Overall my stay with Super Eight was good. The main things I liked about the hotel are the location. It’s in walking distance to many restaurants, shops and the bus station. Out of the five days I was there, housekeeping only clean my room twice. I feel if you are going to ask a person to leave a tip then you should do your job right. Also, I think it’s nice that the hotel allows pets to stay there, but there should be a limit. On day when I was eating breakfast a guest had two dogs with no lease. We came up to the area to participate in a bike race and didn't feel like camping because they were predicting rain. The hotel was fine for the price. The room looked a bit worn and could use some updating but it was warm and dry.

The hotel was very easy to find and was close to the downtown area. But, the room was very dirty - the kind of dirty that can't be remedied by the best housekeeping staff. We have stayed in numerous hotels this year, some with excellant AAA rates, some with not so good ratings by any one. One of the best things about this hotel, is how serious they took safety in the bathroom, they had excellant no slip bath mats in the tub. Quite frankly they were so nice I am looking for one for here at home.
