渡米の目的はビジネスでしたが、2日前に到着して時差ぼけを緩和させたいと思い、自腹で泊まる安いホテルを探していました。このホテルは空港から無料シャトルバスが出ていて、レビューの星の数もそこそこで、写真ではとてもきれいに見えたので、予約しました。 実際に着いてみると、写真と全然違う古い建物で、あちこちの部屋を改築工事中でした。2階建てでエレベーターがなく、重いスーツケースをフロントから遠くの2階の部屋まで運ぶのに大変苦労しました。ベッドは普通でしたが、部屋は薄暗く、シャワー室は狭くて古く、気味が悪くて全く使用する気になれませんでした。さらに、ホテルの裏を貨物列車が通るので、汽笛の音が耳障りでした。周辺の環境は良いとは言えません。閉店しかけのレストランがぽつぽつありました。一刻も早くチェックアウト […] したかったです。こんな思いをするのなら、少々高くてもダウンタウンのホテルに泊まれば良かったと後悔しました。お客は車で来たアメリカ人老夫婦を多く見かけました。 もっと読む

I enjoyed staying here. Friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast is sufficient. Adjustable aircon is nice. Free shuttle from the Airport. Safeway is 2 blocks away. Laundry room is nice to have, but only one each of washer and dryer is available. Shower room is pretty small.

空港から無料シャトルバスですぐ。ミルブレーの比較的大きな通り（El Camino Real)沿いで雰囲気も悪くない。空港に到着して近くで宿を探す方には良いと思います。ホテルは敷地が広く、二階建ての建物が何棟も並んでいる造りで、遠い部屋に案内されたのがやや不満でした。とはいえ、無料朝食、無料ネット、きちんとしたベッドとシャワーが確保されてましたので、私のニーズにはあっていました。もう少し安いモーテルも近くにあるようですが、ここは部屋の造りもまあまあしっかりしてますし、コストパフォーマンスは良いと思います。ポジティブサプライズはありませんが、やはり大手チェーンだけあって無難なものに出会えるのだと思いました。

深夜の到着でしたが、空港から近く、24時間の無料シャトルバスがあるため便利でした。 ただ、宿泊した部屋が、ホテル敷地内の一番奥の棟の3階（最上階）の一番端の部屋だったため、ロビーから遠く、夜中にゴロゴロとスーツケースを押して移動しなければならなかったのがちょっと不便でした。 部屋数も多く、とても満室とは思えなかったので、もっとロビーから近く便利な部屋は空いていないのか？？と少々疑問に思いました。 朝食は朝4時半からやっていて、種類は少ないもののマフィンやパン類はとても美味しかったです。 フロントの対応などは特にフレンドリーでもなく、むしろそっけない感じがしましたが、嫌な印象は受けませんでした。 チェックアウト後に部屋にネックレスを忘れたことに気づき、電話をかけるときちんと見つけて保管しておい […] てくれました。 過度なサービスはありませんが安心できるホテルだと思いました。 もっと読む

the park and fly option is great. up to 14 days free parking if you stay the night before you fly. great shuttle service to and from airport. very clean refurbished rooms. nice lounge and cafe. free wifi and continental breakfast. great place to stay.

Very little sleep due to train horns and truck engines, and a few late-night or early morning planes. I can't imagine anyone staying here for a weekend or longer. One-night visits only.

Overall, I was pleased with my stay. the one thing I would like to point out is that there was a 3 lamp fixture above the vanity in the bathroom with 2 of lamps burned out. Other than that, everything else was just fine.

We just needed a room to sleep close to the airport and this was it. I saw a roach in the bathroom but everything else looked clean. The decor was prette outdated.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We walked for about 20 minutes to the train station and caught the Bart into San Francisco for a few hours before we had to leave to catch our flight. The shuttle bus was 5 minutes early for pick up, which was great. We thought it was well worth the money.

We stayed one night and I booked just because of the free airport shuttle. The shuttle was very convenient and the room was OK. It was a little shady because it looked like the locks had been changed multiple times and there was a big sign on the inside of the door, "Be sure to deadbolt your room". chairs in room were uncomfortable Overall service of the staff was superb

very clean room, nice location. very pleased.

The room was quite small but clean . We had to call twice to fix the sink that woulld not drain and the toilet backed up.The shower hot water handle had a loud sweak and we could also hear that from other rooms. I would not pay more than $100.00 per night. The complmentary breakfast was wonderful and very popular.

Rooms need updating but service excellent, breakfast is good, and the airport shuttle perfect. If quiet is required, make sure you get a room away from the tracks. We were in the 300 block and could hear the trains but they were muted and did not bother us.

Fast shuttle to and from airport was essential for us. As were nearby supermarkets and good sweater buys at Kohls because we were cold. There were no gardens or lounges for relaxing. The room was small but an extra small chair would have been welcome even so. Trains and room neighbors were a bit noisy.Overall it was a handy stopover sleep en route.

This was a great place for what we needed, and it was nice to have a place to put our car. Breakfast was decent enough and the room was quiet.

Hotel is older and it shows. But, everything in my room worked and was clean. Service was fine. Free parking. Overall, a good bargain.

What a treat to find a super nice hotel room - complete with all the amenities. Excellent service along with friendly smiles and conversation from the ladies at the front desk. I would definitely stay here again.

I use this hotel and car parking service whenever I fly from SFO and will be gone for a couple of days. I don't have to fight the Bay Area traffic getting to the airport and I know my vehicle will be well taken care of. Also, the hotel has a very good restaraunt.

Storing our car and shuttle service to SFO led us to this hotel. However, proximity to the railroad meant a night of no sleep, lots of noise and general dissatisfaction. Find another place!

The best beds we've ever slept in. New decor, incredible duvet covers and luxurious sheets, beautiful. Great restaurant. Whole thing looks brand new. Wait staff was super helpful and went out of their way. Shuttle and car-park was very efficient door-to-door. Worked like clockwork. HIGHLY recommend.

Good shuttle service to the airport but that is the hotel's only plus. Noisy. Wi-Fi didn't work. One waitress at the bar couldn't keep up with customers. Front desk sent us to restaurant 2-3 blocks away (it was 10, in the rain). Small rooms; stairs that you must drag luggage up.

This hotel was definitely not the quality, condition, and comfort that was outlined in the description of the hotel and rooms. The property was very outdated, run down with a need for renovation. The room had a wall/window air conditioning unit that was loud, had an odor and had a wall thermostat control panel that did not work. I arrived in San Francisco for a one-night stopover on the way home to Victoria, BC. I was quite ill and eager to get to my room and was dismayed to learn that my room was the equivalent of about four city blocks from the lobby where I was checking in! It was raining and I had a lot of luggage so I actually asked for assistance to get my bags to my […] room. Fortunately, I ended up getting a van ride over to my room. I was grateful - but I am pretty sure if I hadn't begged for assistance I would have been on my own. Fortunately - once I got into the room - it was lovely, the bed extremely cozy with really nice linens. I had a good sleep - then headed out in the rain back the four city blocks for a great free, continental breakfast. Good shuttle service too and from airport. We have stayed at this hotel in the past with good experiences so this last one was really disappointing..It was convenient for us to leave our car and travel to the airport. This time, however, has given us pause. We booked through Hotel.com which may have not been a benefit to us because the room we got was far inferior to what we have had in the […] past. It was very small with a queen bed- we paid for a queen wanting a King. . The sound was so bad through the walls that we could hear the guest next door urinating in the toilet!! We were awaken many times in the night with such noises including the train that went by every hour. It was clean but I do not think that made up for the other negatives on the first night of our long awaited vacation. Dinner at the restaurant was not good. Service was good but every time we have eaten there, we have regretted it due to the food not being good. I won't insist to my husband we do it again. Yes, we cook and know the difference. When our plane arrived home we waited for the shuttle a long time. No shuttle so I called they said it would be another 15 minutes. 45 minutes later the bus arrived...I learned later others waiting had been there 45 minutes before us!!! We had seen every other hotel shuttle come and go at least twice maybe three times before ours arrived! The final straw was that when we got shuttled to our parked car on their lot the battery was dead in the car. Newer car, newer battery! After a long time waiting for the office to answer my call (which had been my recent usual experience) they said they would send someone over. He came right over and said " what did you do, leave your lights on?!" I said ": No, YOU All must have because you all moved my car hear and it was fine when we dropped it off!" It started right up with a jump charge. But really get with it! This is a "fly and park" arrangement , they should make sure the lights or what ever is turned off when they park the car! I don't usually write these texts because most often I am very happy with my stay. But this time sadly not. The location for sleep and fly is great, and yes the trains are going on all night. And since most people only stayed one night then leave early in the morning it caused a lot of sounds and early wake ups. Sleeping in was never and option. Second, the heater. I work in movie business and had my hands on a sound measurement tool, therefore I could get an exact measurement. And the difference in sound inbetween on and off was 20 decibel. The comparison is a quiet room and a normal traffic intersection. I am great at sleeping heavy, so I could deal with it while sleeping. I really have nothing bad to say about the El Rancho. It is a great place to stay - not far from SFO or San Francisco and even San Jose. It even has a great restaurant on the premises. Best shuttle service--pick you up at your room. Nice to have early morning coffee and snacks available (starting at 4:30 AM). Everything was very clean. Easy trip into San Francisco, also.

Unfortunately, I had very bad experience at this hotel. The front desk personnel were very unfriendly and although I booked a room by the pool, at the last minute they sent me to a very remote room. I was very happy to check out of that place.

This is a great place to stay and park your car going and coming from SFO. We have used the facilities many times and highly recommend it as being close to the airport with transportation to and from all flights.

Over-priced for a low quality old hotel. Best thing about the hotel was the breakfast

Wonderful hotel. Room large and uniquely appointed & decorated. Bed very comfy. Bathroom large, shower large and with amazing water pressure. Great value for price. Not much in walking distance, otherwise loved this hotel.
