マイアミのリゾートエリアの真ん中にあり、道路を挟んでモールがあり、便利です。サービス、部屋の清潔度は問題なくベランダがあるのがgood。プライベートビーチもありジェットスキーを含めて、様々なアクティビティが楽しめます。食事はホテル内でとっていないのでレベルはわかりません。

帰りの飛行機の関係で空港近くのヒルトンにしました。空港まで無料送迎あとありましたので、チェックインの時フロントにお願いし、起きれないとこもるので必ず起こしてねとフロントに頼みましした。とても親切で再度のコールをしていただきました。、送迎のスタッフも親切にきちんと送っていただきました．前日も時間があったのでボーイさんに聞いたところ、親切にいろいろ教えて下さり、また帰りでドルも少なかったのでカードＯＫのタクシーは？と聞いたところ、呼んでもらい、大型のアウトレットモ―ルに行くこともできました。部屋もとても広くきれいで大満足、今度行った時もぜひ泊まろうと思います。

I stayed at the hotel in Januaury. If it is winter, you can swim in the beautiful Miami beach. I walked to the beach from the hotel. It was only 5min. There was free wi-fi, refrege, ac, closet, and all staffs were very kind. You can ask anythings about Miami beach to them. They might give you good information. The bus stop to South beach or airport are very close. You just cross the road. So the hotel is very convenient to go to anywhere. The hotel is not new and furniture are old, but the mentenance are fine! I recommend you to stay here.

海の見える客室にはゆったりとしたバスタブがあり、ハーブを使った数種類のボデーソープ、シャンプー、リンスなどが豊富においてあったので、嬉しいバスタイムを過ごすことが出来ました。ホテルとビーチの間に Wood Walk という木を敷き詰めた道がミドルビーチからサウスビーチまで続いていて、海岸沿いにのんびりと散策できてとても気持ち良かったです。残念だったのが、朝食時です。せっかくきれいなガーデンレストランがあるのに、なぜかホテルのロビーに朝食が並べてあって、応接セットの様なソファーで朝食を食べるようになっています。しかも朝食込みで予約を入れていたのですが、朝食時にウエイターがルームナンバーを聞いた後に調べてくると言って、暫くして『朝食は含まれていない。』と言ってきました。 その後、受付で聞いたところ含まれていると言われましたが、チェックアウト時に朝食分を請求され、再度予約表を見せて確認してもらい、請求が間違いだと言われました。

Enjoyed my stay at hotel. It was convenient to the event we were attending. Staff was friendly and attentive. I thought I lost my credit card and traced my steps back to the hotel and they had my card at the front desk. My stay was ok..a little noisy in the hallway. One did I did NOT like and probably has turned me away from Comfort Suites is the fact that I was RUSHED out of my room at checkout time. I did have the please do not disturb sign on my door. One of the employees knocked on my door AT 12:00pm and said check out time is at 12:00pm and Its 12:00pm right NOW […] with an attitude. I have stayed at many hotels from Days Inn to Ritz Carlton and no one has EVER knocked on my door to kick me out of a room. I have been in a room as late as 12:30pm. "Great Hotel for short stay"
We stayed at Comfort Inn for 2 days because of surgery at Cleveland Clinic. Room very large with separate kitchen and couch. Microwave, refrigerator. It was perfect for the short stay. There are no restaurants in the hotel but plenty within .2 miles and there is also shopping center. The only thing I did not like was there was no enclosed shower or […] bath. The shower was in the bathroom and the sink for washing hands was part of the room. So if you need to take a shower there will be water all over the floor if you have to use the toilet. This might be fine if you are handicapped but the hotel should only give this type of room to disabled persons. Maybe there are rooms with bathtubs and you need to ask.
