High Point for the furniture market, this hotel is not close, but everything in High Point is within a 20 min. drive. It is a little isolated, right off the highway. Maybe that's why they lock the front door every night at 10PM. Definitely not the worst hotel I have stayed in but I do know I will not use hotels.com to find another hotel....

After driving 8 hours, I was very disappointed to find out the pool was closed for the season. The front desk was being covered by the laundry staff which seemed unprofessional.

The hotel carpet was FILTHY!!! The kids were disappointed to see the pool had NO water (in late June??) and was dirty!

I would of rated a little higher if there wasn't a spider in the bathroom. I would stay there again.

When I checked in to my room, the room was clean, but I found a spider on the backside of the pillow. Upon returning to the desk, they apologized and changed my room. The rooms are reconditioned, adequately maintained and clean. The hotel is within a few miles of local shopping and food choices. Reasonable room charge Staff very accommodating Complimentary breakfast was good Free internet in the room was a plus Microwave and mini-frig was convenient too

Very nice, clean, quiet hotel. Service very good. Close to High Point University. Right off the highway.

The staff was very personable and called us to make sure we caught the shuttle to the furniture market. They did more than they were required to do! Excellent customer service.

The Motel was not as close to down town High Point as advertized. If you a sports fan that likes to catch up by watching ESPN you might be out of luck the TV reception in the first room we had mad watching ESPN impossible in fact the second room wasen't much better. The continental breakfast well let just say you should plan on eating out.

NICE CLEAN PLACE TO STAY WITH REASONABLE RATES AND CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN HIGH POINT NC.

Arrived around 11:30pm. Was met in small foyer by friendly man in pj shorts & t-shirt. Lobby was locked & dark. We were not allowed to enter via lobby. We were asked to enter on outside, unsercured side door. Room was ok but we recieved a call from the front desk well after midnight to ask our names. We were already in bed and asleep. At arrival the […] person at front desk said he had to charge me $10 for the rollaway. I said we did not ask for a rollaway. When we arrived in the room there was no rollaway....I was confused, you want to charge me for a rollaway that i didnt request but you didnt even order but you forget to provide it anyway. This Hotel met our needs for our stay of 3 nites. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked. We had a kig size bed wth a loveseat in the room. And the prices could not be beat. I would definitely stay here again. The only downside was the air quality in the hallway and elevators, very stuffy and hot. Staff was courteous and they extended our stay at the Hotels.com rate for another night. My only complaint was a lot of things in the lobby were "out of order", the milk machine, the juice machine and the rest room adjacent to the breakfast area. We would definitely stay there again.

Location was great, right off interstate with easy access.

Well I was on the road traveling between cities and needed a place to stay for a night before moving on. Personally i think it was over priced for what you get but when you are tired and want to rest safely and comfortablly you cannot beat it.
