Very large room, great price for facilities offered, large breakfast buffet, quiet location albeit close to airport, convenient shuttle to/from airport, city centre easy to get to by public transport, friendly staff. Would stay there again for this price. Shame there wasn't free WiFi though...

Most hotels that offer free airport shuttle are pretty pricey. We had a lovely suite with sitting room, micro/fridge, large bedroom, and large bathroom. Hotel was convenient to car rental lots. Not much else to see/do in the neighborhood. Hotel has restaurant and bar--nice features when you check in late at night. I was flying out very early the next day and this is one of the best hotels near an airport I've stayed in.

Staff couldn't be more friendly and food at bar was good. A few cookies on the floor but Embassy Suites always have kids so it didn't bother me. The breakfast was great!

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The price was reasonable for a suite. The suite was laid out very well, comfortable for meetings and living.

We were in Boston for three days to visit family. Initially we were overwhelmed with the 200 kids from the UN event at Harvard and the front desk was not helpful untilnthenam shift where Alisia the front desk person troubleshot several minor issues that made the experience great. Friendly attentive staff. Close to the airport. Rooms need to be refurbished. Restaurant and lobby areas also kind of tired. It was acceptable but the airport Hilton is worth the extra $20. Pillows were uncomfortable. New flat screens in the room. Would be my third choice at Logan after the Hilton and Hyatt offerings.

Super convenient. If youre just flying in, rent your car the morning after because it's on airport ground's but has 38.00 only valet only parking.

We were flying in late and wanted a place to get to quickly and get some sleep. The hotel was perfect. Took the shuttle, slept, woke up to a great breakfast, rented our car from a rental place across the street and ventured on. The check in staff was not friendly nor was she very helpful. We asked if the hotel has a parking lot, the staff was clearly annoyed and replied there is only valet parking which was only $35 a night. The restaurant was extremely disappointing. It took 45 minutes to get a burnt hamburger. The Hot Tub was not working. The front desk was very professional and the location to the airport was great for a 6:30am flight

We travel in and out of Boston frequently from London and then travel to Maine where my family live. We landed on a friday night late (10:00pm) and checked out by 10:00am the following day. The hotel itself was fabulous and the room was lovely after a long day of work in London before a 7.5hr flight. However, we left my husbands wedding ring by the […] sink. When in NH i called and admitted we had left this and the reservation personell sent a staff memeber to check that it was there. It was there and i asked if we should turn around or they could mail it otherwise, if there was a safe for the item to be placed until we came back the next week. The reservationist reassured me that the ring would be safe and it would be at the front desk when we came back through to fly back to London. We came back through 3hrs before our flight departure the next week, giving an hour to pick up the ring before going to the airport and the front desk did not have the ring. They didnt know where it was and their staff memeber was on holiday. Nightmare. All of a sudden no one has access to certain locked drawers by which my husbands ring may or may not be in. After nearly 40minutes of waiting, and a few tears when they asked the value of the ring (How do you replace such an item?) they were able to break open severeal locks and give us the ring back. It was the longest wait though wondering if we would ever see it again. We cant be the first people to leave an item behind in a room, total communication breakdown and lack of access to these 'safes' given we were reassured the ring would be waiting for us on our way back through. もっと読む

Excellent service. Fair price. Very good for families. Pricey valet parking; but no other alternative. Very good breakfast and manager's afternoon snacks. All in all highly recommended.

Very nice hotel, courteous staff, need to have their own parking lot or include valet parking half off during your stay! Enjoyed the breakfast and also the food was excellent at night. Very polite staff at the Porter restaurant

No bathrobes or hand held shower head in my room. TV service was spotty. Complimentary breakfast was average at best but had a good selection. I could hear the free shuttles backing up all night through my 'soundproof' windows. Easy access to airport. $3 for a soda at vending machine. A mixed bag

Great location and with the excellent breakfast and nightly manager's reception, we saved a lot of money on food. The airport T station is just a short walk through a park or the van will bring you and pick you up. We walked most of the time because it was so close. Only gripe was bar was a bit high for import beer, others seemed priced okay. Hotel […] pillows not our favorite, but room was very quiet, even on New Years Eve. On the airport grounds so very convenient. A short "T" ride to downtonw Boston. Quiet, clean and spacious rooms. Highly recommend!

From the moment my wife and I arrived at this hotel, we weren't impressed. It's not fair to not tell your customers that you have to pay to park at the hotel you are PAYING TO STAY AT. This hotel only has valet parking for a whopping 32 bucks. Now they say you can access your car whenever you want, but it still makes you feel almost trapped, when you […] leave something in your car and have to wait 5-10 minutes for them to pull it around front. The rooms are nice, However if you like your privacy, it's not for you. There's a 3/4" gap under the threshold of your rooms door allowing any and all noise in and out. The room service, has an 18% gratuity and 4.50 delivery charge already added on, so be wary of double tipping for your meals. Not only were my "medium well" steak tips practically charcoal, my wife's "well done" steak was medium rare. After it took 45 minutes to wait for our meals in the first place, we didn't really feel like waiting for replacement ones. We stayed on new years eve, After the fireworks, a bunch of people on our floor decided to throw a party. Not only were there people screaming and yelling, people were starting fights. You could tell someone was smoking pot (via the 3/4" threshold gap under the doors). Several calls to the front desk went unanswered when trying to complain about it. A call to guest services finally got someone to answer, their response was "I'll be right up." and hung up. Over an hour later we had to call again to complain about the fact that no one EVER came up. At that point the person just said "I'll be right up." again, rudely hung up, and then people went in their rooms. Only to be followed by the cops knocking on everyone's door 20 minutes later. After complaining about this to the front desk during check out, I did manage to get reimbursed for the parking. I'd also like to note that even though the cheapest of cheap hotels have free wifi, the embassy does not. So there's another fee to expect when staying with them. All i もっと読む

My family of 4 (two adults and two children) stayed at both the Embassy Suites (ES) and the Logan Airport Hilton Hotel. We definitely liked the Embassy Suites better than the Hilton, which was almost twice the price. ES had a separate living room with TV, adjoining the bedroom with TV, microwave, refrigerator, and free breakfast and appetizers around […] dinner time. Both had free shuttles to the airport. ES was next to a children's playground and walking distance to the subway station. The only thing that was free at the higher priced Hilton were the apples at the front desk. The Hilton had a free meal special for children, if the adults had dinner, but the dinner at Conolly's was expensive and the service was lousy. the Embasssy Suites Logan Airport Boston was very nice and i would definitely stay there again

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great valet services, close to highways and 24/7 airport shuttle...fit all our needs!

The staff was very accommodating and the room was spacious and clean. We were very comfortable. The only hang up was that the parking fee was a surprise and high. The fee should have been more prominent in the reservation description.

The customer service was fabulous - from the bus driver that called ahead to see if the restaurant was still open, to the desk clerk that provided us a free app coupon and the terrific bartender. Great location for flying out of Logan.

Nice hotel for the price. Pity they make you pay for the wifi. Oh well, it is free at the airport to check you mail or the bus timetable. The printed info does not tell you that you have to call the hotel from the airport to get them to pick you up, see the information people for the number and where to call from.

We spent the night at Embassy Suites and then flew to Mexico the next day, leaving our vehicle in their parking area. When we arrived home a week later, the shuttle picked us up right away and our vehicle was waiting out front for us when we got back to the hotel. Very well equiped rooms, clean with everything to hand, Hotel drivers couldn't do enough for you, location wasn't all that,but we got a lift to the train station and went off into town no problem, although close to the airport(which we wanted after the flight)there was no noise at all! i would definately stay again :)

This hotel was great from the customer service to the breakfast buffet. The rooms were kept clean and in great condition. The hotel shuttle was great and didn't take too long. The downside is that the blue line can only get you to certain places and it can be hard to transfer to other train lines. This hotel is first class. The rooms are clean and spacious, the restaurant food and service is excellent, and they even serve a fresh, made to order complimentary breakfast. If you want a hotel at Logan Airport, this is definitely the place to stay.

It is a suite! And has free 24-hour shuttle from/to the airport. Nice and Clean!
