"Nice stay"
In room safe was broken and not repaired during our stay. We reserved a suite instead of a regular room, and all we got was a little more space for a sofa and coffee table. We expected a kitchenette or a living room area with separate TV. Vanity sink outside bathroom was so small is was hardly useable. The breakfast area was always crowded and standing […] in line was necessary. Considered breakfast away from the hotel. Rooms were very nice and clean and relatively quiet. Beds were comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel location was off the main strip but close to all the places we wanted to go. Great location, superb staff. Thank you to Chuck for the quick and easy check in at the front desk. Had a great stay, one of the best we have experienced in Branson. The only thing I would stay negatively is the pool is cold, regardless of temps outside being in the 100+ range. We had a good time in the hot tub, and arcade.
