空港に近く、レンタカーエリアに隣接しているので車の人には便利だが、バレーパーキングしかないのはうっとおしい。　周辺道路がごちゃごちゃしていてわかりにくいことこの上なくロケーションの良さが活きていない。　徒歩エリアには何もなく、フライト乗り継ぎの休憩利用が最適。

今回は、２部屋の予約であったが、１部屋の時計（目覚まし）の時刻が１２時間ずれていた。 過去にも、この様なことが他のヒルトン系ホテルでもあり、今回も Housekeepingにメモを残してきたが、時計のチェックは誰もしないのだろうか？ また、ヒルトン系のホテルの多くが同一の時計を使っているが、時刻を合わせる方法をしばらく試してみたが、その方法が全く分からなかった。 そのため、目覚まし時刻を「朝の時刻」から「夕方の時刻」に変更して、利用した。 旅慣れない旅行者には非常に迷惑な話であり、誰がこの様ないたずらをしているのか分からないが、チェックアウト後には必ず時計の時刻が正しいかを確認させる仕組みを確立して欲しい。

夜遅くに空港に着いて　迎えを依頼するも何度か電話をしてもつながらない　つながっても迎えに来ない為、督促の電話でようやく迎えに来てもらいましたが、空港の外で45分待ちですっかり嫌気がさしました。空港が窓から見える距離で、朝食も良く、部屋も良かったので残念。あとＷｉＦｉが１０ドルと言われのもマイナス。日本人的には次の利用はどうするか、、、、と悩みますね。

部屋は、とても清潔でベッドも上質ですので、旅の疲れを癒せました。 ミネラルウォーターの配布、ビジネスセンターでのインターネット使用など旅に欠かせないサービスが無料なのも良く。 無料の朝食サービスがam5:30からなので、朝早い便でも対応できているのも良いです。 専任シェフが目の前で作ってくれるオムレツは、美味しかったです。 ホテルのディナーでは、ニューイングランド特産のクラムチャウダーを堪能できますし、シーフードパスタでは、ボストンで獲れる新鮮なホタテやエビが美味しく食べられますよ。 ボストン市街へは、ホテルからブルーラインのairport 駅までシャトル送迎もしてくれますが目の前の公園を通り抜け歩いて5分程ですし、野生のリスにも出会えてラッキーでした。

トランジット時に１泊しました。我々は、ターミナルAの空港シャトルバス乗り場で無料のホテルバスが来るのを約２０分ほど待ちました。が、、運転手がコースを間違えて、通常のシャトルバスレーンの方へ入ってきてしまい、私が合図を送らなかったら、ホテルに戻っちゃったかもしれません。運転手いわく、今日、初仕事だったとか・・（？）こういうのは、滅多にないとは思いますけど、一応、「E」マークのバンが来てるかどうか、よ～く見て待つ必要があるかもしれません。 フロントのお姉さんはとても感じがよく、部屋が空いていたこともあり、通常よりも早く部屋に通してくれました。部屋はクイーンサイズのベットルームともうひとつ部屋があり、とても広く快適。ドライヤーはスイッチ部分が壊れていましたが、私はあまり気になりませんでした。街へ出るのも、ホテル前の公園入り口から中に入り、５分ほど歩いて行くと「Airport」駅があります。地下鉄に乗る際に、必要なチャーリーカードの買い方も、駅員さんが丁寧に教えてくれます。「Faneuil […] Hall」の最寄り駅「State駅」までは３駅なので、ちょっとした観光にも便利な立地です。もう一度宿泊してみたいと思えるホテルです。 もっと読む

Logan空港の早朝便に搭乗のため、空港至近が条件で選びましたので、その面では満足です。 快適な滞在には、美味しいレストランが欠かせないと思いますが、このホテルには、無料でスナックを提供するカフェテリアしかなく、簡単な料理も注文できるようでしたが、グラスワインを買っただけで夕食を済ませました。周辺には何も無いので、夕食必須の方は外で済ませてからチェックインしたほうが良いかと思います。

ホテルには無料シャトルバスもありますが、各ターミナルと地下鉄「エアポート」駅を無料で結ぶローガンシャトルもあり、駅からは徒歩5分ほどでホテルに付くのでどちらも利用することができ便利です。中心部からは少し離れていますが地下鉄で簡単に行くことができるので問題ありません。部屋はベッドルームとリビングルームの2部屋続きで広くて快適でした。冷蔵庫、電子レンジが備え付けられており長期滞在にもお勧めです。ただ、近くにスーパーを見つけることができなかったのが残念でした。

短期間のステイにはおすすめ。周りの環境は今ひとつだが、地下鉄の駅まで徒歩５分と近く、簡単に市中心部に出られる。朝食のメニューも以外に充実している。 料金もボストンにしてはリーズナブル。

The hotel is next to Logan airport with a very convenient shuttle. The rooms are really well designed to maximize space, and were particularly convenient for travelling with a 16 month old. Only negative was a slightly noisy air conditioning system which seems to be common in many hotels.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Embassy Suites. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The entire hotel was well maintained. The staff was excellent, helping us with any question. The complimentary breakfast is outstanding...not your average cereal, toast and juice. My only hesitation is the slight hassle in transportation. We travel across the US for business so we really have perspective on what makes a great buiness hotel. Clean, friendly, valet only available parking - but car was pulled up in less than 10 minutes. Breakfast was busy with tourists, but the selection was extraordinary and there were places to sit where you didn't feel/hear the crowd.

The hotel was very clean and beautiful, the continental breakfast which was free was great! When we needed an extra bag or shampoo they brought it to us right away. When we went out at night the shuttles conviently took us to the train station. It was a wonderful stay and I would return to this hotel again!
