The hotel itself was awesome, just don't book a room facing the I-90, sirens and trains all night! We stayed over while on our way home. We got there about 9 at night and there were a bunch of basketball teams there for the state playoffs. We stayed at this hotel in spokane vally and were very disappointed when we came back from shopping all day and found that my bed had not been made just a note that said that as there were personal things on it it would not be done " an empty bag was at that time on it" so I looked on Expedia and on sheet left in room for there polices and could not […] find that anywhere buy but I did findin meny places that there moto is if you are not happy just let the desk know and they will make it right so I took the letter left to me and the letter that is left in each room down to the desk the girl who was working there told me she would talk to housekeeping in the morning so back up stairs I went to make my own bed and go to sleep .Next time I will spend the ???.?? Thus was by far one of the nicest motels I have ever stayed in. The biggest impact was friendliness of every person that worked there. Not one person did not smile and all how we were doing and it was a warm smile. I got the sense that they were there because they wanted to be. The noise level from the freeway and the trains,kept me awake.I swear a train whistle blew my ears out three times during the night. Too bad,as the hotel was clean,and the staff were professional,and friendly.The complementary breakfast was very good also.
