Great service, good variety and quality of continental breakfast, grounds beautifully kept, friendly staff. I would stay here again.

Room was comfortable and clean. Morning breakfast was a plus. Would stay again but I would call ahead and book a room towards front of building.

comfortable stay. standard amenities. had free breakfast and business office for me to print out boarding pass. shuttle to airport anytime on request. very nice stay.

Great price for hotel. Across street and about 1 block to convention center. Not a bad walk even in the rain. This Best Western did not meet my expectations due to the noise level (close to a train station that operated all night), the difficulty of using the shower (fancy shower knob allowed only very hot or very cold water, despite trying every position of the handle), the uncomfortably large pillows (bad for a small person), and the lack of help from the […] staff (no other size pillow available). I would not stay at a Best Western again. I also found the TV insulting --the way it was set up it was very hard to just find ordinary channels; it was clear they wanted you instead to pay to view something, and in fact took a $50 deposit for your room to pay for such incidentals. This was a great value! Easy walking distance to Ontario convention center (about a block and a half), excellent breakfasts including eggs, waffles and sausage gravy, and a well heated outdoor pool made this an enjoyable stay. Rooms also had frig and microwave. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

I booked a 1 night stay to get away from 'it all.' And I wasn't looking for much - something clean, quiet, and economical. The BW in Ontartio (209 N Vineyard) gave me more than I thought I'd get. the hotel was great, very very clean & very close to all of the important venures, some even within walking distance. it was very close to other main hotels,eating places and all of the major freeways. The room was very clean and updated & the staff was knowledgeable and polite. Location has easy freeway and airport access with many shopping and eating establishments nearby. Overall, very satisfied.

hotels was a good value for the price we paid. the only thing was that it was right near the train tracks so it was pretty noisly from time to time. would have licked to know that ahead of time but other than that it was fine.

This Best Western is close to the airport so you will hear the jet engines of the planes. This I expected but what I did not expect were the noises from the trains nearby. Transportation was provided to and from the Ontario Airport. Clean rooms. Overall a nice hotel stay.

The room was very nice as expected, looks exactly how it does in the online pictures. I did not like the pillows they were not comfortable, I sort of had a hard time getting use to laying on them. Everything else was clean and in shape.

I had a wonderful time the place was really booked but all of the rooms were very clean and great fast service.

The hotel room was very clean, had a great flat screen TV, and a clean and nice bathroom. The property looked like it was in really good shape. A lot of hotels around this one, but on a website, it was the cheapest!!! Worth the price for the ability to save 2 hours of driving from Big Bear at 3 am to catch a 6 am flight!!!!

Our stay was pleasant and relaxing, all our needs were met. What ever we needed extra (towels etc.) was attended to quickly, with huge smiles. The complete staff was friendly and helpful. We shall return..

The room was very nice, but they didn't have any cartoon channels on their cable for my daughter. Also, it was really close to airport so you could sometimes here the larger airplanes taking off and the trains on the railroad track. After couple of calls they sent a key to a different room for using the bathroom but given the fact that my neighbor also had the same issue i do not think that helped. Our room was clean and smelled fresh. The carpet seemed to be clean, too (big plus!). We would not rate this as a "Plus" for BW, but it's a nice and clean budget hotel. We wold stay again. PS: We loved the pie at the restaurant next door!

The staff at the front desk was friendly and they were able to check me in almost 3 hours early. The room was quite nice. I was very impressed. Perfect for my trip. Would not only recommend but will definitely be staying there in the future.

The location is convenient to everything and the free shuttle service was very nice. However, the hotel is a double whammy when it comes to noise! The loud train and the planes flying overhead will wake you up.
