Too bad I get to stay only for 8 hours. But I really love this hotel. I would and have recommended this hotel to my relatives and friends.

First, Olivia is a great asset on the front desk. Second the beds were quite comfortable and last, the room was quiet (room 200). And we would definitely stay there again. Oh, and the breakfasts were quite nice.

I was pleasantly surprised at the accommodations I receive at the Chase Suite Hotel in Brea. The breakfast was very good and everyone in our group was pleased with their choices. The rooms were great and everyone had great sleeping experiences.

ARRIVED TO FIND NO PARKING AVAIL including THE 8 SPACES IN FRONY OF LOBBY, ROPED OFF SO FOOD TRUCKS COULD HAVE ACCES THERE FOR TWO DAYS? WAS ASKED TO PARK NEXT DOOR A FULL400/500 YARDS FROM ROOM 327. NO HELP OFFERED WITH LUGGAGE. AWAKENED THE FOLLOWING AT 6:45 TO WORKERS RIGHT BENEATH OUR ROOM WITH JACKHAMMERS AMD FORKLIFTS BREAKING UP THE PARKING LOT […] SURFACE JUST BELOW OUR ROOM, RIDICULOUS,YOUR PERSONNEL WERE PRESENT! Convenient to our family. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Spacious room and very clean. Breakfast was included, but overrun with kids. Not a bad value for the area.

The place was packed with cars in the parking lot but I could see why, it's great for a cozy stay. It's like having a mini apartment to yourself, very nice.

Great hospitally. Morning breakfast excellent and happy hour great. Ahy problems were handled fast .Will return when in area.

Great price, great comfort, very quiet, clean rooms, excellent staff. Would stay there again.

Water drainage in the wash room was very slow. I have had this experience in one of the previous room also. Why don't they have someone check & use drano to correct this recurring problem? Also, finding a parking space at night was a problem. Complimentary breakfast seems to be downgraded since my last visit.

Chase Hotel was the perfect place for our family to relax and unwind from our long day at Disneyland! Having a kitchen made it feel more like an apartment, but did not feel confined. I totally recommend this place for anyone with kids!

It's a drive off of the freeway, but once there, peaceful. You can sleep well without the next complex being noisy. Would like the bed and sofa bed to be more comfortable. This is our second time staying here and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was really friendly Breakfast was nice and so was the evening reception. The only issue was we had to call every day for towels, there was only enough for two people. But they were always happy to bring them. We will definitely stay here again.

Good rate, clean and spacious room, great location easy access to stores. Bathroom a bit small, but ok. Comfy beds, great jacuzzi jets and warm pool for swim and r and r. Tvs in bedroom and living room, full kitchen and great bkfast. would return !!

It's very strange. Some of the things regarding this hotel seem older and some newer. For example I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. The bedroom furniture seems pretty new as well as the flat panel TV. The cabinets in the bathroom where old, and the grout in the shower really needs to be stripped and cleaned. The kitchen appliances where fairly new but […] the cabinets really old. The cubs in the kitchen had a 'W' on them which makes no sense so they where either from the previous owner, or purchased at a bargin price. The couch in the living room was also super old. もっと読む

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights for the Thanksgiving Holiday, the hotel was very clean,the bed was so comfy. My only complaint was the hotel room-queen bed not suite didn't have anywhere to sit other than the bed,I asked the Hotel Clerk for a chair which they provided immediately. Hotel was clean, bed was really comfortable, breakfast was good and convenient! We would definaty use this hotel again when in this area!

The hotel itself was nice. The exterior reminded me more of town-homes than a hotel. The room was clean. We had a king and pull out bed. The king was comfy enough. The pull out bed, however, was incredibly uncomfortable. The TV's in the room were minuscule; almost ridiculously small. The breakfast was good though.

Had rooms just feet from a busy highway very noisy. Had a difficult time talking the desk clerk into a room that wasn't on the street. Didn't feel like the experience was very pleasant.

I ordered a king, a queen was reserved, and we got a full. I measured the bed and it was a full. Then when I asked for a partial refund, the maintainance people lied and said it was a queen. The front desk guy wanted nothing to do with my complaint and said, "I can't help you, you ordered through hotels.com so you need to contact them.". I actually booked this hotel for my husband for a week to project manage a job at a local FedEx. He loved this hotel. The rooms had a full kitchen and the beds were awesome.

Have stayed nearby on trips for years and never knew this place was here - a very comfortable and home-like environment for a hotel. Breakfast was good too!

A/C was noisy when running. Along walkway, rose bush branches with thorns tend to block walkway. Needs to be trimmed! Complimentary coffee was excellent taste!

Very comfortable, spacious room. I would definitely stay there again.

I stay here quite frequently when visiting friends. The hotel is quiet now that the no large party policy is in affect. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. A great bonus is that food trucks come by every week too.

Overall is a great hotel comfortable bed nice room very private. Pool is small but rooms can't be beat. Will definitely recommended for a little get away.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The layout of the room was good; ammenities were great; breakfast excellent with variety of foods; customer service very helpful, friendly, and easily able to understand.

The hotel is ideally located to restaurants and shopping. The beds are very comfortable and have nice linens. The one bedroom suite has everything you could need for a short stay. The morning breakfast was very good and had a great selection, both hot and cold. I wish I had attended the afternoon brunch to see if it was just as nice. The pool area was […] well maintained and also included an area for doing your laundry while swimming. Nice idea! My cons are with the cabinets in the rooms. Even though the cabinets looked new, they had NO knobs or handles to open the doors, nor did they have room to wedge a finger under the counter top. In order to open, you needed to grab the door from the bottom. This was O.K. for the cabinets ABOVE the sink area, but not O.K. for the lower ones. Same problem in the bathroom/dressing area. This hotel was a little farther from our destination than I wanted. The room was very clean and looked like a one bedroom apartment. It was smaller than I expected. But it was still very nice. What a great place to stay. The staff went above and beyond. We had a problem with our TV the first night and when we asked the front desk about it, we were upgraded to a room with a full kitchen which was awesome. I got into the area very late and it was difficult to find the hotel. Then once I checked in, there was not a single parking place in the entire lot! Had to park next door and walk. While I was given a map to my room, it took several trips around the various buildings to find my room - dark, odd rooms on one side, even rooms on the other side, etc. When […] you're tired and it's late, the last thing you want is a wild goose chase to find your room!
