場所はインターナショナルドライブのすぐ近くです。お風呂などお部屋もきれいで全く問題ありませんでした。朝食付きのプランで宿泊しましたが、オムレツを作ってくれるサービスもあり良かったです。WDWにも行きましたが、US4を使って、15-20分ほどで着きます。

インターナショナルドライブは遠くはないし、ユニバーサルやシーワールド等、どこへ行くのも不便はないのだが、ホテルライフのエンジョイも含めて、なんとなく中途半端。

冷蔵庫が無く、各フロアに製氷機があり、そこに氷を取りに行って冷やすシステムでした。だから生ものの買い置きなんかはできません。アメニティも少なく、歯ブラシ歯磨き粉無いので必須です（あると踏んでたので向こうのコンビニで買いました）シャンプーはキシキシになるアメリカっぽいので残ってる場合は新しいの置いてってくれません（でも２人で１本じゃ１日分くらいにしかならないです）ボディブラシとかも無いのでタオルで洗いました。シャワーは据え付けなのでちょっと使いづらいです。隣の部屋の人のいびきとかモーニングコールの音は聞こえました。私たちはそんなに気にする方のたちではないので平気でしたが駄目な人はだめかも？あとポットはありません。専用のコーヒーメーカーとドリップのパットがありコーヒーは入れられます。が、日本から持参した緑茶Tパックは１度も使えませんでした。 ディズニーへの送迎（要予約、無料）はありますが、１日３便で開園閉園時間には合わせてくれてないのでぶっちゃけ使いづらいです。ディズニーは４つのパークがありそれぞれ閉園時間が異なります。早いパークは５時とかに閉まります。ちゃんと確認した上で送迎時間を予約しないとひたすら待つことになります。また、エプコットの駐車場に着くのですが、そこからパークまでが遠い遠い。アメリカ人は接続時間を考えて送迎なんか出してくれません。その上、時間に居なかったら置いてかれます。エプコットから一番遠いマジックキングダムまでは船またはモノレール２本で４０分は見た方がいいかと思います。私たちは待てなくてタクシーを使った日もあり、約３０ドルかかりました。あとディズニーシャトルの運転手さんには片道１人１ドルのチップが必要です。 ユニバーサルは１日２便（要予約、無料、チップも必要ありません）。ユニバーサルの近くにはレストランやステージなど閉園後送迎まで時間を潰せるところは沢山あるので結構大丈夫かと思います。 ディズニーエプコット付近には何もありません。フロリダの朝晩はなかなか寒いので閉園後１－２時間待つのは結構至難の業です。タイムスケジュールの確認はしっかりとしていくことをお勧めします。 あと多分ホテルに日本語話せる人はいないのである程度の英語力が必要かと。 ホテル内のお土産屋さんは朝７時？から深夜０時までやってます。Tシャツとか安いです。パンとかお菓子とか飲みもんなんかも売ってます。あとゲーセン内の自販機のお菓子は１ドルで買えるのでちょっとお買い得です。 近くにあるピザ屋さんはめっちゃでかくてTo […] Goもできるのでお勧めです。 あとハワイにもある人気のディスカウント洋服店Ross Dress for lessもトロリーに乗って終点まで行くとあります。その隣に１ドルショップもあってなかなかいいです。（その近くにはアウトレットモールもあります）トロリーは１人１．２５ドル。 ケネディ宇宙センターに行く場合はベルデスクのお兄さんに頼むとGray Lineのツアーを予約してくれます。ただし前日までに予約が必要らしいです（私たちは無理やり当日お願いして乗せてもらいました）バス代、入場料全て込みで１人９８ドルです。近くのビストロアットマクドナルド（２４時間営業、グランドメニューは１０時半から）でGray Lineの１人５ドル引きのクーポンがありました。気付いたのが最終日だったので使えたかはわかりませんが。 もっと読む

幹線道路からアクセスが良く利用しやすいです。 レンタカーでユニバーサルもディズニーも簡単に行けました。 オレンジカウンティコンベンションセンターも近いです。 スーパー、ショッピングモール、アウトレットやファストフード店、レストランなども周りにあり、買い物も食事も不便ないです。 ホテル内もきれいで部屋も広くて快適です。 お風呂はバスタブはなくシャワーのみで、普通に浴びてるだけでも洗い場からお湯があふれ気味でしたが、気になったのはそれくらいで、あとは全く問題なかったです。 1階のバー"Chats"ではfree WiFiが使えました。ロビーに隣接しているので、ロビーで使用している人もいました。 激安ではないですが、高すぎるわけでもなく、快適でちょうどいいホテル。

The location of this hotel was wonderful. It was next to great attractions and restaurants. We only stayed one night, and didn't leave the hotel our first evening. Upon entering the room, we noticed that only one light worked in the entire room; the light right by the door. Everything was great, except the light in the bathroom was blinking on and off, and it made it really hard to put on makeup. The conference facilites were perfect, the staff was friendly, and the room was beautiful.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! It was very clean and modern. We spent most of our time at Universal Studios, but also went to Downtown Disney and the location was perfect for both. I would stay at the Crowne Plaza Orlando Universal again and also recommend it.

Hotel is excelent alrhough it os a shame that the more expensive the more they nickel and dime you for things that are usually free in other hotels. They have free internet at a business center only, but NOT in your room and halls of the hotel. The paid service is too much $20 per day

Everything was just as or better than expected. A small problem with the AC was resolved in minutes. We booked 4 rooms and we were all able to be next to each other. Great breakfast service available.

We stayed for a few nights in this hotel for the purpose of visiting Universal Studios. It was our first visit to this hotel and we were rey pleasantly surprised by the quality of the grounds, the friendly attitude of the staff, the excellent restaurants on site and proximity to Universal Studios! We would not hesitate to return on a future visit!

We could have went across the street to Quality Inn and have the same room for less. For the rate they charge the room should be bigger and more comfortable. Staff at the reception was rude.

Rooms were not as booked. We asked for adjoining king and double rooms to accommodate kids. Got double beds in all after we were repeatedly assured otherwise. Breakfast buffet was pricey, but many other options in surrounding area available.

Good nights stay. ONLY bad thing was the parking after arriving from theme parks, had to double park. Would stay there again. Decent prices for rooms 5 min away from Universal City Walk.

I booked one night for two adults and a child; however, when I got there they had reserved a room with just one bed. I was charged an extra fee of $20+ tax for the second bed. Very disappointing!!!!

My husband took me away for my birthday. Was a beautiful and clean hotel. Loved the shower pressure and the bed was very comfy. The movie selection was great also. I'd stay here again. And the price was good!

Perfect location for Universal for a great price. Very clean. The free shuttle to Universal took 45 minutes for a 2 minute drive so I would recommend paying the parking fee at Universal. We ended up walking the 2 mile trek because we decided to eat at City Walk an the last shuttle service was at 7. Great hotel!!!

Hot water not working one day, confirmed with security guard - had to be looked into by maintenance - Hotel didn't provide complimentary breakfast / drink to offset inconvenienc . Otherwise Hotel was great.
