アイランド コロニー ホテル (Island Colony Hotel)格安予約

クヒオのバス停に近くて、ほぼ中心にあるので、出かけるのに便利なロケーションです。フロントやハウスキーピングのスタッフはフレンドリーです。日本語堪能なスタッフはいませんが、簡単な英語が話せれば、要望を伝えることができますので、心配はいりません。空港への足は、ホテルに頼むとエアポートシャトルが格安で利用できます。プールのそばのジャグジーが修理に入ったところで、利用できませんでした。残念。洗濯はプールの階でコインランドリーが利用できます。インターネットは無線LANがロビーで無料で利用できます。部屋での利用は有料。緊急車両の通り道なので、夜は救急車や、パトカー、消防車のサイレンが気になるかもしれません。

周辺に食べ物やさんから、お土産、ブランドショップが有りとても便利。バス亭もすぐ近くで移動がとても楽。運河沿いで景色も悪くなく静かです。今回二度目の利用ですが、一人旅には最高。また利用します。

ワイキキ周辺では問題ないホテルです。 よくここは、使いますが、日本語話せる人が1人ですが、簡単な日本語しかはなせないです。 今回はHotels.comサンに取っていただきましたが。部屋が狭かったので、アップ グレードでお金をだして、広いお部屋に変えてもらいました。 長期滞在でなら、ここにとまります。

夜寝るためだけにホテルに帰ってくる人にとっては十分な部屋、施設でした。繁華街からは一本奥に入っていますが、苦になるほどの遠さではなく、逆に繁華街から離れているので夜静かでした。値段を考えれば、満足できるホテルです。アーリーチェックインができればなおのことよかったです。

ほんとに寝るだけだったので何も不便さは感じませんでした。 シャワーが固定だったので水遊び用のバケツでお風呂に入らせました。 きれいとは言えませんが、短い間なら十分だと思います。 立地条件は２ブロックだけ外れているのでどこでも歩いて行けたし、静かでした。

今回で、１０回目のハワイ、アイコロは４度目で、２４泊しました。POOLの工事は終わっていたけど、他が、いろいろ工事中で、朝早くからうるさかったです。夜は車の騒音で、毎日、耳栓を使用していました。フロントは全然フレンドリーなんかじゃ無かった。空港バスのコンファームをお願いしたら、一瞬、ムッとされたのも見逃してないよ。お掃除も、ベットメイキングは毎日だけど掃除機は、かけていなかった。床にいつもごみが落ちたままだった。次回は、考えます。

冷凍庫に前に滞在していた方の食材の残りがあったことにギョッとしましたが、ラナイは広くて快適でした。 いつもラナイで食事をしていました。 ヒルトンの花火も見れてよかったす。 安く滞在したい方にはお勧めだと思います。

初めてのコンドでしたが、セキュリティーは万全でした。 部屋には冷蔵庫・ミニキッチンなどがあり、毎回、朝食を 食べるのに苦労したのですが今回は部屋で朝食をつくり 食べることができました。 とても、過ごしやすい環境でリフレッシュっできました。 プールが工事中なのが、残念でしたが・・・・・ フロントの方も警備の方もとても親切でフレンドリーでした。 また利用したいと思います。

部屋は広くて清潔感はありました。 10階に宿泊しましたが隣のホテルのゴミ収集トラックが 朝６：３０頃から爆音を発しコンテナの中のゴミをトラックに投げ入れる作業をしますので目が覚めてしまった。 エレベーターは３基ありますが、呼んでも直ぐには来ない。フロントの機能としては可も無く不可も無くフレンドリーな雰囲気は皆無。

７１０号室に８泊。ヘアードライアーが稼働しなかったので、フロントに言ったが、改善されなかった、隣の音もよく聞こえた。その後追加料金を払い７２１号室に移動。ノミにさされました。その後２４０６号室に移動。予定より７日早くチェックアウトしました。（室料は全額返金無しを承知で）

今回は買い物がメインだったので、バス停留所のあるクヒオ通りにすぐで、DFSなどのあるワイキキのメインストリートにも近いこのホテルの立地はすごく便利でした。部屋はとても清潔で高層階だったので見晴らしもよく、満足できました。ただ、コンドミニアムタイプだと思っていたら簡易キッチンで電子レンジしかないタイプだったので、電子レンジ調理器のルクエを買い、自炊してました。インターネットはロビーでWi-Fiが使えます。ロビーは24時間フロントに人がいて安全なので、ロビーまで行けば必ずインターネットが（しかも無料で）使える、というのは便利かもしれません。使う時はフロントにルームナンバーを言えばIDとパスワードのプリントアウトを発行してくれます。日本語の通じるスタッフも（時間によっては）いるので、安心です。私は […] 使いませんでしたが、2011年６月くらいまでプールが工事中のようなので、これから行く人はご注意＆ご確認された方がいいかと。コンドタイプで自炊する方に豆知識。用意されている包丁はたいていの場合、目茶苦茶切れません。日本からセラミックなどの簡易包丁研ぎ器を持参することをお勧めします。私は今回も持参して大活躍でした。もし忘れた場合はスポーツオーソリティなどアウトドア系のショップに行けば小型ので安価なものを見つけることができます。 もっと読む

25 dollar parking... get some! Front desk staff not a cool. Room was really comfortable and big. I'd stay there again.

We spoke to the security attendant about where to go for registration, he told us we could go straight to our room! We then had to ask him again then he directed me to the registration desk. Upon checking we found out we had a hold put on my account and also had to pay $25.00 for parking, which we were never told in advance. Nobody picked up or called back. The fan in the room did not work and room was hot. I was surprised but so happy to have a sink, microwave, full refrigerator, and plates/flatware in my room, even though I booked the cheapest rate. The hotel is older and not super fancy, but it was very clean and comfortable and way better than I expected for the price. The only things I didn't like were that they put me on the bottom floor, where you […] get the pool/mini mart noise; and I had to locate housekeeping within the parking lot and sign a paper in order to get a beach towel. For sure it was a huge surprise for me when i had arrived at this great hotel, with a good localization, clean rooms, confortable beds, and a excelent view from the lane. My surprise was because its price was very cheep for so much qualitys. I just hope so it would not get less cheep for my words. I will be back.

The location is basically OK (some 4 blocks from the beach). Rooms, nothing luxurious but quite all right. One thing, however, pretty much spoiled the whole experience. At 10 PM, someone called us in the room. Then, someone knocked on the door. We were all but asleep (mind the time difference with continental US) and did not wish to answer. A piece […] of paper was slipped under our door... and soon, there was yet another phone call. What was the whole hype about? We had violated a "house rule" by hanging a towel to dry on the balcony. It is a "security concern", as the caller explained. The problem is not even so much that this is sheer nonsense. (OK, these day any nonsense can fly as long as it's called a "security concern"...) We might live with stupid rules, but on the condition that they be explained to us *in advance*. It was mentioned on a sheet of paper in the room that clothing lines were prohibited. It was never ever mentioned that hanging towels on balconies without ropes was prohibited. So, we had violated a -- to put it diplomatically -- "non-obvious" rule that we could have no idea of. Location is very good at the center of waikiki and close to the bus stop if you want to take a bus to somewhere. Staff are very kind and helpful. They made us feel at home. I would like to say thank you to their great hospitality. Their smile and helpful information gave us a good memory of the trip. The building is tall. The view is good. My kid […] was very happy with it. But the facility and room seem old. There are small holes on the curtain of my room. Can not sleep well in the morning. Carpet is a bit old too. Very inconvenient thing I feel is that no free in room internet. I can not check email in my room and my child can not use ipad either. If you want to do so, you have to bring laptop, ipad and everything to the lobby. Sometimes i used Skype to talk with my husband from my PC. It was really not comfortable to do it in the lobby because other guests were sitting right at my side. This was my 2nd stay at the Island Colony, I thought I would give it a 2nd chance in a different unit... However I faced the same problems with a few new ones this year... AC, leaks all over lanai, floors are filthy dirty, bathtub did not drain after showers. I had to keep putting my fingers down the drain spout to release the water. Maid did not clean […] the bathroom mirror until I complained after being in the room 1 week!!! Saw cockroaches in the bathroom on 2 separate occasions. Telephone had a 'short' in the wiring, fridge door did not close completely, kitchen tap squirted water everywhere. We had to request new pillows as the originals were about as thin as a bed sheet. All this said, once I did go to Mgmt with my concerns the problems were addressed immediately, thankfully!!!! The location is fantastic and the staff are very friendly. Security is very present, so you do feel safe. However 3 times is not a charm in this case and I will not stay there again. Hotel a bit rundown. Location is great. Perfect for 2 nite pre-cruise stay. Hot tub and pool open. Plentiful self-laundry facilities. Beach towels available 3rd floor. Would stay there again for the reasonable room fees especially during peak season.

The ad said free WIFI, however it forgot to say only hotel lobby. So two or three times a day, I would have to take the old dilapidated elevators, in which you had to wait for ever to the lobby to work on my computer. The ad said complimentary coffee. That was only the first night. So after spending $220 for two nights in a run down hotel I had to […] pay a $1 for coffee on my second morning. The room was old, with curtains that had holes in it. You could not open the bathroom door all the way as it hit the toilet. The bathroom door had a patched up hole where someone put their fist through it. Credit where it is due, the Island Colony is actively working on upgrading what has become a dated, shabby hotel. The staff is great, the room was clean, but the carpeting, furniture, etc. was pretty ratty. I'd like to go back when some remodeling is done. They are currently completely redoing the pool area and it is looking good.

We were disappointed about the pool closure/times pool was open because of construction, but the rest of our stay was nice. Great location and great room for the price. We would definitely return.

It was barely "just o.k." staying there. Carpet dirty, really old decor, housekeeper was sweet and worked very hard keeping the room clean the best she could, bathroom door wouldn't even open up all the way, kept hitting the toilet, had to have the drapes changed out because they were filthy, mini-mart overpriced bigtime. I stayed for 15 nights. It is close to the beach and stores. The room there is o.k and clean. The staffs are nice and helpful. I will recommend to others. Next time, if I go to Hawaii, I still will choose there. The prices are reasonable,t oo.

front desk people very friendly and knowledgable. pool closed for refurbishment not told in advance. easy walk to restaraunts and city bus. fare is only $2.50 (1 free transfer)under 16-half price. we took it 40 miles to a luau. a cab would have killed us.

The springs in the bed was very uncomfortable. I didn't feel like the room was really that clean, it made me wonder if there were bed bugs. The pillows were really soft and uncomfortable.

Dirty carpets and rooms are in need of renovation. Prostitutes outside at night around the corner. But the price was right.

AC window unit was in bedroom so there was a concentration of cold air near the bed when it came on pool was being reconstructed so out of service location is primo for the price

The convenience of the Hotel was Great!!!

I don't expect much when I book an inexpensive hotel, BUT, I don't expect to have to buy ice from their in house over-priced mini mart!! The pool was closed, the vertical blinds in the room were missing slats so the sun light woke you up and privacy was compromised. For a few dollars more you can get a LOT better room somewhere else.

The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the walkout patio and had a good view. It had everything we needed and a little more. I was not impressed with the parking facility though. It was $18/ night, so concider that when comparing hotel prices, and the lanes and stalls we very tight. We had a hard time just with our little compact car getting […] in and out. satisfactory for the price paid. good location in waikiki although still 2 blocks from beach. pool closed for refurbishing. kitchenette with pots/pans/plates/coffeemaker/refrigerator is convenient. would recommend to others.

This hotel was above average, although we were placed on a floor that was going to be sprayed for bugs, which I felt was inconsiderate. The pool was also under repair during our stay, which was not told to us on Hotel.com beforehand. It was in a good location in Waikiki and street parking was tough to find, but available most hours.

My family and I enjoyed the stay at the hotel but there was some things that was not working such as the ice box and the sliding door out to the lanai. But overall, it was cozy and very peaceful which I needed so much. I was also looking forward to the pool and heard it was down for repair.
