子供と二人で10日間利用しました。コンドミニアムですが台所の冷蔵庫が小さく、水回りも日本のワンルームみたいに狭くて、まるでキチネット付きホテルみたいでした。 日本語を話せる日本人スタッフが一人しかいなかったため、困った事があった時になかなか話がスタッフに伝わらず大変でした。 ちなみに日本人スタッフの方は、言葉が通じても冷たい印象で外国人スタッフの方が言葉が上手く伝わらなくても親切でした。 パーキングは、噂通りで、コンドミニアムとはオーナーが違うため値段が高い割には狭いし、パーキングチケットの貼り忘れや置く場所を間違えたりするとすぐにレッカーで車を持って行かれてしまうようです。 滞在中、レッカーされる車を何台も見ました。 立地的にはそこそこ良いところなのでレンタカーを使わない人や自炊をしない長 […] 期滞在者にはいいかもしれません。 コインランドリーの数が洗濯機が四台に乾燥機が八台と少なくて、みんなランドリーの争奪戦してました。 それから、外国人の宿泊者には新聞（チラシ入り）のサービスが各部屋にあったようですが日本人宿泊者の部屋には配られていませんでした。 宿泊費トータルを考えるとお高めのコンドミニアムです。 私は、もうこのコンドミニアムは利用しないと思います。 もっと読む

夕日が見える部屋（一部オーシャンビュー）は最高です。 駐車場が２０ドルと高いので近くのno in/outですが8ドル（２４ｈｒ）があります。

約2週間、Studio・Ocean Viewを利用しました。30階の東側の部屋でした。眺望は、Ocean Viewはハイアットリージェンシーの建物に若干さえぎられるものの充分満足出来るレベル、東側にはダイアモンドヘッドも良く見えました。 建物・設備は古いが、リフォームされており、これも普通以上の評価です。 サービスは、従業員の教育が充分されていないのか、日によって質が違うのが気になりました。 立地条件は最高、ワイキキビーチまで徒歩2-3分、バス停は目の前だったので、The Bus を多用した我々には大変便利でした。 おそらく、次回も利用することになると思います。

ワイキキでの滞在は２０年近くここを利用しています。 ビーチへのアクセス、バス利用時にも便利です。 オンザビーチのホテルにも泊まってみたいでずが、外食に飽きたときに、キッチンがあるのも助かります。 とても気に入っています。

ベッドのマットのサイズが小さく、何度もベッド枠に足をぶつけた。そのたびに擦り傷を作った。 結局、枕を挟み込んで対処した。 シャワ－ブ－スが小さい。

今回5泊studioに滞在しましたが、 快適でした。 シャワーの取ってが固くて使いずらかったため、フロントに連絡すると、すぐにメンテのかたが来て、 新しく取り替えてくれた。 部屋も広く充分でした。ハワイで暮らすような滞在希望のかたには、オススメ。リゾート感を求める方は、他のホテルがよいと思います。

料金的な面から考えると非常に安く、その割にハード面での満足度は、部屋も広く清潔で快適であるという点で高い。立地もクヒオビーチに徒歩3分と近く、日本人が少ないビーチなので、日本人が多いワイキキビーチに不満を感じる人にはお勧め。フラショーもクヒオビーチで開催されるので興味がある方はぜひ。 全体的な総括としては立地も施設ハード面もある程度考慮し、尚且つ宿泊費を抑え、重点を買い物やアクティビティなどに費用予算を注ぎたいという方にお勧めのホテル。 ただハワイに対してリゾート感を求める人には物足りなさを感じる。そういう方はビーチ沿いの料金高めのリゾートホテルの方がお勧め。

私達が行きたい所にとても近くて良かったです。ホテル自体も大き過ぎず、楽でした。ただ他の方のレビューにも有ったように、エアコンがとてもうるさく、熟睡できない私にはつらかったです。次回はそれなりに工夫してみようと思います。エアコンを除けば本当に満足出来るホテルでした。

両親御の還暦祝いの家族旅行で利用したのですが、中心地に近いし、ビーチまで２ブロックでどこに行くのも苦痛にならない距離でした。 近隣にフードパントリーもあり、軽い料理をして好きなものを食べることができるのもありがたかたです。 クーラーがリビングにしかなく、ベットルームはクーラーなしだったので、真夏にいくのは寝苦しいのではないかと思いましたが、７月くらいなら快適に過ごせました。 コンドミニアムということもあり、家とホテルの間くらいの感覚で、ゆっくり過ごすには快適なホテルでした。

去年もこちらに滞在しました。 去年はサーフィンメインの旅だったので、キッチネット付きのバチェラータイプの部屋。 今年は結婚式での滞在の為、ワンベットルームの部屋。 フルキッチンは使いやすく、部屋も清潔感で、快適な2週間でした。 また、ウェイティングという事で、客室最上階の海も山も一望できる部屋へUPグレードして下さった上に、ホテルからのコンプリメントとして、シャンパンandワインのプレゼントもいただき、大変嬉しかったです。 結婚式のゲストも皆同じくパシフィックモナークにしましたが、皆大変喜んでいました。 去年と比べ、部屋のインテリアがリゾート風に一変されていて、あたらしい感じがしたのも良かったです。 フロントのスタッフも気さくな方が多く、また来年も滞在したいコンドです。

1ベッドルームオーシャンビュー19Fの部屋に大人3名で8泊しました。4名まで宿泊可能ですがシングルベッド2台+ダブルのソファーベッドなので大人だと3名までにしたほうが快適に過ごせます。 海に面した部屋のラナイは近隣のホテルのラナイと比較しても広いと思います。イス4脚と大きな丸テーブルがあり、海も見えるので朝昼はラナイで食事をしていました。食事をしていると小鳥がてすりやテーブルにとまってエサをもらいにきます。 ビーチに対して長方形に細長い建物（短い面がビーチ側です）で、ダイヤモンドヘッド側の部屋は朝日があたり、反対の空港側の部屋は西日になります。 寝室にはハンガ－が8個くらいありますが固定されているのでその場所でしか使うことができません。 水着を干すのにクリーニングでもらうハンガーを持参 […] していたのが役にたちました。 洋服をしまうタンス（？）もひとつあります。 バスルームはシンクひとつバストイレ一体です。古いですがきれいに清掃されているので問題なく使えます。 アメニティは固形石鹸が1箱とリンスインシャンプーです。タオルは大中小の3種類にバスマットです。 トイレットペーパーとＢＯＸティッシュもあります。 バスのレバーを動かしても排水の部分が閉じなかったのでルームサービスに連絡したら部屋まで見に来てくれてバスの使いかたを教えてくれました。 フルキッチンには鍋つかみ、タオル（大・小）、キッチンペーパー、洗剤、ディスポーザー、冷凍冷蔵庫、コーヒーメーカー、炊飯器、電子レンジ、オーブン、鍋（大・小）、フライパン、ざる、サラダボウル、平皿（大・小）、スープやサラダに使える深めの器、コーヒーカップ、グラス、スプーン、フォーク、ナイフが備え付け。ドリップタイプのコーヒーと紅茶のティーバッグ、砂糖、粉末クリーマーがあります。不足していたのはラップ、箸、調味料です。鍋はオーブンの下に収納されています。日本ではあまりない収納場所なので3日目まで気づきませんでした。 買い物はホテルから徒歩3分ほどにFoodPantoryというスーパーがあり、お惣菜から野菜肉魚など日本のスーパーと同じように買い物できます。入り口にテナント（？）で入っているHiSteaksの1ポンドステーキはオススメです。グリルで焼いたお肉の塊を450ｇ分スライスして2種類のソース選び＄11.51(税込)。テイクアウトできるので夕食に最適です。レジ前にあるテナントのケーキ屋さんで有名店のマサラダを売ってますが値段は2倍です。 他にもピンクバスでアラモアナショッピングセンターまで行って徒歩5分ほどのところにドンキホーテがあり日本食材や調味料がそろっています。ワイキキでも曜日時限定のファーマーズマーケットが何箇所かで開催されるので食材の仕入れにいいと思います。 いずれにしても調味料の小サイズは販売してないので自炊するならば持参したほうがいいです。 コンビニが1Fにあり、ABCマートは徒歩3分くらいのところに3～4店はあります。 屋上にはプールとジャグジーがあります。混雑していませんがリゾートのプールではありません。日光浴しながらビーチベッドで本を読んでいる人が多かったです。R階にはサウナとシャワールームがあります。サウナは自分でスイッチをいれて暖めてから使います。5分もすれば暖かくなります。ビーチから帰ってきてそのままサウナに行くこともできます。 また、山側にレクリエーションルーム（？）があり山側のきれいな夜景が楽しめます。こことプールサウナは22時まで利用できます。 部屋の金庫は1日＄3、チェックインの時に利用するか聞かれチェックアウトで精算です。 ビーチタオルはフロントで無料で借りることができます。 返却もフロントです。貸出時と返却時にサインが必要です。 ネットはLANケーブルの備付があり1日＄10弱で利用できます。 電話は市内なら1回75㌣です。 駐車場は1日＄15です。 ザ・バスやピンクバスの停留所も近くにあります。 レジャーカウンターもありますが日本語が通じません。 フロントには日本語ができるスタッフもいますが常時いるわけではないようです。 空港からホテルまでチップ込＄40程度です。 帰りはチェックインのときにもらったクーポンブックでひとり＄7でピックアップバスを予約できました。 ホテルからダイヤモンドヘッドのザ・バスのバス停までタクシーでチップ込＄11程度、トローリー停留所のある入場口まで徒歩15分くらいです。 土曜日にＫＫＣマーケットへいこうとザ・バスをまっていたらタクシーが相乗り一人＄3で声を掛けてきたので＄2.5で交渉して他のグループと相乗りしました。 帰りはホテルまで40分くらい散歩気分で歩いて帰ってくることもできます。朝や日中はワイキキからダイヤ もっと読む

The balcony is large and we had breakfast there enjyoying panoramatic view -oceanview, mountainview,cityview. The cleaning staff wasn't so good. The room wasn't cleaned properly. As a whole the hotel is good considering the price.

今回で2度目の利用です。 家族５人での滞在でしたので、フルキッチン付１ベッドルームのオーシャンビューの部屋にしました。ワイキキビーチへも２ブロックだし、どこに行くのにも便利な場所。ホテルも落ち着きます。（自分の家にいる感覚です！！） ベッドがもう少し大きいとパーフェクトですね。 次もまた必ず利用します。

2日滞在しましたが、掃除に来なかった。アメニティも五人でシャンプー極小サイズで一本です。お風呂のシャワーも壊れいて浴槽がきたなかったです。残念ながらおすすめできません。

もう4～5年使っていますが、ビーチとクヒオ通りのスーパーへのアクセスがいい距離感です。バス停も目の前だからアクセス的にここを選んでいます。 華美さはないけれど、コンド独特の生活感にぴったりのちょっとローカルっぽい感じがすきですね。 ラナイが狭いのがちょっと不満ですが。

今回は1人旅のため、夜でも暗くない道にあるパシフィックモナークを選びました。　お部屋は1ベッドルームでしたが、眺望の良い部屋にグレードアップされていたので大変うれしかったです。 お部屋は、2月に泊まった部屋より少々古い感じがしましたが、特に問題はありませんでした。 ちょうど夜にエレベーターでセキュリティと一緒になりましたが、キチンと警備してくれていて安心しました。 宿探しは価格を重視してしまう私ですが、以前泊まった、安宿には、それレベルの客層が泊まっていて、安全安心とはいきませんでした。パシフィックモナークにはこれからも泊まりたいとおもっています。

We loved our stay at the Pacific Monarch. Very close to the beach and all the amenities of Waikiki! Very affordable, clean and comfortable.

We were alittle disappointed because we didn't get the room we oringinally booked for which was Ocean View, we had to move room 3 times because of it. Overall, this hotel was a good place to stay in Waikiki since I was using it mostly as a place to sleep and keep my things. The kitchenette was a nice touch and the staff was really nice. I have stayed at two other Aston hotels and I was very disappointed in this one. Check-in service was good but very little did I know, she was checking us into the worst room in the entire hotel. Yes, we were not a family of four but that's no excuse. I'm surprised they even have a room in that condition!!! My friend had to sleep in the sofa bed and […] I was ready to vomit at the sight of it. We requested for another room and it was right beside our first room, newly renovated!!! Why were we not checked into that one in the first place? My friend called the lady at check-in a few names I cannot say and maintenance heard us. We apologized but he commented, "It's ok. That is a terrible room." One day after coming home from the beach, our room was attended to but beds were barely made, garbage was still full, and towels stacked on our toilet. Why did you show up???!!! Sloppy service. After our initial chek-in, the hotel just left a bad taste in my mouth and made the whole stay very unpleasant. We were only there for four nights and that was long enough. We travel to Honolulu frequently and I will be looking at other places. The staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. We rented 2 one bedroom city view suites and were very pleased with what both had to offer. Hotel is old, renovations were underway. The elevator and hallways were getto only stayed the one night and cancelled the balance of 2 weeks , found another hotel. It kind of like we had to stay the night because our flight got in at midnight, the next day we ran screaming!

While staying here, I had to move rooms twice. The first time the AC went out so they moved me to a different room. Not a better one, just different. The second time, my stay was extended past the original reservation, so they moved me again. This room was a little nicer but had not been cleaned. The trash was not taken out. There was a pile of dirty […] towels in the shower and there were dirty dishes on the counter. The service that the staff tried to give was good and they were always helpful. We found the Aston Pacific Monarch in Waikiki to be affordable and close to everything. The room we had although it had a new kitchen which was great it was a little outdated with the furniture and could of had more cooking utensils such as serving bowls.

Great views but if you require two beds and you are adults, you will experience a very strange night indeed. The bedding is more or less children's bedding. Tiny littly single beds that are too short for adults. Also annoying fact is that the air con is right next to the bed so you hear it and experience the cold air centimetres from your face. The Pacific Monarch has become my "gold standard" for business travel to Oahu. I go there twice a year on business, and after many years, have standardized on the Pacific Monarch. The location is excellent for me - it's on Kuhio, which is a block removed from the beach - still easy access to businesses and restaurants on Kalakaua but with a lot less […] tourist traffic. Plus, Kuhio is a 2-way street so it's very easy to get out in the AM to Ala Wai and on to the Nimitz to make business calls on the island. There are TONS of restaurants, stores, and services all within very easy walking distance. The only drawback is parking - the hotel garage is now open to the public. So you have no guarantee of a space at any given time. The garage is tight - big rental cars are a total PITA - so if you're going to stay and park here, rent a compact car. Parking is $20 a day, CASH ONLY. You pay at a machine at the first level. The rooms all have full kitchens with pots and pans if you want to eat in and cook. They have also all been recently updated with new furniture, beds, carpets, bathrooms, etc. If you want a true lanai, request a corner suite. Otherwise, the balconies, while being VERY wide (20 feet), are very narrow and will freak you out if you're on a high floor. There is a wonderful lounge room on the 32nd floor, with fully open windows and tables and chairs to relax and read a book while getting the ocean breeze. Hotel room was clean with a nice view, however the air-conditioning was not centrally located and the room stayed quite warm. We were also charged a manditory amenity fee.

Aston Pacific Monarch is in an extremely good location, a short walk to Waikiki Beach and close to bus stops and many shopping precincts.The Food Pantry is a block up the road and is the best spot to stock up on food supplies,alcohol and also souvenirs. The Bus is ideal for trips to Ala Moana Shopping Centre and Pearl Harbour ($2.50 each way)but do not take it to Waikele Outlets as you have to change buses and takes hours, spend $5 and get the special shuttle instead. We stayed 8th floor. It was very noisy to sleep. Furthermore, the surprising thing was that there were many ants in a bathroom.

Only air conditioner is in living room, bedroom gets too hot, street sounds too noisy to open up slider door. Great location, easy walking distance to beach and all activities.

If you are staying for more than a few days then I would reccommend a room with full kitchen. The updates that they have done in there made me forget about the run down feeling of the rest of the hotel and staff. The hotel centrally located in Waikiki. It is only block and half from the beach, there are eating places right close to the Hotel and the International Place is only 2 blocks away from the Hotel. Everything is close by within walking distance. No need for a car unless you are going outside of Waikiki.

Would not recomend to any of my friends this hotel, mainly because construction was going on for two weeks, and room did not have a closet to hang colothing. We complained to front desk to give us another room but did not hapen for two weeks.

We found the hotel was a lot noisier than expected from renovations that were being done to the parking structure just under our room(sixth floor). Sleeping in was impossible, so everyone in my party was up and moving by 8:30 in the morning. They were also obviously in the midst of replacing light fixtures, since we were missing two- the one over the […] dining room table would have been nice to have. The location and the staff were excellent, and there were plenty of places to shop and eat nearby, as well as fairly close access to the beach. The kitchens were a bit hit-and-miss on usable items- we had planned to do some real cooking, and found that we had no way to bake or broil anything in the oven! Also, no one seemed to have an ice bucket, or trays, so we had to improvise on that, also, when we went up to get ice from the machine. Overall, with the renovations going on, and the noise, I would skip this hotel if you want a QUIET relaxing stay somewhere, but would try again when they are finished with all the 'improvements'. We booked the hotel seeing reviews that said the hotel rooms had been upgraded/modernized. What we ended up getting is a room from the 60s, smelling as though it hadn’t been aired out in years! We asked for a new room and were told one was available 24 hours later, on day 2 of a 3 day stay, so we didn’t bother moving. I really did enjoy my stay at the hotel. We stayed in a one bedroom newly renovated condo. It appears that the rooms in this hotel are privately owned, so you get what you get. Luckily for us we had a nice one. The only one problem was the sleeping arrangements. I guess there are no requirements for the owners to upkeep mattresses etc. Other than that, the hotel was 5 minutes from Waikiki beach, very close to the shops and the International Market and in the hub of Honolulu. Walking distance to the zoo. Expect to spend lots of money on groceries if you have a kitchen. The hotel did provide coffee and tea, but it did not come with salt and pepper for cooking. It had all the dishes etc. The condo also had 2 TV's , one in the bedroom and one in the main room. It also came with a huge lanai. The staff were very nice and helpful and the hotel was clean and great on security. It was a little aged but it was nice. The laundry area was great, it had new machines and it was very clean. The pool was very small but perfect for a dip located on the roof. The views were beautiful. The hotel was in a noisy area but very exciting. It cost us $30 US from the airport to the hotel and $20 US from the cruise pier to the hotel, so expect to spend money on transportation. we got room 1602, paid for oceanview sinlge there was a choice of oceanview or partial oceanview and you pay a little more for oceanview well we got partial oceanview and when I asked front desk, he said all oceanview rooms are 1 bedrooms unless you are on top floors its partial. We stayed for 3 nights and were pleased. We had booked a unit with one bedroom but were pleasantly suprised when we were upgraded to two studios which was much better for our situation. Don't book FULL OCEAN VIEW. Its not really a full ocean view. Full ocean and partial ocean are the same rooms if you are getting a room with a kitchenette.
