5年前にはなかったホテルで、聞くと、3年前にオープンしたとの事であった。リノ空港利用時には、別のホテルを利用していたが、今回、このホテルに宿泊して、部屋も広く設備も整っていて満足できる内容であった。室内のテレビも大型で見やすく、無線の高速インターネットも使えた。次回にリノ空港を利用することがあれば、また、再利用したい。

レイク・ビューの部屋を頼んだら、３階で、バルコニーからレイクタホが見えました。道を挟んで、すぐに水際まで降りられるので、夕日、朝日の時間にきれいなレイクタホを見ることができました。なにより、すぐに水際まで降りることができ、１８０℃のパノラマでレイクタホを見ることができたのが最高でした。

""Great in every way""
I am a picky former smoker, I can't stand the ashtray smell that you have to endure in some motels. The room was clean, it had the closed up smell of a room not recently used, but was resolved with some Febreeze. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Pet friendly a plus. Requested a mattress pad be put on the bed before arrival and it was done-comfortable […] nights sleep. Front desk offered a microwave oven if we wanted one it would be taken to the room immediately. The TV was an older model, but we didn't rent a room for TV anyway. All the amenities were available. The shower was great, perfect height for a 6' person and plenty of pressure. The water temperature must be on a timer, but no problem for a morning or night shower. The only thing I would give a negative is the thin well used towels. We stayed in November so required some heat, had to keep adjusting up and down, to warm, to cool so only rated comfort at a 4 otherwise would have been a 5 Will definitely stay here again; we are in Carson City at least 4-6 times a year to visit family, the pool will be a major plus in the warmer months. もっと読むExpedia ゲストの適正な口コミ

I remember staying at the quality inn suites when I was younger and it was so nice and clean. Well this time there was hair on the shower wall and hair on the floor. The walls were dirty and the tv was so ancient. I liked that they had a refrigerator but that's about it.Hotels.com ゲストの適正な口コミ

The staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were fine! We were on motorcycles and got to park in front of our rooms on the first floor. We swam in the out door pool every day. The complimentary breakfast and coffee made it convienient for our schedule. Our rooms were next to our friends so we visited back and forth. It was great! Upon checking in, the wrong name was on my reservation and eventhough the credit card was a match the counter person took a very lengthy time getting us checked in and the charges were incorrect. the room was extremely noisy until after 1 AM. A sheriff came to the door looking for some unknown person. there was mold in the bathroom and dirty fingerprints. there were ants in my bed. I will not stay there again although the staff were very nice and helpful.Hotels.com ゲストの適正な口コミ

I got in very late (delayed flight). It took more than 15 minutes to check in because the late night clerk was unable to figure out how to work the computer. He had to call someone from a call center to help him through the process. He was a nice enough fellow, but clearly not adept at the process, which he explained, happened all too often. What was […] more problematic though was the room was so cold. There was no thermostat anywhere in the room, and there were not nearly enough blankets in the room. It was a very cold night. "Poor quality hotel"
A poor quality hotel. The bathroom door in my room *did not* lock at all. It would swing open when I was using the bathroom. The towels were rather yellow and not a bright white.
