We enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very helpful and eager to help. Our rooms were clean and spacious. Would have been nice to be able to open the window in the smaller bedroom or have a ceiling fan to move the air.

Besides the AC not working properly, the worst part of this hotel was the high pressure concierge who you are sent to as you walk in the door and bombards with you a high pressure pitch of a free gift for listening to their sales pitch. After driving for many hours, this was annoying to begin with. More annoying was the constant nagging to try and get […] you to schedule an appt. They even went so far as leaving a note on our door Saturday night explaining how we could attend Sunday's two meetings before we left. I was trying not to be flat out rude, but I think their constant annoying attempts were very rude. Great place to stay. I've stayed in this hotel several times and will go back again. Rooms and bathroom were very clean including the kitchen ect. Great location if you want some ocean view and inland. Only thing I was uncomfortable with was the air conditioning, did not get cold at all. Hallways were cooler.

Everything was great from the moment we enter to the time we checked out. Got a room with a spectacular view. I really enjoyed the Jacuzzi in the bedroom. Thanks to Suzett at the front desk for being such a good sport and so pleasant. We felt like she was family. I know for sure I will be back for my birthday in October. just a great place to stay.

Great choice! I expected a hotel room and got a condo!! Everything was great except the air conditioner and bathroom fans were very loud. Otherwise, the condo eas quite clean, completely equipped and delightful. The staff was perfect. I would certainly stay here again

We stayed at The Wyndham Santa Barbara for 5 nights and could not have been happier. We started off staying for 2, extended for 2 more, and then extended for 1 more due to construction delays at our 2nd home in Pompano Beach. The one bedroom condo was perfect for us - we have 2 young children who need to nap and go to bed by 7:30pm so the separate bedroom […] allowed us to put them to sleep and then relax in the other living space and have dinner and watch TV, We had 4 adults and 2 children staying here very comfortably because both rooms were very large and well laid out. The hotel provided a crib which was in good condition and at no extra charge. The rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and accomodating, The location was great - across the street from beach access and next door to a shopping center with a great restaurant (Stingers), a clean and comfortable laundromat, and a bad grocery store that would do only in an emergency, We would definitely recommend this property to others and stay here again if need be! もっと読む

Close to the beach, however you must cross the A1a to other hotel owned by the same company. Beach, pool and amenities were very good. Staff always helpful and very willing to help in all requests.

The location of the hotel was perfect. The intercoastal was directly behind the hotel which was a decent spot for fishing. Bait (shrimp) could be bought at the fishing pier at the beach. The beach acces was directly across the street or access through the sister hotel just a short walk away where there was chair and umbrella rentals. The hotel staff […] was extremely friendly and helpful. No daily cleaning but they would get towels and sheets just by asking. I was able to dodge the timeshare talk, although a timeshare in that hotel would probably be a better spot than most. Je recommande cette hotel pour la propreté des chambres ainsi que pour la piscine qui est toujours au soleil et à l'abris du vent et chauffée à 93 degrée et le spa à 103 degrée. Vous avez aussi l'accès facile à l'autre hotel wyndham qui est est face à la mer avec 2 autres piscines. Vous avez droit aussi le matin au café gratuit dans le lobby.

Excelente hotel , muy buena atencion , es extraño que por la categoria del hotel y la tarifa no se incluya el servicio diario de limpieza en la habitacion.

Ett jättehärligt hotell med en väldigt trevlig personal. blev glatt överraskad när man klev innanför dörren till lägenheten, ett fullt utrustad kök med de alla tillbehör som bör ingå, ett sovrum med king size och jacuzzi i en hörna WOW!! Ett till sovrum med dubbelsäng, vi var 5 personer och det var härligt att inte behöva bo på varandra och med 3 tv […] apparater behövde vi inte heller gräla om programmen. Das gesamte Hotel und die Angestellten in unserem Hotel haben uns super gefallen. Sehr hilfreich und überfreundlich. Ein Erlebnis ist allerdings negativ zu erwähnen: Am 2. Tag unseres 5-tägigen Aufenthaltes wurden wir von der Empfangsdame darauf hingewiesen, dass im gegenüberliegenden Hotel, welches auch zur Wyndham Kette gehört, ein Frühstück stattfinden […] würde. Bei dem soll ein Film mit Informationen zum Hotel laufen. Dort mögen wir bitte um 09:00 Uhr im 9. Stock erscheinen. Des weiteren teilte sie uns mit, dass wir im Anschluss an das Frühstück vom Hotel ein sog. Willkommensgeschenk erhalten würden. Wir fragten die Empfangsdame, welches Geschenk sie uns empfehlen würde, da wir mit unserem gebrochenem Englisch nicht alles sofort verstand hatten. Sie gab an, dass die abendliche Bootsfahrt durch die Kanäle von Fort Lauderdale inkl. Abendessen zu empfehlen sei. Die zwei anderen Varianten waren 100 USD auf einer American Express Prepaid Card oder ein Restaurantbesuch im Wert von 100 USD! Das konnten wir allerdings spontan nicht glauben… aber gut! Wir gingen dann am nächsten Tag mit leerem Magen in das gegenüberliegende Hotel. Dort haben wir im Übrigen während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes den Pool, Fitnessraum und Strandabschnitt mitbenutzen können. Das war genial! Im 9. Stock angekommen, mussten wir uns anmelden und merkten schnell, dass es sich um eine größere Veranstaltung handelte. Überall liefen Mitarbeiter mit Namensschildern und andere Gäste herum. Der gesamte 9. Stock war eine Büroebene! Wir wurden vor einen Fernseher gesetzt und durften uns einen Kaffee oder Saft nehmen. Nach 2 Minuten - es hieß ja irgendwann mal, das wir uns einen 60 minütigen Film mit Frühstück ansehe - wurden wir dann von George abgeholt und saßen auf einmal zusammen mit ganz vielen anderen Menschen, denen gerade das gleiche widerfuhr, an einem Einzeltisch. George fragte uns, wer wir seien, wie wir es hier finden würden, wo wir herkämen, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt bezahlt hätten, usw. もっと読む

Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht dort, aber das Hotel bietet für 5 Personen (2 Erw., 3 Kids) viel Raum und allen Komfort auch für längeren Aufenthalt. Der Strand ist sehr nah und der Pool ist auch ok. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet, gerade mit Kindern wichtig. Mit 2 Duschen/WCs gibt es keine "Wartezeiten"! Super.
