Great high end hotel. Very close to bridge to Hilton Head Island, also close to other ammenities like shopping, food, etc Excellent staff - quite helpful and welcoming

Great hotel and location, close to the beach, shopping and great dining. It only took me 40 minutes to get to downtown Savannah. Would recommend this hotel to all of my family and friends. Will definitely be back next year!!!

I loved my stay here and would stay here again. My previous stay was at the Main Street Inn, a much more expensive and less convenient choice. This hotel offered the best mix of rates and quality I could find. I wish that the breakfast situation could be changed. They do not offer a complimentary breakfast and their are no easy solutions for breakfast […] within walking distance. They would receive a 5 star rating if they had this complementary breakfast. Hotel was excellent location for me as I was following my son in a college golf tournament at Haig's Point. I had easy access to the Haig Point Ferry. The hotel was outstanding in comfort and safety as I was traveling alone. My only complaint was that the hotel was difficult to find in the late night hours when I arrived.

this was a great hotel there was nothing I could find fault with, the staff were all excellent and it was very comfortable, quiet and beautiful. I will go again my only disappointment on my whole trip was that I didn't spend every nite here. We were in a nearby city where we stayed 3 nites it was just the opposite of this one.

Upon checkout, after spending one night, we told the young woman at the desk that the tub drained so slowly that each person using the shower was standing in calf-high water in the tub. She breezily responded, "Sorry about that." She returned her attention to something she was writing. No adjustment to the bill, no offer of anything -- not even a breakfast […] coupon. Superb. New. Not run down like other HHI hotels. Great breakfast and room setup.

Decent hotel, friendly staff for the most part. No continental breakfast-$10 per person for the breakfast bar is a little steep considering what it is...other than that it was great. Lots closer to the beach than expected, about a 5-10 min drive.

Beautiful hotel, excellent, courteous staff, clean and comfortable room - lovely atmosphere.

This is a fairly new hotel, so it is nice and in a good area. It's close to Hilton Head attractions without being on the island itself, which is why the price is right!

We booked a king smoking room supposedly oceanfront according to the hotels.com rep.We got two doubles no ocean...only a alligator swamp. The rooms were nice. The hotels were nice, but we did not get our ocean view or for that matter any where near the beach. My husband and I really enjoy our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The rooms were clean, friendly staff, I really appreciated have a refrig and micro wave in the room. The hotel was easily accessible to the beach and the outlet malls. A lot of good restaurants in the area. We plan to return again next summer! Great Time.

Breakfast to costly, i would rather have a menu where i choose what i want and pay or free breakfast. I would recommend the hotel and tell them to go elsewhere for breakfast

I really enjoyed my stay at Hilton Garden Inn. The rooms were very clean and neat. The service was great. The only problem I had was checking in, the lady checking people in was not to friendly, but the rest of the staff was great. I really loved the cleanliness. I would definitely stay there again.

I rented this hotel room for my daughter and grandson because I knew that they had great cleanliness standards. We were not disappointed. The room was spotless, and comfortable. This was my second stay inHilton head, and I must say the stay at this location was a marked improvement over my previous location. This location was in a good location, about 8 minutes from the beach; had a good breakfast bar location ($9.95) with choices as good as IHOP! Had some problems with my initial check in- the room as not what we expected. […] They put us in a handicapped room with a walkin shower that was extremely musky... so bad, we had to change the room. They did offer us a better room, once we complained and refused the room. We just had a problem in that they put us in that room in the first place - we are not handicapped!! As a Hotel by a beach, I would think that getting extra towels would be routine. However, the Assistant GM reacted as if we were crazy for needing extra towels. She looked at us and keep asking why did we need the towels. "HELLO" we're at the beach. We need towels to bath and dry off at the beach. Also, she charged my credit card 3 times for my rooms. […] I only had 2 rooms, and them insisted that it was the banks fault. We all know that the bank will charge only what the hotel process. I believe that she and the front desk person present at that time needs to be retrained. The hotel overall was very nice... Date of sitaution 7/14 - 17/11. The receptionist is not courteous.she has big problem to answer questions

Our stay was pleasant - the location was right, the price was right and the hotel conveniences were right. 2 details kept it from being perfect: a couple rooms within our group of 6 rooms were not ready at the time we were told we could check in (3pm). The room doors close loudly. The addition of a cushioning device on the door frame would quite the closing of the doors and enhance the stay.

Modern,clean,reasonable We would have preferred a hotel that was closer to the beaches.

The hotel reservation was made for a king room, was put in a handicap room with 2 double beds. Usually that isn't a problem, but the bathroom had a very musty smell to it.

Bad location, bad view. Bathrooms were not cleaned.

I generallu have a certain level of confidence when selecting Hilton Garden Inn, it is a safe as well as somewhat predictable option. I have to say that the location in Hilton Head SC changed my perception completely; it was wonderful from check in to check out. The staff was excellent and the overall hotel amentities were top notch

They allowed me to check in 5hrs early which allowed me to clean up an change clothes. I really appreciated that! Other than that, it was just a clean basic hotel at a decent price. Was as close as I could stay to HHI without paying HHI prices. Would recommend.

Lobby was lovely and spacious. Breakfast was extra, but slightly high in price. Room was very comfortable with refrig and microwave. It was easy to use the business center, and there was underground parking. The elevator was a great help. As we requested, towels were changed every day. Our stay lasted 10 days, and we were quite satisfied.

Excellent hotel. Very clean, pleasant staff, convenient parking. Exceeded expectations. The only downside is the distance from the beach.

Hotel staff were very friendly. We had the mini suite 2 queen beds with pull out couch. Room was very clean although carpet looked dated. Hotel is a short drive to shoppping outlets and various restaurants and about 20 min away from coligny beach. Full breakfast was included and was very good. I would recommend staying here. I like this hotel. It is very clean and nice place. During my visit weather was hot but in hotel I felt comfortable. Water in the swimming pool must be colder.Cleaning personnel know their job well. location is not to far to the public beach about 5-10 min. Price per day is reasonable. I would recommend Hilton Garden for visits.

We booked this hotel for the price and the access to Hilton Head Island - great value for the price - very clean with very friendly and competent staff - would stay again and again

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The room was nice, the staff was pleasant, breakfast was great, and the location was great.

Everything about hotel was very good. Only issue was that breakfast was not part of room costs. Had to pay extra for breakfast. Most other hotels in same class provide breakfast as part of the room cost.

Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff.
