This hotel is preparing to go through some renovations; and while it was nice already, I think the improvements will go a long way to making for a nice stay. The ammenities were nice, and the room just what we needed. Our bathroom needed a little maintenance - peeling wallpaper, broken tiles - but it was clean. We would stay here again.

Holiday Inn was having construction going on but ai could tell it was goin to be a very nice ending when all is said and done. Room was still great. Breakfast was still readily available

Yes they were renovating, but the flooring in the bathroom was moving and felt very thin. Mold. Pillows were chunk foam.

The stay was adequate. Our stay required internet service, of which we did not have during evening hours. This did not allow us to have our business done in a timely fashion.

This is a nice, comfortable, safe and clean hotel with a friendly staff. I was there for only 12 hours, but got a good nights sleep and a hot shower. Coke machine would not take a one dollar bill, when I told the reception clerk about it she told me it would work with quarters but she was out of quarters. The hotel was nice and the kids really enjoyed time at the pool. My only negative is the price of the room was a bit high in comparison to the surrounding hotels.

Person behind the counter said she could not give me reward points for my stay since I booked through Hotels.com but she did recognize me as a Priority Club member and gave me all the other benefits. Hotel was nice and I was satisfied overall.

Had a wonderful stay. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Great breakfast and good cookies and milk. The cookies were still warm. This hotel is very nice and clean. The rooms are really nice. Only negative was the hotel is very close to Highway 59(a major route north and south) and early morning traffic was loud. I would stay here again.

Our first stay in a Holiday Inn Express was a pleasant surprise. If all the staff is as friendly and helpful as those at this location...H I Ex is lucky. Will cerrtainly give them a try in a different location in the future.
