建物がミツワマーケットのすぐ裏。部屋もベットとソファーが離れていて、とても広かったです。赤ちゃん連れだったのですが、ベビーベットも頼んだらすぐ持って来てくれて、とっても助かりました。冷蔵庫や電子レンジも付いていたので、飲み物を冷やしたり、離乳食を温めるのに便利でした。

朝食付きのビジネスライクなホテルです。部屋の広さはアメリカの標準的なもので問題ないです。空港からの距離は若干ありますが、シャトルがあるので乗り継ぎ等で泊まるだけならOKです。何日か滞在する場合は車がないと不便です。

In this business trip, I used and will use 5 hotels. Hampton is the most comfortable hotel at this time. All of staffs was also friendly. One more thing, I like the waffle machine. It was very interesting. Thank you so much.

Room was very basic (NOT a 3.4 star!) Paint and a little bit of blood on shower curtain. With very minimal continental had to listen to tv, other guests with pretty foul language. There are too many other hotels/motels in that area to choose from that are the same low price but nicer. To be fair, the room was clean but the outside was a bit ugly. It was a nice, clean and simple room. Comfortable bed and nice people at the hotel. Location is a bit off as there are no places to eat nearby (and I didnt have a car) so it was not ideal but walkable to the METRA (about 1 mile) so going downtown was easy. "My Stay"
The room was ok but they could put more towels in the room besides 2 since there was 4 of us in there. They never came and changed the sheets for the whole weekend we were there. "Great place - very convenient for O'Hare"
Great location - close to O'Hare (with own transport). The front desk lady was SO helpful with directions, adivce, etc when asked. She went above and beyond, and is to be commended for that. Also, I got there at 9:30am and they allowed me to check-in with no extra charge, and even offered me use of the breakfast buffet if I wanted to (but I wasn't hungry!). […] The next morning, the breakfast buffet was very adequate - at least there were some healthier options there too, and not just waffles and coffee. "You get what you pay for."
Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, but the conditions of the room were not quite up to par. A couple of pieces of furniture and appliances were not in the greatest shape, but customer service makes up for that.
