The location and views are spectacular. The irregular shuttle bus schedule will require stamina if you have to walk up the steep staircases to the road. We did better just walking up the road. The location of the hotel was great. Loved that you are able to jump in the water AND still have a view-the best of both words. They do have a shuttle that brings you into town which is great, but if you are arriving into town via boat or bus it is difficult to arrange to have the shuttle pick you up, so you will then have to get a cab and they will […] totally take advantage of you and charge you $15 Euro for a 4 minute drive up the hill to the hotel. It is only a 10 min walk into town-nice location. You will need a taxi the first time though because it is all uphill and you will have luggage. The pool is great the breakfast-and location of the restaurant is great. The service? Well.....let's just say they really didn't go out of their way to be of service. Not rude, just very matter of fact. The hotel is OLD and could use a little updating and a remodel of the main lobby - kinda looks like grandma's house with all of the old, random furniture and decorations.... A little renovation would make this hotel amazing! I felt that we paid a lot of money for what we got, but I would recommend this hotel to friends because of it's great location and views. If you stay here, please spend the extra money to get a hotel room with a view!!! It is well worth it. Otherwise you will feel like you are staying in a basement as the hotel is built on the side of the cliff. Some of the reviews that we read before we went were people complaining of all of the steps.... well, duh! It's the Amalfi coast. It's on a cliff. Bring tennis shoes and walk off your pasta dinners :) The bed was really hard. I'd say that this hotel is the 2nd best place to stay in Amalfi - with the Hotel Santa Caterina being the very best.... highlights of this hotel - the view from our room, the size of our room, the pool, the access to the ocean, the short walk into town without being right in town, the breakfast and the view while sitting outside looking down towards the town and over the ocean.... As a couple traveling with our son, we upgraded to the "four person" room. It has an amazing balcony on two sides, and a very fabulous bath. There is a seperate bedroom with a four-poster and a sitting room with two day beds. Very comfortable room. Not inexpensive, but we thought is was a good value. The location is nice as well as the breakfast. The views are gorgeous. We had issues with the service: we emailed them days before we arrived to ask about how to get to the hotel from the Ferry Station in Amalfi they never answered. We called from the Ferry Station and we talked to them in English and Italian they said there was no transportation to […] the hotel so we walked up the hill for 20 minutes with our luggage. When we checked in we found out that there was a shuttle service! The same person invited us to free welcoming Happy Hour drinks that same day. When we checked out they charged us for the drinks. A bit out of the way and up the hill when moving luggage. Took the convenient shutlle when checking out to the marina which was fine.

Great hotel, helpful staff, and the greatest view. The room was large for Italian standards and was very clean, we spent most of the time on the patio drinking wine and enjoying the view. The only downside to the hotel is that the pool and ocean area is seasonal, we would have loved to get closer to the water.

We had a corner room with a perfect view of the town and the ocean, also with a wonderful terrace. The staff was great--very friendly and helpful. We would recommend it highly! (We're a couple in our late 60's.)

We chose the Miramalfi hotel from the looks and the previous peoples comments. We can only say that the staff were extremely helpful at all times. Nothing was too much trouble, warm, friendly and good advise. As with everything, space is at a premium, whether, hotel room, parking space, roads, beaches etc, the room was more than adequate. One of the only (if not the only) hotel in Amalfi with private beach access! Great location with beautiful balcony views. The food was also very good!

Very nice hotel. Spectacular view. Upgraded to their top room. Hotel staff was very nice and friendly. Might not want to walk to hotel, since it's kind of hard to get to. Take bus or taxi. I will stay here again.

직원들도 친절하고 객실도 청결했다. 그리고 두오모가 있는 아말피의 가장 붐비는 곳에서 약간 떨어져 있어 무엇보다 조용하고 쾌적했다. 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 객실에 있는 전용 테라스의 의자와 테이블이 청소되어 있지 않고 먼지가 있어 닦아 낸 다음 앉아야 했다. 밤 늦게까지 객실의 바깥 테라스에 앉아 아말피 해변의 전경을 바라볼 수 있어서 무척 좋았다. 그리고 미니 냉장고에 물 한병 놓을 빈 공간이 없이 음료수로 빽빽하게 채워져 있어 물을 밖에 두고 먹어야 했다. 그러나 호텔의 위치가 너무 마음에 들어서 다시 가고 싶은 숙소이다.

Hotel bien situé à proximité du centre mais surtout dans un endroit très calme. Cadre de l'hotel charmant et moins aseptisé que les autres hotels "grand luxe". Réception simple et agréable tant par son accueil que par l'éfficacité de son organisation. Chambre confortable et très propre(deluxe) Petit déjeuner très agréable sur la terrasse au bord de […] la piscine. Belle vue, cependant pas totalement dégagée à cause des fils électriques et des toits de l'hotel juste en dessous. Ce séjour restera un excellent souvenir à Capri,à notre gout plus authentique et plus romantique que le coté très "blingbling" de la ville et de bon nombre de ses hotels haut de gamme. Great location, super service and fantastic view that makes this hotel get away with that it is in need of some rennovation! Great beach faclities, and a short but tough walk to Amalfi ( at least back up to the hotel).
