夜中にチェックアウトのため英語がわからないのにピックアップシャトルの対応をしていただき非常に親切にしていただいて助かりました。部屋は築年数が古いのだと思います。空調の暖房をＯＦＦにしてるのに勝手に作動したりと部屋の中も古さを感じてしまいます。中心部からは歩いて行けるのでセドナの初日か最終日にはお勧めです部屋のランクにもよるかもしれませんが、１日だけの滞在で十分です。

利便性もよく清潔感もありとてもゆっくり過ごせました！毎朝、ヨガのサービス又温水のジャグジーもありそこから岩々を眺めながら温泉のように浸かりました★とてもセドナらしい時間を過ごせたと思います！

一人旅で利用させていただきました。アップタウンにも５分程度で行け、部屋はとっても清潔で広く、部屋からの景色も最高でした。予約時の注意点(ロビーが空いている時間の制限があります。)を読まずレイトチェックインの連絡をしていなかったため、夜中の1時にシャトルバスで着いた私はロビーのドアに記載された緊急連絡先に連絡をしてもらい、20分後に来ていただきました。優しいおじいさんが対応してくださり、先にシャトルバスの人を帰して(おそらく一人旅だったので後で変な人が押し入ってこないための対応だった気がしました。)部屋まで案内してくださいました。前日迷惑をかけたにも関わらず、朝ロビーで笑顔で対応してくださったのが印象的でした。また次回も利用したいと思いました。

クリスマスの日に泊まりました。 フロントで用意して下さっていたアップルサイダーも美味しかったし、3人だったので簡易ベッドも入れてくれたり、タオルも余分にいれてくれたりとサービスも気持ち良かったです。クリスマスディナーもボリュームたっぷりで美味しかったです。

"価格相応ですよ"
目の前の通りを挿んで線路があります。貨物列車がかなりの頻度で通過し、結構な騒音ですのでこれに絶えられない方は別のエリアをお勧めします。私はかなり疲れていたので全く気にならずに寝る事が出来ました。徒歩3分のところにスーパーがあるので便利かもしれません。ダウンタウンへは車が必要です。部屋はかなり狭いので2人での利用の場合は別のモーテルをお勧めします。Expedia ゲストの適正な口コミ

You get what you pay for ... Nice stop for the price we got . It was a cold night took the heat a while to warm up the room. Very close to a train track , but that didn't bother us. "you get what you pay for"
NOT GOOD - - we booked two rooms for 2 nights. housekeeping did not show up, no soap or TP in one room and no telephone connection as the cord was missing. the other room both beds uncomfortable and carpet was sticky and no kleenex also.
