vERY NICE PLACE HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED IT TO SEVERAL FAMILIY MEMBERS.

the room was very clean, the breakfast was great. We were staying overnight on our way to Boston. so many hotels have gone downhill, but we were very surprised and pleased that this hotel went beyond our expectations.

There was a significant smell of old cigarettes in the room I was given but when I requested another room for this reason, I was upgraded to a very nice suite. They seemed, though, to have a real problem with this issue. When I returned to the desk to complain about the smell, the guest in front of me was having the same issue. The Ramada Inn at Hagerstown is one place I would reccommend to anyone. From arrival to departure, you want for nothing. The staff should train other hotel personnel in hospitality because they have made it an art form! I have NEVER felt so pampered and taken care of. The restaurant staff was incredible too! We stopped for the night on our car-trip down south. The kids and I wished we could have stayed in hotel for a couple of days. It was clean, in great condition and pool was wonderful. The desk clerk and man in the pool area where all so friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was the best!!

This hotel is very dated: old furniture and old floral bedding. The bath didn't feel very clean. I found two hairs when I first arrived. There was a mini fridge in my room that turned on every hour during the night. The only thing I thought was decent about the hotel was the complementary breakfast. Clean; quiet; great value ... would stay again.

Most expensive Hotel we stayed in on our travels and least cleanly. Suite door didn't stop loud tv from ajoining room. No one at front desk for ten minutes on arrival. One good thing was a very good breakfast. Disappointing overall.

Getting into the hotel was simple using the GPS. Given the major accident on the highway close by and the unscheduled guests coming into the hotel, our reservation was handled quickly and with courtesy. We had asked for a room"'away from the amenities" and that is what we were given. The front desk even called up after we had "moved in" and asked if […] we were satisfied with the room. Loved the hotel, loved the price. Staff was friendly, room was nice, surrounding area was great! Got a good breakfast in the morning for free! Would definitely stay here again.

The only exceptional thing about the hotel is that the "continental" breakfast comes with Eggs and Sausage. Other than that, it's just a generic place to sleep.

You can't beat this hotel for location - right off I-81. The desk staff were very friendly, and there's plenty of places to eat and shop right nearby. The bed was the dealbreaker. Incredibly uncomfortable. Replace the matresses and this place will be great for a stay while traveling the I-81 corridor.

I stayed 7 days there (including extended 4 days) Wonderful location at reasonable price. very kind staff. strongly recommend

very conferrable beds,good and clear picture very clean allm over, welcome shower

the only bad thing i can say is there was a smell in the elevator but that coulda been a over cologned guy i was sharing it with beds were nice pool was great awesome restaurant (with bar) and the staff was GREAT !!

Best hotel we stayed at on our low-budget cross-country road trip. Great value for the money. The room was huge and clean, the staff was great. I would stay there again if in the area. Previous Ramada was a dump - price and other reviews convinced me to try Ramada one more time.This place redeemed the Ramada chain in my eyes.

This hotel was beautiful! Room was clean, staff was politte and friendly. Breakfast the next morning was good. My only two compliants were that the put us in a room with an adjoining door to the next room, and you could hear the people next to us watching TV, and talking on the phone till well after 11pm. The hotel staff were friendly. The pool was big and we had a blast playing football with the kids. The breakfast was filling. The beds were comfortable. Great stay!

We wanted to have connecting rooms or rooms on the same floor. I booked 2 rooms and was promised that they would be connecting room and was put on the paperwork. When we checked in the rooms were not even on the same floor we were very disappointed. My room had an old tv and everytime you flushed the toilet it looked like it was going to overflow. Room was nicely appointed with new 40" LG LCD, refrigerator etc - quiet room - hotel under booked, competition from surrounding newer hotels bleeding off bookings - hotel rest. very nice, with 15% off it was a great buy for dinner -

This is a great hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. There were many restaurants in the area and a shopping mall. Breakfast is served in the morning and it was very good. I would stay here again anytime.

The breakfast buffet wad terrible, can get better food at a Motel 8. I lost the magentic sunglass clip to my perscription glasses and got no help from the front desk, just attitude!

A great place to stay. Located close to the mall and quite a few places to dine. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I stayed here recently and while my room was very well kept and clean it was sooooooooo dark, there's no overhead lighting and the lamps are so scattered around the room it was hard to get consistent lights anywhere but the bathroom. I really wish the lighting had been better. Also, while my room was a decent size and my bed was awesome, the decor […] was so dark and drab. Dark red furniture, dark green rug, all the night stands, desk, entertainment system, etc. had a dark wood finish, I really wish the decor was a different colour, it would've really helped lighten the place up a bit. Very affordable with an indoor pool.

Great location right near the Hagerstown mall. You can park right out front. Very friendly staff and nicer amenities then posted ei free wifi. Great experience at this location

Convenient location. Nice room. Coffee pot is a single server and that was disappointing. Overall would stay here again.

Nice hotel in good location. My whitetail skiing trip had a good start by having a nice breakfast and hotel stay which included a excellent room service and easy access to gym and swimming pool. overall it was a fun experience and definitely I would stay again here. Thanks!
