Ok for the relative prices of hotels in the area, but simple and nothing fancy. It was odd that the office closed from 11 PM to 7 AM. Coffee maker in our room was not working, only two of everything in the kitchen although we had 4 people.

The hallways and two different rooms I was offered were not clean. The sheets were dingy and stained and the refridgerator had rust inside and out and one had food left it it. I didn't stay in the room afterall even though I had prepaid for it. The Hotel is in a great location for the shopping. Suburban Extended Stay of Hilton Head is in the middle of both Tangr Outlets. Nice size room and service was great!!!!!! But the ROACHES are taking on the rooms. I left all my shopping bags in the car for Black Friday b/c i didn't want chance taking and little friend home with me. The hotel is horrendous!!!! No futher comments...for one night it's ok....

Most of the time when I pay low prices for a hotel I expect lowsy service and an uncomfortable stay. I don't count on roaches and the office closing for the night. When I say the office closed, I mean they didn't even have a security window to go to for check-in. Good thing I called ahead to let them know I was going to be late. Great price and a decent room. It was right on the highway and close to Hilton Head Island. Would come back again.

We arrived to our hotel in Bluffton, SC late on a Friday night after driving 14 hours with our two small children. We thought this would be a great reward that after pushing the limits on travel, we would be able to get up and drive about 20 minutes down the road to get to the beach and have the whole day ahead of us. When we got to the hotel, check […] in was quick and that is where the positives ended. There were no AC units in the halls they were all torn out and laying in the corner of the stairwell. So it had to be 90 plus degrees of hot thick air. We got to the room which thankfully was cool and all I wanted to do was take a shower and relax. After going into the bathroom to get ready I noticed something moving out of the corner of my eye. When I looked into the shower I noticed a roach crawling across the ledge. After telling my husband and he came in to attempt to kill it he then went into the room to inspect top and bottom and that is when he proceeded to kill two more. After that I was done. While I went to get a refund from the front desk, he packed what little we had pulled out, gathered the kids and headed to the car. I assume the hotel was under repair, our room smelled bad and was filthy. The hallway looked like it has not been cleaned in years. We got moved across the hallway and at the least the looked a little better that the other room. I was not pleased at all with our stay.

THE PLACE STUNK LIKE PAINT , THE CARPETS WERE NASTY , SMOKE DETECTOR IN MY ROOM WAS MISSING WITH WIRE HANGING OUT OF THE WALL , THE HALLWAYS WERE GROSS AND SMELLED LIKE TACOS , WORKERS HANGING AROUND POOL SMOKING WATCHING MY DAUGHTER REALLY TICKED ME OFF

This hotel was close enough to Parris Island, which is where my family and I were going for a Marine graduation. The hotels close to the island are very expensive (and far less accomadating). The suburban extended was not the best, but okay for the money. It is located in a very nice area, close to many different restaurants, outlet shopping and the […] beach. if you need a place to stay for 1-3 days this in not the place. the surrounding area fools you intothinking the hotel is just as nice.

For the price, it is a good hotel except for the rather dirty floor.

If you would like to go to a hotel with many things around to do and not be to much money. Here is the place for you to stay. The one bad side is the pool is only five feet.

Me and My husband stayed here for our 5 year anniversary. We wanted to stay somewhere not so expensive but nice. I chose this hotel it seemed okay. I reserved a suite and when I got my room and entered in it was so small, the sofa was mildewed and the bed looked nasty. The ladies at the front desk were exceptionally good, the looks of the hotel were nice. But the room left a lot to be desired. I walked around barefoot (mistake)and my feet were black on the bottom. I went to put the stuff out of my cooler into the refrigerator and it stunk like mildew. I say that it just needs a very good cleaning and deodarizing.

room is great. if cookong in is what you need to save money,has kitchen area.beds are comfortable

My over all stay at the Suburban Extended Stat Hilton Head was an okay hotel. THe only thing that needs improving is the house keeping staff. I feel the this hotel need to have house keeping staff on the weekend to make sure that the guess have enough towels and washcloths. Service was excellent, on par with any higher rated hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Definitely worth the cost. Easy access to beaches, Hilton Head Island and surrounding gulf towns. Excellent inexpensive long weekend getaway.

it will be nice if they offer breakfast.

Room could've been brighter, it needed better lighting. It was musty, it needed a new coat of paint, some plastering and the beds were lumpy. They stuck a bad air freshener in the air conditioner. Did not have the room cleaned in 4 days. Bad towel policy. The only positive was that the staff was nice.
