Location was OK. Very close to interstate. Traffic noise was noted. Clean and comfortable. No DVD player. Internet access was good. Breakfast was fabulous-the best part of my stay. Pool was clean, but very dated. Spa air pump didn't work. No shaded areas at all.

Never had hot water in the tub. when I told them they said, "well, on the 3rd floor you have to let it run for awhile" when I asked how long I should let it run they said 15 mins. I let it run 25...still no hot water.

I was very much saddened when I left my camera in my room upon check-out, and no one seem to care much. I had to make several calls, and none of them answered my questions to my satisfaction. I don't think I will ever use that hotel ( Comfort Inn ,Houston, Texas ( ROOM 202 ) again.

I witnessed unprofessional service on mulitple occasions which is not appropriate to delineate online. Also, they advertised a pool and it was not open. Great Value! Great Hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful! The breakfast include most turkey bacon and waffles which is a definite change of pass from the normal continental breakfast. The room include a microwave and refrigerator. All the amenities at a great price.

This hotel was more than I expected. It has a full-size kitchen equipped with a full-size refrigerator and microwave oven. It is perfect for extended stays. the room could use a little updating, but overall the stay was really nice.

Appearance on outside was nice, inside was fair, but not overly clean. Old style TV's and only about six channels, air conditioner unit did not work correctly, continental breakfast was very bad. Would not recommend or ever go back to this place.

considering the price it is OK but room is too noisy because of the highway traffic 24/7. we could not sleep without the air conditioner noise because the hwy noise is so big -truck break noise and high speed traffic noise..A/C noise neutralize the outside noise and it helped me sleep better. bathroom is ugly but acceptable.. price was good.

I stayed at the hotel almost a week and I have no complaints besides no wifi being in the rooms. There is Internet service in the rooms but you'll have to use a cord to plug into your computer. The rooms are actually nice and clean!!! I will definitely return

the shower water was so hot even with the knob facing the cold water, almost boiling so I wasn't able to shower. They told me to leave the water running for 15 minutes so it would cool down, but it never did and it was such a waste considering they want to be environmentally friendly.
