車ではなく、DARTに乗って行きました。駅から徒歩10分弱、わかりやすい場所ですが、暗くなってからだと少し不安になるかと思います。明るいうちに到着することをお勧めします。周りには何もありません。15分ほど歩いたところに、Plano-Downtownがありますが、少チョット見たところではレストランが少しあるだけでした。立地は別としてよいホテルだと思います。

I reserved a suite with a king bed at least a month in advance of my stay. I was given a suite with 2 queen size beds. Why is it so hard to get what one reserved.

This was a great location and easy access to I 35. There was a nice breakfast with lots of choices, hot and cold. Good pick for the money.

The room was quite comfortable, with enough space for a couch and two tables. Free breakfast was good, including bacon (not done enough) and scrambled eggs, and some great Belgian waffles. Pool was small and in the parking lot and not well landscaped, but it was heated as was the hot tub. Overall, great value for the discounted rate we paid.

We'll stay again when visiting family in Allen. It was a bit difficult getting there from south-bound direction...but nothing a good GPS couldn't handle.

I must say that some of the reviews of this hotel had me a little worried, but once we arrived and got checked in the worries were gone. Check-in and check-out were very quick and efficient. We stayed there for several days. The maid skipped cleaning our room. When we returned late in the evening and found the room had not been cleaned we called he front desk because we needed towels. They had me come to the front desk for towels which was not a big deal expect the front desk manager was rude and sarcastic. Large room but bad smell inside. Towels have an ugly smell, toilet keep running water all night while asleep. Should renew everything in it.

I would have preferred to get the room I paid for as opposed to what was left available at my late check in. Also, not receiving service to my room was a huge turn off!

My stay was quite comfortable. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The couch in the suite was unusable. Sitting on it resulted in sinking to a dramatically low level due to cushions that were worn out. This hotel fulfilled it's purpose. We needed a low priced hotel to sleep while at a soccer tournament. Our room was nice yet out dated. The beds were okay. We will use this hotel again.

wow! Talk about 'outdated'. The rooms are outdated to the point of being tacky. If you're just looking for a bed to lie on for the night, there you go. Breakfast was decent.
