昔からホンコン・ホテルは良く泊まりましたが、そのころのバスタブ？？水回りが残っているのですか？？？　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　改修したら良いと思います。　水の出、取り回しが良くありません。

お部屋もっと広かったらいいなぁ

立地がよく、部屋も清潔で広くて気持ちがよかったです。もベッドに寝転びながら香港島も見える素敵な部屋でラッキーでした。 あまりお天気がよくなくて心配でしたが雨に濡れずにショッピングができました。 娘たちは他のホテルでしたが次はマルコポーロ 香港にすると言っています。

想像以上に快適さを感じました。 デラックスRoomは荷物を置く部屋もあり広々としており、空調・水まわり共に申し分ありませんでした。 そしてエキストラベットを含めた寝具も日本同等に良質で快適でした♪ またエレベーターも宿泊者のみのセキュリティーがしっかりとしてあり安心できるところです。 フェリーにも近く、天候に左右されず２・３日では見きれない程のショッピングモールに直結しているのも嬉しいところです。 無料のお水も沢山下さいます。 ※カミソリだけがアメニティーで不足していました。

数十年ぶりの宿泊でしたが、古いながらもサービスでカバーしようとするスキルフルなスタッフが揃っていました。ことにクラブフロアのスタッフは皆感じが良かったです。 只、場所柄クルーズシーズン中でもあり、週末のハーバービューは2ヶ月前でも空きがありませんでした。実際多人数のグループ客を何組も見ました。 欠点はホテルの隣のPにボーダーからのバスが停まる様になっていた点です。週末は本土からの買出し（ブランド品）客が凄いです！低層階はあまりお勧めではないかもしれません。 シャワーの水圧が弱いのが改善されると良いですね。 帰りの空港へのタクシーがトラブルがあったりしたので、繁華街過ぎる所からの乗車は当たりはずれがあるかも知れません。 便利な場所のホテルなので食べる事には全く困らないです。 1人でも大人数でも […] 多種多国籍なお料理が楽しめます。 昔からリピーターの多いホテルなので連泊は早目に押さえる事をお勧めします。 もっと読む

何度も香港を訪ねて、たくさんのホテルを体験していますが、コストパフォーマンスとスタッフの対応のよさで、ここ数年は、このホテルの「クラブフロアー・デラックス」と決めています・・・・日本人スタッフも２名いらっしゃいました。

I usually stay on the Hong Kong side when I visit so I was looking for a change of scenery. It was great time in the hotel. The location was fantastic, I can reach the harbour and the station in 5 minutes. Very convenient. Also, the room was clean and the service was great. I would recommend this hotel.

hotel's location is strategic. very near my favorite shops and restaurants. room is so spacious and clean. service is outstanding

Everything was excellent! Great room, the biggest I've stayed so far, larger than the Shangrila's standard rooms, enjoyed the choices of pillows and the complimentary wireless internet. Wonderful location with so many restaurants and fabulous harbour view from the room! Really enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I have stayed here 3 times. The hotel staff are always very helpful & friendly.The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast in this hotel, is the best of any hotel we have stayed in. Excellent.

The staff was bad and not friendly. The front desk did not know the answers to any of my questions about Hong Kong. They gave away my connecting room for the first two days of my stay and I wound up with one room for 3/4 of a day when I was paying for 2 rooms. Front desk didn't answer the phone when calling from my room. Didn't send up roll away bed, […] until repeated requests. They did not care about me as a guest of the hotel. もっと読む

We booked a room for a harbour view and it could not have been better. Access from the airport by train and K2 bus was very easy

The Marco Polo Hotel in Kowloon gave us a "10" in bedroom view, You simply must pay the small extra $ for the view of Victoria Harbor, esp. as it is the loveliest that I have ever seen. It is a good feeling to pull up to the hotel, you are treated well and it is a good feeling when you first see your room and, of course, the view. It seems that October would be the most deliteful time to go, because it is after the rainy season but the many lovely beaches of HK are still opened and the weather is usually lovely. This hotel is located in a fantastic location close to star ferry in Kowloon. It is undergoing renovation. The noise for the renovation ends at 6pm but the surrounding noise from trucks delivering to the shops, the shop fitouts and people talking loudly continues all through the night. All very well but when your on holiday you want peace. I cracked my tooth on a room service meal of spagetti - I took the offending bone to reception, saw the manager and a room service bill credit, However my cracked tooth remains, perhaps I should of taken it further, I am not sure how successful I would of been. due to no drop off and drop on space for Car. The traffic is being occupied by taxis. No body help me to pick up the luggage. The stairs in the entrance is too trouble for moving my luggage. In this case, the hotel shoud have staff to assist customer. No parking free eventhough staying at the Hotel. It is quite disappointed at this point.

Really liked the Marco Polo. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. While most business is done on the island side, staying in Kowloon gives you a terrific view of the H.K. skyline. Shopping on the Kowloon side was more reasonable than across the harbor as well.

The hotel and the room itself was excellent (very comfortable bed), but I was kind of disappointed of the view from the Harbor view room. I paid the somewhat high price to have that view. Other than that, it was money well spent.

Excellent service, beautiful room overlooking the harbor. Only downside: lots of construction in the area - not the hotel's fault, of course. Also the hotel is rather far from the closest metro station.

Incredible location to Star Ferry and Shopping. Steps from Star Ferry so getting to Hong Kong side was a breeze. Shopping and great dining also within a few steps. Hotel Lobby and front desk were helpful and gracious. Rooms were nicely redecorated and clean but had reminants of older, less than nice design headboards. Beds were rock hard. 일주일전에 예약했고, 금연실로 예약했는데, 도착해보니, 지불이 다된 상태이지만 실수로 지금 방을 줄수 없으니 2시간있다 다시 방문해달라고 하더군요. 정확히 4시간후에 다시오니, 흡연실을 급하게 내주어서 골초냄세가 진동인 방을 주었어요. 로비에 다시 전화로 문의해서 방을 바꿔달라고 요청했으나, 2시간동안 연락이 없어서 직접 로비에 가서 다시 문의했고, 1시간을 더 기다려서 결국 다른 방으로 옮겨줬죠. 첫방은 맨 고층에 전망이 좋은 방이었는데, 나중방은 중간층으로 갔어요. 알고보니 마르코폴로호텔이 예약관리소홀로 예약된 손님을 자주 기다리게 하는 일이 자주 있더군요. 개선되야할 부분입니다. 예약하고 갔는데 첫날일정이 엉망이 되버려서 […] 출장에 지장이 많았습니다. もっと読む

整体感觉很好，选择这里入住就是为了购物方便。网上预订的价格也相对优惠，早餐如果能再便宜点就好了

预定的是Club Deluxe Room，该酒店的最高两层都是此房型，我的房间在最高层第18层，但不知道为什么电梯只能到第17层，每次从电梯下来都需要上一层楼梯，幸好有行李员帮我搬运行李，要不然真是不方便。这两层的服务还不错，房间是我住过香港酒店里面最大的，也挺舒适的，早上在专用的早餐餐厅，有免费下午茶、软饮和晚上的鸡尾酒，还能在17层办理入住和退房手续，不用去一楼排大队了。不过，一楼前台的态度就跟这两层服务员的态度天壤之别了，能别去就别去了，看不惯他们一副盛气凌人的态度，连个笑脸都没有，行李员还都蛮好的。

地理位置非常便捷，离维多利亚港就几步之遥。对街就是dfs，本身就位于海港城中间，旁边各种大牌专卖店林立。要是逛街购物，别提有多方便了。酒店房间并不大，但在香港寸土寸金的地方来说，应该也算是很不错了，整体非常干净整洁，私密性好，很安静。 我们预定的房间含早餐，下午茶和晚间的鸡尾酒。餐品质量很好，就餐环境和服务一流。免费wifi上网，速度超快。服务生儒雅有礼貌，遗憾的是这次去时间总是赶不及，没有享受到鸡尾酒。下次一定补上。以后到香港还是会选择住这里，非常棒的酒店。

Regularly I came to HK to visit electronics Fair. I stayed in 4 different hotels. Marco Polo is the best one. It is very close to star fairy. You can go to Wanchai in ten minutes. Room size is very large for HK hotels. I will stay again in my next HK visit.
