This is the only hotel I stay at when I'm in Harlingen great staff, Thank You for making our stay comfortable.

I was told on the phone that I could check in from 12-1 or later on Saturday. When I got there, at 1:30, I had to wait another hour and a half just to get in and take a shower after a 7 hour drive. The manager was very rude with me, and blamed it on "expedia" not being able to connect with their computers even though it was she told me that she didn't […] have any rooms ready yet. There is no connection there. I didn't even use expedia. I used hotels.com. Even if they couldn't connect me, if a room was ready, I could've had a room. Very frustrating. I went to eat. Came back at 2:40, and another lady was with the manager, and due to her presence, all of a sudden a room was available. I was very satisfied with my stay at the Hampton Inn in Harlingen. It was a very clean hotel and seemed well run.

For my purposes this is one of the best Hampton Inns in the country. I recommend it as a very good stay for a reasonable price!

Everything was going okay until my sister stepped on someething and she screamed and there was a ROACH in our room that measured approximately 4 ". When calling the hotel clerk to come & retrieve it, he is the one who announced that it was a roach and that there was nothing he could do for us, i.e. changing rooms, etc. We weren't very happy at all with […] that experience! easy to highway and airport just wish you had a hot tub everything else was wonderful

Great room at a reasonable price and a very friendly staff. The hotel location was excellent. This was the first time I needed a hotel in Harlingen and I would definitely stay here again.

This is the 2nd time I stayed at this hotel. It is very comfortable and clean. The staff is nice. I would recommend staying at this hotel to anyone.
