Clean, quiet, comfortable and convenient location to area shopping and other amenities. Only suggestion would be to furnish new pillows. The bed pillows were very thin and hard!.

The room was only cleaned superficially. We stayed for six day so i guess you notice more. The pool and hot tub were unheated. I would not stay there again.

Toilet was very low. The plastic drinking cups were previously used by evidence of pink sticky stuff at the bottom and around the ring. There was long dark hair around the sink and in the sink when I got there.The hallway smelled like smoke, I was in a non smoking room, room 2 doors down was a smoking room. Our stay was great. The room was spacious and clean. Coffee maker, fridge. We travel with a dog and dthought the pete fee/night was reasonable. The hotel was very quiet. Would stay there again.

The stay was for a Funeral I attended in Mesa. Was located within 2 miles of where the ceremony took place. The hotel was moderate, nothing to write home about. Small and seemed like it was ancient. Even though it was old they had tried to update. New tile and paint in the lobby and bathroom...but the carpet in the hallway and room was rediculously warn. The room was clean, the bed extremely hard. Nothing plush about this hotel. clean and basic for towels and everything else, I would not stay more than 1 night. Breakfast was 2 day old doughnuts and cereal.

The whole time that we stayed at this hotel the internet did NOT work! We would have never stayed there if we had known that the internet didnt work. The front desk people were not proactive about fixing the problem, or very nice about it.

Room was an adequate and expected Super 8 experience although at the "low end" of some of the newer Super 8's. In other words, it was a clean room with an OK bed.

The hotel was under par with other Super 8 hotels I have stayed at within that price range. You can tell the hotel is old, but has been reasonably maintained. The only real issue was internet access was really spotty. Because of the location of my room, it would connect then loose connection to The Internet. I asked at the front desk if they would check […] into it, was told they were not having any problems but would call the tech. Was told they did and left a message. The connection did work at times. We had a late flight into Phoenix and just needed a nice, clean place to stay that wasn't too far away. This was only 3-4 miles away from the Mesa airport and we checked right in. The room was clean, the bed was great and the area was quiet. It was great for an overnight stay.

Cheep hotel. Rooms were not very clean toilet didn't flush right and the beds were uncomfortable. The owners were friendly but that was the only good thing.

We were visiting an elderly relative. The motel was clean, quiet, all facilities were working well. TV and clock were working fine. Linens were clean and fresh. We would stay at this unit again. Staff was very friendly and always available.

I normally dont take time to fill these out but I honestly can say this was the cleanest hotel Ive ever stayed at and I do travel often . Ive already had a friend heading out that way and he plans to stay there with his wife. Keep up the great work as it makes being away from home alot more pleasant. Thank you all. Dan

This motel was very old and not in the best of neighborhoods. The room smelled stail even though it was non smoking. I didn't stay...went elswhere. Would never go back.

Okay for the price. Breakfast was minimal, rolls and "juice", seating for four people. Unit was somewhat old but clean enough. Bed was a little lumpy and uncomfortable. Might go back again, probably not.
