BARTの駅に近く利便性がよいし、フロントの方がいろいろな情報を教えてくれて非常に役に立ちました。部屋はそれなりに広く快適です。朝9時行ったのですが、チェックインさせてくれました。外が少し騒がしいことが少し気になりました。

The location was fantastic, staff were VERY helpful, and the old-school elevator was the greatest thing ever. There were NO bedbugs like some others have claimed, the room was clean with a personal bathroom, fridge, WI-FI and microwave. Overall a great stay, especially if you are travelling on business or alone.

３泊しましたが、あらゆる意味で満足度が高かったです。まず、現地に朝着いて、まず荷物だけ預けようとホテルに直行したところ、そのままチェックインさせてもらえたのがありがたかったです。部屋は清潔に整えられていて、一人なら充分くつろげる広さ。ベッドが寝心地よく、よく休めました。マーケット・ストリートから少し入ったところで、足回りもよく、夜遅くなっても治安の面で不安を感じることもありませんでした。また宿泊したいと思います。

Very helpful, courteous and polite. Location of the hotel is just blocks from union square and right on the doorstep of china town. I can't stress enough with the cost of some of the hotels in union square (and staying in the city about 10 times, ive had much experience) this hotel is 100% worth it. "You get what you pay for...."
Despite a good location and knowing that you do get what you pay for, this hotel is sadly old and outdated, badly in need of an upgrade. Our room was very tiny - maybe 120 sq ft (not counting the bathroom) - and although the bedding was clean to start with, the flooring, walls and fixtures were worn to the point of no repair. The bathroom was provided […] with very thin towels, many of which had holes in them, and barely had room to move in. There was inadequate space to leave toiletry bags in the room nor any place to put clothes while getting showered. It was very noisy in our room and we heard every creak and flush during our 4-night stay. The phone didn't appear to work for long-distance calls either. The pictures provided on-line and in the local guide books don't reflect what we had. They said the hotel had been recently renovated, but we're not sure about how "recent" it was and where the renos took place - certainly not in our room. We are real walkers , so from the hotel we walked to Fisherman's Wharf (on the way back walked all the way up to Coit's Tower), Pier 39, through North Beach and to Haight Ashbury---over 3 days, not on the same day. If we wanted we could have jumped on a cable car near any of these places.
