Would not recommend this hotel... Don't let the lobby photos fool you. Lobby was stunning beautiful setting with lush vegetation, a dreamy oasis. As soon as the the man opened our door we let out an audible gasp. It was the size of a litterbox and the bathroom was the size of a postage stamp, shower only had screaming hot water that came out. Extremely nice hotel in Playa Del Carmen. My wife, my daughter and I stay there for 3 nights. We had a "Garden" room that had, a king size bed upstairs in the loft, a fold out bed in the lower level, and a small balcony, that was perfect for those chill out times. Courtyard, ground are extremely relaxing. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The […] beach was 3 minutes away and the mamin drag 5th Ave, is 30 yards in the opposite direction. The negative comments we have are, there should be a full lenth mirror somewhere in the room, and anothte light for the lower level. Hi, We took 3 nights in April 2011 in Kinbe and it is a nice hotel. Nice staff Great location , 50 mr from the beach nice pool but ackwordly placed near the lobby. However since Playa del carmen center is small, taking an hotel which is 200 mr from the beach does not impact the stay and you can get better prices and better hotel however nothing against […] this hotel except the price for a small room but well put. Great Location close to 5ta Avenida and 1 block away from the beach. Very clean and neat. Prices are affordable and competitive for the location of the hotel.

My husband and a friend stayed at the hotel. We had 2 rooms, both were awesome and very clean. Front desk personnel remember you every time, even your room number. Always pleasant, always helpful. Everything is right there next to the hotel. 1blk from beach, 1 blk from nightlife and shopping.

The room was very small. And although it appeared clean at first glance, the cover blanket on bed did NOT look clean ( if you get my drift).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Kinbe. It was affordable, adorable and in the perfect location, steps away from both the beach and the hopping avenida quinta. Breakfast was included in our room at a very nice hotel on the beach about a block away, so we had a lovely meal overlooking the ocean every morning. Great small hotel in the heart of Play Del Carmen! A block from the best beach we found in the area with a great beach club. It's right in the heart of all the shops restaurants. The rooms are on the smaller side, but very nice. If you like the monster resorts, this might not be the place for you. We will definitely stay there again!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay at Hotel Kinbe in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. It was right between the beach and Fifth Avenue, where all the action is, but is a cool, secluded getaway once you step in the door. One block from beautiful beaches and 5th Ave. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. Our room was small and so was the bathroom. But that was ok since we spent very little time in the room during the day. We enjoyed the unique pool. The roof patio was awsome at night. We will definitely stay at Hotel Kinbe again.

Accueil très sympa du staff, chambre agréable, hôtel bien situé entre la 5eme avenue (l artère touristique de playa) et la plage... Nous avons eu même l agréable surprise d être surclassé... Merci le Kinbe

Wer den Bettenburgen in Playa del Carmen entfliehen will ist hier richtig. Hotelgröße ist genau richtig, die Mitarbeiter alle sehr nett und die Lage wirklich unschlagbar. In einer Minute auf der Shopping- und Ausgehmeile, ein einer Mintute am Strand... Ich war mit einer Freundin da und kann es nur empfehlen!

Es un hotel muy acogedor y con un gran servicio y trato. Precio accesibles y muy bonito diseño.

Das Hotel Kinbe ist ein ziemlich "cooler" Laden, leider hat man den Eindruck, dass seine italienischen Besitzer wenig Interesse an Gästen haben. Vor allem die Rezeptionisten können nicht mal ein nettes Wort oder ein Lächeln zustande bringen, aber ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr sauber, hat eine perfekte Lage und eine super Dachterrasse.

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel ya que se encuentra a media cuadra de la playa y a media cuadra de la 5a. calle por lo que se puede encontrar distracciones y tipo de comida para todos los gustos y presupuestos

Hotellet ligger lite för nära det mesta partylivet och väl nära den stora turistgatan. Annars bra. Frukosten som ingick var på en beachbar två kvarter bort. Annars mycket bra hotell

Spesielt hotel i en fantastisk hage, meget nær strand og handlestrøk. Våre rom var store, men badet knøtt lite og trangt, spesielt der toalettet stod. Vanskelig å lufte i rommet jeg hadde. Savnet også såpeskål i dusjen og ved siden av servanten. Hilsen Ragnhild fra Norge

Don't dream for a private beach of the hotel. It doesn't have any. They say that they have collaboration with some beach clubs, but you still have to pay some. Rooms are decorated in an interesting style but they are not so convenient and comfortable. For those who rent a car, Kinbe doesn't have any parking lot either. Die Lage des Hotels zwischen der Avenida 5 und dem Strand ist einfach ideal. Es liegt ruhig und dennoch sehr zentral. Bei Anreise mit Mietwagen sollte man einkalkulieren, dass das Auto rund 200 m entfernt kostenpflichtig abgestellt werden muss. Frühstück gibt es nicht, aber um das Hotel herum gibt es diverse Möglichkeiten, dies zu tun. Der Strand ist […] breit und mit feinem weißen Sand, ein Traumstrand! Der Hortelpool ist klein aber fein, aber nur bis 18 Uhr benutzbar. Einige Zimmer haben ihre Fenster zum Holzsteg, da muss man die Gardinen zumachen, damit nicht jeder reinschauen kann. Fast an der Quinta, aber dermaßen ruhig. Hotel ist wunderschön gestaltet. Zimmer zum Innen- hof gerichtet, in dem sich Bäume und Pool befinden. Bei der abartigen Schwüle vor Ort waren wir um die gut bedienbare Klimaanlage froh. Weg zum ADO- Busbahnhof kurz. Man kommt für ca.100 Pesos zum Airport, bzw. auch umgekehrt.
