５泊しました。何をするにも最高のロケーションでした。部屋も広くて快適です。強いて不満な点を挙げれば、部屋の掃除機がけが若干不十分だったのと朝食のチョイスが少なすぎな点のみです。　しかしこの値段だったらこれもＯＫと思える範囲内でした。再度モントリオールに行く機会があったら又ここに宿泊します。

朝食：食堂が大変込み合うので食事を自室に持ち帰り食べた。その際部屋にあるキッチン、テーブルが重宝する。パンやシリアル以外のおかずがない。通常のコンプリメンタリーブレークファーストを期待するならホリディン系などに宿泊したほうが良い。駐車場：バレが＄20/日。ホテルのすぐ横の公共Ｐは＄10/日。終日自由に出し入れできるので公共Ｐを勧める。部屋が広々しており、清潔。スタッフも親切。WIFIは4台まで１つのパスワードで無料アクセス可能。

アムトラックでモントリオールに到着するため駅から近いところで探しました。 何より立地のよさが抜群です。 夜遅くでも賑やかなカトリーヌ通りはすぐそこ、地下鉄のマギル駅も徒歩三分程度。 ホテルはとてもきれいでした。 スタッフもみんな優しいし、朝食は普通のコンチネンタルブレックファーストだけどパンなどの種類も多くて良かったです。

台所付きなので料理ができることが長期滞在に良い。生ゴミも毎日処分してくれる。鍋がどこにあるか分かりにくかったが、オーブンの下にあった。近くにはいろいろなお店があり、スーパーマーケットも北東に歩いて数分の場所にある。Bixi という自転車のステーションがホテルのすぐ近くにあり、クレジットカードを持っていれば、安価な料金で乗れる (便利なシステムと思います。詳細はWEB上にあります。赤字だという話しなので将来値上げされるかも知れない)。 部屋は清潔感有り遮音良く快適で広く1人ではもったいないくらい。部屋によるのかも知れませんが経験した部屋では遮光カーテンがしっかりありました。ホテルの従業員は親切で気さくな感じ。モントリオールの人は概して親切でした。 お風呂も大きく、日本人にとって快適。お湯もたっ […] ぷり出だ。経験した部屋のシャワーにはすこし漏れがあったが、使用する上で問題はなかった。ただ、日本と違って、ウォッシュレットがない。 もっと読む

ビジネスでも観光でもほんとうに便利、快適、かつReasonableなホテルです。何度かMontrealに行っていますが、ここが最高だと思います。ビジネスセンターが24時間オープンで無料で印刷ができます。朝食も付いています。部屋のキッチンとその備品も整っています。周りのレストランやコーヒーショップも便利でした。

The Square Phillips is centrally located in downtown Montreal, walkable distances for shopping or sightseeing. The rooms are very big and in fact 'studios' with fridge, kitchen incl. microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. All is very clean and the place is well maintained. We stayed at Le Square Philips Hotel and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff was very helpful, our room was clean and the building itself was clean and well maintained. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Montreal and we will stay there again for sure!

This hotel was so well located and is staffed with incredibly helpful people. The room was huge and possible recently renovated. If you want to shop in Montreal, stay here!

Stayed at this hotel with my wife for two nights last weekend. We picked it based on it's location and quality. We had some tickets for the hockey game and it was within walking distance to the Bell Centre. It was also close to the downtown shopping district and a 10 minute or less car ride to Schwartz Deli and St.Viateur Bakery (both must be visited). […] The room was great, the staff was great the continential breakfest was great. No complaints. As someone pointed out in a previous post, the parking lot beside the hotel has its daily time expire at 4:38 in the morning, with tow trucks showing up at 4:39. Becareful. Perfect location for doing downtown Montreal. Rooms are very elegantly appointed, clean and quiet, and quite spacious. Breakfast, which is included in the price, is a disappointment in comparison, but convenient. Nice little pool on the top floor and VERY helpful people at the desk. We'll be back.

Spacious rooms, generous continental breakfast, pleasant reception and concierge, easy valet parking. The only thing keeping this from feeling perfect is that the fitness equipment needs maintenance or replacement, which I hope is imminent. We stayed in a junior queen suite which was extremely spacious for 4 of us. Full kitchen too. Service was great from front desk to concierge in getting us our car (which is valet parking due to location). Definitely will stay again.

Le Square Phillips was a wonderful place to stay in downtown Montreal. It was walking distance to the major shopping area, St. Catherine Street and a short taxi ride to St. Laurent Street, which had some great lounges/restaurants/eateries. This is a basic hotel, relatively new, in a renovated old office building. The location is very convenient to downtown, McGill, and the VIA Station. While the breakfast offers limited choices it is, after all, included in the modest price of the room. All in all a good deal in a good location in an interesting building.

I stayed in one of the suites here with a king size bed and I was very impressed with the quality of the service and the amenities of the room. There s free wifi which was great, because coming from the states, we could not use our phones so we were able to contact people via internet if necessary. Also, the full kitchen was great. We were there two […] nights, so we walked the 15 minutes to the IGA and bought food to cook for dinner and lunch the next day. There was also a complimentary breakfast which was decent, so we only ended up needing to go out for one meal which was a great money saver. There is valet parking also, which was very convenient. The only thing I really disliked was the comfort of the bed; the mattress was very firm, and I had a tough time sleeping one it. It's a very awesome hotel, one of the best I have ever stayed.

overall, a good experience. nothing over the top. breakfast is nothing to rave about so don't consider it an "include". alot of construciton going on around the neighborhood and all back rooms look out over a parkinglot. hotel staff was totally lovely and helpful. rooms were warm and comftorable.

This hotel was clean, updated and everything was very convenient. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The pool was small and nice, the water a bit cold and still enjoyable. Nicely located within walking distance to the Old Port. Will definitely go back there again.

Very nice place to stay in Montreal. Close to everything ,you can walk to just about any where you want to go.The only draw back is the parking fee,22.00 + tax. Parking is at the hotel thought they could do better for the guest.

These are great rooms, I gather they were formally studio apartments. So there is a real stove, real fridge, huge room, But there are so many great dining opportunities within a 5 min walk they we did not use the kitchen in the 4 days there. This hotel is located within walking distance of old Montreal, the metro and buses. Very centrally located. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The concierges are awesome! They really know the city well. The room was much more than I expected, spacious and well laid-out. We will definitely stay at Le Square Phillips again!!!

The hotel is quite nice and the people on staff are very friendly. I found it very convenient and was able to walk to most of my destinations. The room itself is huge, and I liked the fact that they offered a wired internet option (I am concerned about security of wireless in hotel rooms sometimes). Nice bathroom, and very clean. I also liked the fact that the business center was well-maintained, was not too crowded, and they didn't nickel and dime me for printouts. I booked this on the back of its high tripadvisor rating. Arrival at the hotel was pleasant enough, we arrived at 1450 but had to wait almost an hour for our room to be ready without an offer of any compensation or even a drink. The front desk informed me that their parking charge was $22 a night (+ tax). We decided to park two minutes away for just $20 for 48 hours. Breakfast was extremely mediocre and consisted of cereal and some dried out bakery items. The rooftop terrace was nice but people were using it using it for smoking and the air was accrid with tobacco. Didn't go in the pool itself but it looked quite small and unsuitable for doing lengths. The hotels location is adequate for the shopping area and a couple of attractions, but a good twenty minute walk from Montreal's main draw - the old town. The hotel also charged $50 for parking at checkout that we didn't even use, I had to convince the receptionist that we didn't use their parking to get her to process a refund. もっと読む

I could not recommend this hotel more highly. Great location, lots of restaurants and other attractions. Very comfortable, large and quiet. Business or pleasure I would recommend the place highly.

We stayed 3 nights...highly recommend..from front desk to housekeeping, all were friendly and courteous,,the rooftop terrace and pool afforded amazing panoramic views on downtown Montreal..the free continental breakfast was well served.

Ideal for families. Only criticism would be that the beds were too soft for our liking. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Within easy walking diastance of old Montreal and shopping in St Catherine St.
