Might as well have been sleeping on the floor. Mattress in terrible shape. In need of remodelling. Stinking garbage and odor in stairway that did not go away after they emptied trash.

I'm glad it was just for overnight...flat pillows and lumpy mattress.

the suite itself is nice, i liked the kitchenette. the window actually could be opened, i enjoyed a nice evening breeze and it kept the room fresh. my only complaint was that the roads in that area were confusing to me. you could see the highway you wanted to get on, but not every cross street had access to the direction you wanted to drive. strange. […] but the sun suites were nice, and a good price. もっと読む

it was very convinient to everything we needed but there was only one entrance that wasn't convienent at all. overall very nice but needs a breakfast of some sort.

Very bad hotel very

I have stayed in this hotel for four years. Sadly each year it has gotten worse. This will be the last time I stay in this hotel because it is clear the management doesn't take pride in their hotel or their own reputation.

We did not have a clean room black hairs in bed and crayons and candy wrappers on the floor under a chair.

This hotel is priced well, however, the condition of the room is very seedy. Worn carpet, creaky floor and furniture, leaky shower, etc .

I am not into bashing hotels, but I have to be honest. I have paid less for a hotel and have had a much better stay than I have at this one. I was in town to take care of some business. From the time I stepped into the very small lobby I knew that I had mad a mistake in booking this hotel. The staff was in the process of cleaning rooms and were noisey […] in doing so. As soon as I checked in, I needed a nap as I was tired from the drive. But could I sleep? No. Some kids were playing in the hall. Their father later joined them and he was very loud. The bathroom is super small and the tub hadn't been cleaned well. I made do because I was only in town for the night. The pillows are paper thin and the mattresses are so hard. When I went out for dinner, people were just hanging out in the front of the building and in the lobby. I just did not feel safe in this environment. I travel a lot and can stay just about anywhere but I would never stay here again. Oh, and the kicker, at 2:30 A.M., I jumped up out of my sleep as someone was banging on the door, or at least I thought it was the door. Someone was actually banging on the window yelling for someone that I obviously did not know. A few minutes later, that same person was on my floor going from door to door screaming someone's name. The surroudings was great but the overall hotel was not! I will return

They double booked us. We walked into the room and there was a women sleeping. I will not be returning to this hotel.

Good for short stay. Any longer would be too expensive. No pots or pans in kitchenette. More than 2 towels every 3 days cost extra, laundry is presently $3.25 to wash and dry a load. The staff is really friendly though. There were a lot of migrant construction workers staying there and they tend to get noisy kinda late. Worst hotel ever rooms all stunk terribly. They messed up our reservations and they stuck us in worse rooms than we paid for. Worst hotel ever

I have not stayed with this chain and when they asked to see my ID I said OK and then he made a copy of it and then asked for my Credit card and my Identity Theft antenna started wiggling so I refused. Room was only adequate and it was a little run down.

We found the room and hotel to be comfortable, nicely located for the area and well priced. Not a lot of frills but we didn't expect that there would be for the price we paid (no pool...) Our original room was not made up but the staff quickly switched us with no problem. We booked this room for a concert that was in the area and where very happy with our choice. The rate was great, the staff were friendly and we slept awesome. We were about 10 minutes or less from everything we did (including the concert at the Gwinette Center). We would highly recommend this for a good, affordable, convenient stay in the area.

when u reserve a room it should be ready on time not 3 hours later and the service sucks

Decent motel had plumbing issues , no pans , to cook with, and didn't vacuum the room.

This hotel was very convenient to everything we needed. Very friendly staff. The stay was awesome!

Monique, the front desk attendant, was very pleasant and busy during check in. She attempted to accomodate me and another guest while manning the phones. I was very impressed. This hotel is worth the cost. Although it is not a 4 star resort, it was perfect for our business travel and I would recommend it for anyone who is not going to spend a lot of time in their room. The one downside is there is not 24/7 employees on hand to take care of any issues after midnight.

The hotel itself was nice and the staff was very friendly but when I entered the room the air was not on and it had to be 100 degrees in that room and even with AC on 60 it never cooled off to a comfortable temp until about 2:00 AM. This was it miserable to try and sleep. With an 8 hr drive the next day I was not in a very good mood.

Great Price Great location... in the circle of all my choices

It was Thanksgiving and we were meeting midpoint with relatives. So we needed a place with a kitchen. Well, they advertised a kitchenette which typically has a stove top only, fridge , utensils, cups,and pots and pans. Well this place had maybe two plates,two cups and we had to get the pots from downstairs. The furniture could have been bought at a […] thrift store, no kidding. We had two rooms and the dressers did not match and had blemishes. So did the shower. The floor was uneven. Another place they cut corners. And the reason why probably is that they did not bother to pad the floor before the rug was installed. Also, they had the nerve to put up a sign saying towels are changed twice a week and if you should need more, you will incur a nominal fee. Since we needed a kitchen we were limited to the hotels we could choose in this price range. I was so disappointed in hotel I googled other hotels and which seemed better choices. The marquee even said that they had full kitchenettes, maybe they meant "fool" kitchen. This hotel seemed to cut corners and did not pay attention to details. Did not seem complimentary items except for one bottle of shampoo. Saw in the vending machine typically free items like toothbrush/paste for $1.50. So if you do not need a "kitchenette" you can find hotels in this price range that will not be a disappointment. もっと読む

The appearance of the hotel from the outside is very nice, but once you enter the room, the carpet is old and frayed in places. The couch had many stains and looked very old. Things were cleaned well, but still just looked very old and dingy which makes it look unclean. It was a comfortable bed. The bed sheets were clean. Bathroom was clean. Was clean, quiet, pretty comfortable, and safe. Excellent deal for the price!

best that i stayed at in area i'm there about once a month in area, will stay at this one from now on..

Well, where to start? The mattress had a concave press down in it like an 800 lb. gorilla had sleep in that spot for a couple of years. The air conditioner switch (90 degrees in Atlanta) had a short in it. At 10 pm I tried to call downstairs for a wake up call the next morning. The hotel lobby closes at 9pm and doesnt reopen until the next morning. […] So much for a wake up call. The stair well had smoke damage from a fire. Could have been painted...the actual floor in my hotel room had a slope in it. (And I was on the 3rd floor...) And all this in a supposed 'safe' area of Atlanta, Gwinnett Co. I found the hotel to be very frendly in the staff. Great location to the city and surrounding area. Easy access to whatever a person would need. The room was set up in a style that made it easy to prepare meals in if you needed to and very clean. Will book a stay there again when in that area. Great room for the money.
