建物や施設は古く感じたが、部屋は清潔で快適に過ごせた。あと部屋にランドリー設備があったのが便利で良かった。また付近にスーパーやレストランも多く、長期滞在者にとって、いい立地だと思う。

The Double Tree at Sunny Isles Beach is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. My wife and I had the most relaxing and satisfying vacation we have ever had. Great for families and couples. The whole facility is wonderful.

Recently stayed with my family at the Double Tree in Sunny Isles Beach. We reserved it because it was on the beach and we were absolutely thrilled with the hotel. The beach is beautiful with clear, warm water - very calm and great for swimming (not your hotel if you are looking for waves). There is a nice heated pool and two hot tubs. We arrived early […] after disembarking from a cruise and understandably there was not a room ready for us to check into. The staff was very friendly, took our luggage, gave us wristbands to use the hotel's pool and beach and told us to use the showers in spa if we wanted. After our day at the beach, we sat on the 2nd level vernandah listening to the waves; there is comfortable seating and gas firepits for atmosphere. The hotel is walking distance to several nice restaurants and it is an easy drive to the Aventura Mall. Our room was nice sized with an ocean view. The bathroom had some peeling wall paper, but it was very clean and well appointed. Fabulous location right on the beach. Walk to restaurants. We didn't need a car. Bus goes to Aventura Mall.

Giant size suite with comfortable beds and magnificent bathroom. Beautiful beach and pool. Terrific staff.

Spacious rooms- easily can accommodate a family. Nice to have a kitchen. The service is spotty- some staff are exceptional, others are just awful. Hit and miss. Location is great, and a Walgreens is within walking distance which is nice too. Nice to have a kitchen and living space to spread out.

We stayed here for a long weekend. The bed was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the view from our balcony . You must use valet parking if you have a car which is $26 a day. They charge for Internet if you use it in your room, but it is free in the lobby. We appreciated being able to have some meals in our room as it had a full kitchen with very […] basic kitchen tools. We could not get the room before 4PM. After waiting patiently and asking more than five times if our room was ready, we were upgraded from a one bedroom suite to a two bedroom suite for two of us. This hotel is perfect if you just want to lie on the beach but if you want to get to downtown Miami or South Beach, plan on it taking at least an hour. The staff is friendly enough. Stayed here for 3 nights and I must say we had a good time. Were in a comfortable 1 bedroom suite, with a nice view, and a kitchen. Being 30 year olds traveling with a 2 year old on a budget it was a great place for us. There were water marks on some walls, chips in the paint on the cabinets, discolored refrigerator handle, spots on the carpet etc, phones in rooms didn't work, our toilet clogged, garbage disposal was a piece of garbage, patio furniture was just plastic chairs etc. When you walk into the room it looks great...but when you look closely it could definitely use a facelift. I will say that they made an effort in the lobby. We were excited to have a kitchen and cook some of our meals to save some cash. Well, aside from having a clean refrigerator and oven, I wouldn't call it much of a kitchen. For example, it had one large pot, one large pan, no spatula, no serving spoons, a couple plates and cups and that was it. Making scrambled eggs, and a pasta dinner was a serious challenge. I felt more like I was back in a college dorm room or at an ok campground. Location was great however, great beach, decent pool, not much of a poolside bar but that was fine. Beach was amazing, and we were close to everything. Staff was all very friendly and overall we had a nice time. Hotel is tired and run down and not at all suitable for business travelers as there is no proper desk in the room and the lighting is terrible. Rugs are stained and walls scuffed, closet door mirror broken and I had to call down for a hairdryer. Old, small TV with no 'on demand' for movies - half the channels are in Spanish. Shared washer/dryer outside […] the room is great for families, not great if you're the one working or trying to sleep. Location and beach is great - quiet and private. Loved the balcony looking out over the ocean and valet parking is fast if you call ahead. I had to seat myself for dinner one night after waiting 10 minutes then waited another 20 minutes before someone realized I didn't even have a menu. The food however was excellent as was the bartender who took pity on me. Chocolate chip cookies upon checkin are amazing. I was very happy with the service and room.

I stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and didn't like it. The room was dirty etc... I wouldn't have chosen it again but traveled with family that were attending meetings at this location. I was pleasantly surprised. The customer service was very good. The rooms could use an update. New Carpet and caulking in the bath area would help greatly. The views […] are wonderful and the beach is kept clean and one can enjoy spending time there comfortably. The food at the property is o.k. Not great. Full of amenities. The staff are very professional and polite. Great breakfast buffet. The gym has all new Precor equipment and the steam and sauna are hot and relaxing. The rooms have great views of the beach. Many great restaurants just across the street and some rooms have a full kitchen.

You can't beat the location or the view . I was there for a client event but did try to enjoy as many of the amenities as possible. (Please note: the restaurant is only good for simple dishes. If you want fine dining, venture out.)

This is one of the nicest Miami hotels I've stayed in. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The grounds and beach were beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

THE STAY WAS GREAT BUT THE POOL WAS DIRTY

the hotel is on the beach and very close to a city park; good location for families with kids; prompt servicies; their warm cookies are AWESOME;

the only thing we did not like was thw swimimgpool because we considered too small according to the hotel,it is big we can not imagine all guests in such a small swimimgpool,for us it was the only thing we did not like

Hotel charges extra for everything, even parking $26.00 per day! Beach chair $10.00 per day. Hotel shop and food services are over priced. aside from that it does have a great location and views. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious! We had a great stay - just a bit over priced!

My friends and I stayed at this hotel expecting something great. We had rented a 2 bed room suite, and were looking forward to knowing what we got for such a low price. When we got to the room, we were in shock. The room definitely exceeded our expectations. The view from the room was spectacular. For some reason, Hotels.com have really bad reviews about this hotel. To be honest I booked the room without reading the reviews. As I read the reviews I got very scared and I was tempted to cancel my reservation. The reviews said that it was a disgusting hotel. That the lobby was dirty, the service sucked and that the pool was small. The only true […] statement about this, is that the pool was small. But the beach was just, AMAZING! O hotel muito bem localizado os quartos são enormes tem uma vista maravilhosa recomendo.

The hotel was a good surprise to us. Very well located, with the beach in front and with many options to eat close by. The location is also near to Aventura Mall (5 minutes by car). The suites were big and in good conservation. Internet and parking are charged a bit expensive.

Me parece un excelente hotel muy bien ubicado, buena piscina y excelente playa. lo unico fue que me parecio muy caro un desayuno por 26 dolares gracias
