MADE RESERVAION ON LINE. NOT KNOWING LOCATION OF MOTEL (NEIGHBOR HOOD). LOTS OF TRUCK TRAFIC. BUT OVER ALL A VERY NICE PLACE. WOULD STAY THEIR AGAIN.

I've stayed here before, but this particular room was terrible. There was residue left from flies on the mirror. In the bathroom, the spot on the wall where people rest their hand before getting into the shower was filthy, as was the floor of the shower. I noticed that while walking in the room with socks on, that the bottoms of the socks became dirty. […] While the bedding itself seemed okay, it all came into question after this experience. The motel was very clean both outside and inside. It was a pleasant experience.

If you want to save money and be within 12 minutes of downtown and 20 minutes of nice areas of Houston AND YOU WANT TO SAVE MONEY, then this is th eplace to stay. It is not in a vey nice neighborhood but it is right off the 610 loop and when you are inside wit the door locked you could be in any hotel room anywhere.

Surprisingly quiet in spite of many large trucks parked there. Very clean. Breakfast was simple but ok. Staff gave good service. I felt safe although traveling alone, coming and going early am and late at night. Easy to find even though the closest exit was closed due to construction. The hotel is clean, comfortable and inexpensive. However, it is located in an industrial area with no restaurants in the vicinity. The breakfast provided was nothing more than some muffins and cold cereal- lackluster at best.
