I was in Graz on business and the hotel was a block from the office--so a great location in that regard. It took only 10 minutes to walk to the city center. The rooms were clean and up to date. The only complaint was that the air conditioning did not seem to work quite right. Great hotel, staff friendly, close to city sights.

Beautiful hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. Breakfast nothing special but delivered on time to room and as ordered.

We were only here one night, but the staff was wonderful and very helpful from check in, looking for a place to eat, (restaurant was closed for the Austrian holiday), to checking out. Very warm and friendly people. Had reserved a room for 3 plus our dog, and was not expecting a fully furnished apartment with full kitchen, living room and huge terrace. […] Too bad we weren't there in warmer weather take advantage of the terrace. I stayed in this hotel for only one night and was upgraded to the apartments - massive room with a massive balcony. Overall a nice hotel with nice people. Only annoying thing was the safe in the room was making intermittent beeping sounds, even though I didn't use it, and there was construction outside the hotel which started at 7AM and woke me up.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. Our room was exactly what we had requested. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Large Room with a comfortable bed. Had shutters for the windows which helped reduce light and noise. The best thing about this room was that it had a small kitchenette which was marvellous after 3 weeks of restaurant meals.

Das Personal im Hotel Augarten war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet üppig und für jeden Geschmack war was dabei. In 5 Gehminuten ist man in der Grazer Altstadt, noch kürzer ist man beim Messegelände. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Nett war auch die Loggia mit Tisch zwei Stühlen und Aschenbecher. Das Bad/WC modern und ebenfalls […] sauber. Eine nette Idee waren sowohl die handgeschriebene persönliche Begrüßung sowie auch die steirischen Äpfel auf den Nachkästchen. Den Pool bzw. den Wellnessbereich haben wir nicht genutzt, da kann ich leider kein Statement abgeben. Praktisch ist natürlich auch die hoteleigene Garage, da in Graz ja Kurzparkzone herrscht. ...ein sehr angenehmes Designhotel mit tollem Frühstück, Sauna, kleinem Schwimmbad und sehr sympathischem Service, nur 10 Minuten Fußweg in die Innenstadt von Graz.

Das Hotel hat sehr freundliche hilfsbereite und kompetente Mitarbeiter; es liegt zentral und ist als Stadthotel zu empfehlen.

Fantastiskt, hemtrevligt, och underbar konst i hela hotellet. Bra med gratis pool, gym och bastu 24/7. Allt finns till ett rimligt pris och dessutom relativt nära centrum och åt andra hållet Stadthalle. Synd bara att frukost inte ingår som dock är dyr i jämförelse med den buffé som dukas upp.

Modernes Hotel am Stadtrand von Graz. Die Zimmer entsprechen einem 4* Komfort und das Frühstück ist absolut empfehlenswert. Die Stadt ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar.

Das Hotel ist genial gelegen - zu meinem Tagungsort jeden Tag ein kurzer Fußweg durch den wunderschönen Augarten unmittelbar beim Hotel, abends in die Innenstadt keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß! Augarten Hotel ligger ungefär 10 min promenad från centrumkärnan. Detta är ett av de absolut bästa hotell jag någonsin bott på, och då har jag bott på MÅNGA hotell. Rummen är superfräscha. Vi fick en lägenhet i Annexet som var kanon. All personal, såväl städare, restaurang och receptionister är verkligen supertrevliga och proffsiga. Preis - Leistung ist nicht in Ordnung!

Modernes sauberes Hotel -Einzelzimmer etwas benachteiligt in Anordnung des Raumes - nur bei geschlossener Badtüre kann man das Zimmer verlassen. Im 1. Stock keine Aussicht, nur auf das Blechdach vor dem Fenster. Der Wunsch auf Tausch des Zimmers in ein höheres Stockwerk wurde mit dem Hinweis -"nur hochpreisige? Zimmer sind besser....." abgewiesen - […] alles belegt. Viel zu kleine und sehr flache Kopfpolster, sollten aufgefüllt werden. Ein großer Ersatzkopfpolster, wie in den meisten guten Hotels im Schrank aufbewahrt, ist nicht vorhanden. Super Frühstücksabuffett, auch für Spätaufsteher - bis mittags kein Problem. もっと読む

A great hotel. I have been in many hotels worldwide and I am somewhat picky about my choices that have to be above average, even though I am not looking for excessive luxury. This hotel was of the best that I have seen. 24h free pool with reverse current, with gym, solarium and sauna, everything extremely clean, super friendly staff, great 24h terrace […] with good view of Graz and hills, room was extremely clean and with kitchen inside (with microwave oven, plates and everything) !!! The only downside was that the windows did not have curtains but only blinds that let the light come in and I was waking very early in the morning. Please note that this is NOT the case in all rooms. Since this is marketed as an Arts and Design Hotel, rooms are decorated differently and others do not have kitchen inside but DO have curtains. So, depending on how long you are going to stay, choose wisely :-) ( Probably there might be rooms with kitchen inside AND curtains but I did not ask so I do not know for sure...). もっと読む

das hotel liegt wenige minuten von der grazer altstadt entfernt. ist ein schönes hotel das sehr sauber ist und viel kompfort bietet. schwimmhalle, sauna solarium, kann man rund um die uhr benützen. das personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. war waren schon das 2te mal dort. freuen uns schon auf den nächsten aufenthalt!

Hotellet motsvarade inte riktigt mina förväntningar, trots fyra stjärnor. Rummet, som var stort och fint, luktade rök trots att personalen bedyrade att det var rökfritt. Troligen kom det upp rök ur ventilationen, från lobbyn där rökning var tillåten. Läget var trist, lite för långt från centrum, utsikt mot en parkering. Dåligt utbud av varor att köpa. […] På plussidan fanns personalen, som var trevlig och serviceminded. Frukosten var suverän, poolen mysig. Trevlig att det fanns ett äpple på sängbordet! もっと読む
